About the Provider

Creative Garden LC Glen Burnie – Baltimore MD Licensed Child Care Center

Description:

Kiddie Kollege welcomes all children and their parents to be part of our caring and learning center. We accept children from infants of just 6 weeks to age 6 years. Our programs run full days for infants through preschool, and full day summer camp for children over the age of 5.

Our goal is to cooperate with parents in the shared responsibility of educating and socializing the children in our care. By incorporating learning through play, our professional and experienced staff encourages each child to develop new skills and knowledge, from toddlers learning their colors to the elementary students exploring science. And we supplement our curriculum with a daily Bible story geared for children.

Kiddie Kollege is a family owned licensed child care facility rated 5 stars by the North Carolina Department of Child Development. Our centers are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. and we provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the children.

We encourage you to visit either of our facilities, meet the teachers, review the colorful classrooms, and inspect the awesome playground. Tours are offered daily at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

This is a terrible daycare. MOST of the staff are lazy. They must not sanitize this place well. Kids are always sick. They are very unprofessional when there is a problem. I would never take my kids there.

90,000 US death toll from Hurricane Florence rises to 13 90,001 90,002 Death toll from Hurricane Florence, which hit the east coast of the United States, rises to 13. According to Agence France-Presse, 10 people died in North Carolina and three in South Carolina. According to representatives of local authorities, hundreds of thousands of people remain in the danger zone. President Donald Trump tweeted his condolences to the victims of the disaster.

Despite the fact that the hurricane lost strength and turned into a tropical storm, and the wind gusts have significantly weakened, officials warned the locals that it is too early for them to return to their homes.

“The downpours won’t let up and will continue,” said North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper. “We’re facing floods all along the coast, flooding our farmlands and cities.”

It was North Carolina that took the brunt of Florence, which has already been called the “storm of the century.” Meteorologists expect most of North Carolina to be flooded by Monday. According to Gov. Cooper, “all roads in the state could be flooded.”

“Many people who think the storm has passed have yet to face its real threat,” the governor said, adding that “water levels are rapidly rising everywhere, even in places that would normally not be flooded.”

“Almost all of North Carolina will be prone to flooding,” said Jim Trogdon, head of the state’s Department of Transportation. According to weather forecasts, the water level in North Carolina will not decline, but will only rise over the coming week. Meanwhile, about 20,000 residents of the state are now in 157 special centers.

The worst damage was caused to the port city of Wilmington, located on the south coast of this state. A large number of trees were knocked down and many buildings were damaged. On Friday, a woman and her newborn child died in this city. They died when a tree fell on their house. The head of the family was taken to the regional medical center with multiple injuries.

Three people died Saturday in Duplin County, North Carolina, including a 61-year-old woman. They died as a result of traffic accidents.

South Carolina also took the storm on Saturday. Officials have warned local residents to stay off the roads and, if they must drive, stay away from flooded highways.

According to observers, in the flood zone in North and South Carolina, despite constant calls for evacuation, there are hundreds of residents who did not want to leave their homes, fearing looters. Rescuers have been extracting people trapped in “water traps” in their homes for the third day.

On Saturday, 69 people were rescued in the touristy coastal resort of New Bern. In this town, where about 30 thousand people live, 4.2 thousand households were flooded.

FEMA, National Guard, Police and Fire Rescue Teams were assisted by Louisiana volunteers who helped rescue people during the 2005 New Orleans flood. Then, as a result of a natural disaster, 1,407 people died, and the infrastructure of the “capital of jazz” was restored within a few months.

100 New York police and firefighters also arrived in North Carolina to assist local rescuers. As of Saturday evening, about half a million homes and businesses in North Carolina and 118,000 buildings in South Carolina were without power.

The only good news, according to The New York Post, is that a herd of wild Colonial Spanish Mustangs in North Carolina was not affected by the flood. “Animals as usual – graze, frolic and look at the bustling people,” the message says.
