What is your policy on ADHD and Mental Health treatment?

If our evaluation (or past diagnoses by previous Physicians or Psychiatrists) indicate that your child has ADHD or other Mental Health disorders, we will counsel you on the different ways that you can help your child overcome these challenges – but it is ultimately your decision as far as how you will manage your child’s diagnosis.

We start with a conservative approach to the management of ADHD and other Mental Health disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, Autism, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and others. This means that we first start with parent education on behavior modification techniques, which typically include implementing a regular daily schedule for your child, enforcing more discipline, counseling, and others. However, sometimes these solutions will not be enough to help your child manage their condition. In those cases, we will consider implementing medication.

At Kids Care Pediatrics we always follow the golden rule when it comes to medications for ADHD and other Mental Health disorders: “Start low…go slow.”

If treatment with medication is indicated, we always start with the lowest possible dose and increase very slowly until the desired effects are realized. If we see any side effects, we adjust the medications accordingly to ensure that your child reaches a point where their Mental Health condition no longer affects their quality of life and performance in school and at home.

I got my first experience with children at a very early age, when a small miracle appeared in our family – my brother. Then all the care and upbringing fell on me, due to life circumstances. Then, at the age of 16, she got a job at the Baby Club Children’s Center as an assistant teacher.
The next experience with a child was quite recently, I took a 3-year-old girl from kindergarten 5 times a week, brought her home, fed her (I love cooking, it’s delicious), played educational games, read books (all educational books and there are games at home, there is a teacher in the family).
I have an education as a junior nurse. From a great love for children, I decided to change my medical education.

Speech therapist vacancies

Do you have a vacancy for a babysitter?

A good babysitter is not a luxury, but a necessity for any family living at a fast pace in Kazan. Finding a nanny for a child is a real headache, because a baby sitter must cope with the baby as well as parents. It’s great if you have the opportunity to leave your child with grandparents – they will be happy to look after their grandchildren on the weekends, but the older generation can not always come to the rescue. When parents need to be alone, go to the cinema or a restaurant, a babysitter can sit with the child. nine0003

Do you think it’s easy to find a good nanny in a big city? Yes, Kazan is a city of opportunities, which is why most of the baby sitters are yesterday’s teenagers, for whom this vacancy is an easy way to earn money. They often do not even have minimal experience, not to mention the education of a teacher. Finding reviews of such “specialists” is almost impossible.

If you are serious about finding the perfect nanny for your child in Kazan, our service will help you. Among the thousands of verified resumes of babysitting professionals, you can easily find the specialist you need! You can choose, for example, resumes of babysitters with at least 10 years of work experience and pedagogical education. Among them, you can select only those who work with babies or live near you. Pay attention to the special skills of the applicant – it is easy to find a speech therapist or a native speaker of a foreign language with us. After studying the selected CVs, you can read the recommendations and reviews of other users of the resource and ask questions to potential candidates. nine0003

This is not a recruitment agency – you communicate with applicants directly, without intermediaries.

If you are a babysitter in Kazan, create a resume, upload a photo – new vacancies appear on the site daily. Be sure to describe in detail your professional and personal qualities – this will help the employer make a decision in your favor. On our service, an employer can leave a review for a baby sitter, collect recommendations and find a job even faster! Hundreds of babysitters find jobs every day thanks to us! nine0003

It also means that children must be provided with proper care, including clean drinking water, proper nutrition, a clean environment, and the necessary support so that they can grow up safely and become adults. When a child appears in court as a victim or witness, the interests of the child must be taken into account first.
