Childcare Network is not just a great place to work; it’s a great place to be! Working with children is a great responsibility, but very rewarding. We are looking for qualified teachers and staff to join the growing Childcare Network family.

Our mission at Childcare Network is to provide children with the highest quality early care and education and to serve as a supportive network and resource for families.  We want to ensure our program is educational, safe, and affordable for families. Every morning at Childcare Network, parents put their children in trustworthy hands. We are committed to the recruitment and hiring of the best qualified staff.  After a new teacher is hired, we support them through ongoing professional development and training.

We are all part of the Childcare Network family.  At the same time, we are part of something bigger – a strong belief in providing emotional, physical, and mental growth at a level beyond other providers.  We are teachers, not babysitters. We are dedicated to helping working parents and their children get ahead in life.

We are a family of workers who are dedicated, disciplined, and committed to the pursuit of excellence.   Individual judgment is encouraged and is considered a valuable part of an employee’s job performance. A high standard of ethical and moral conduct has given our parents expectations of our staff to be honest, reliable, hard-working people who provide first-class service.  It is our desire to create a work environment where people are treated as individuals, and our working conditions yield an atmosphere of mutual and continuous respect.

Each day as our teachers arrive in their classrooms, we hope working at Childcare Network helps them to:

  • Feel Appreciated by us! We value our teachers and their gifts, talents, and dedication through recognition programs, service awards, professional pathways, and more.

  • Find Meaning and know that every day is another opportunity to be a friend, make a friend, and teach a friend.

Montessori development center “Constellation”. Vacancies.

Due to the expansion of activities, we have vacancies:

1. Montessori teacher
2. Early development teacher
3. Administrator
4. English teacher according to the Meshcheryakova system
5. Music teacher according to the Zheleznov system
6 Speech therapist
7. Defectologist
8. Fine art teacher

Excellent team, flexible schedule, decent pay.

We are looking for talented professionals who truly love children!

Often the job of a teacher in kindergarten is to formally look after children: well-fed, dry and healthy – this is quite enough for parents not to make claims. Do you also think so? Then you will not be interested in our job offer.

Children’s Center “Constellation” works on a different principle – we raise our pupils to be comprehensively developed and independent people, using the pedagogical system of Maria Montessori for this. That is why people who simply look after children will not suit us. We are looking for specialists who are not indifferent to their work and to their pupils. Are you such a person? – We will be glad to see you in our team!

For our center, each of our employees is not just a performer who receives money for their work, but a part of our friendly team, for which the words mutual assistance and interaction are not an empty phrase.

We are not indifferent to what kind of people work for us, and we have identified the main qualities that, in our opinion, a Montessori teacher should possess :

  • Goodwill. Children perceive the whole world around them through emotions. Without a kind and warm attitude, it is difficult to convey even the simplest truths to a child. Therefore, our task is to find employees who respectfully, patiently and kindly treat children.
  • Indifference. We are looking for people who are really interested in work in children’s centers : I like to communicate and interact with children and their parents, I like to set and solve various pedagogical tasks, I like to teach and learn myself.
  • Desire to grow and develop. In pedagogy and psychology, some new techniques and methods of work are constantly appearing, so we consider an important quality for any teacher – the desire to develop, improve, learn something new. We, in turn, will provide you with the conditions for professional growth and development.

As you can see, all our requirements are reasonable and feasible, and they can be attributed not only to the vacancy of a teacher, but also to other positions, for example, to work as an administrator .

We, for our part, are ready to organize training and internships for our new employees, and we are constantly working to improve their skills. All employees are officially registered, which guarantees you paid sick leave and vacation in accordance with the Labor Code. And for bonuses, we have developed a system of material motivation based on the results of work.

Would you like to join our team?

Vacancies in the center “Constellation” appear quite often, as we are actively developing, opening new groups and new branches of our center. We are pleased to invite you to our friendly team. To come to us for an interview, please fill out our questionnaire or send a finished resume.

We will definitely contact you!
