    Rational daily routine in children

Children’s physical development, well-being and school performance directly depend on the rational daily routine
Compliance with the daily routine is necessary to raise a child physically strong and cheerful, able to overcome any obstacles. A well-thought-out routine is one of the most effective disease prevention measures at school age! The correct mode of the day of the student, in addition, will provide him with high performance.
If we talk about the impact on health, then, first of all, the daily routine is needed to limit the load on the heart. If a child does not get enough sleep or in some other way regularly disrupts the regime of work and rest, his nervous, cardiovascular and immune systems will fail. The child will often get sick, become nervous, irritable, which will affect academic performance and communication in society. The second reason is to prepare him for adulthood, for the correct distribution of time. nine0249 When compiling the daily routine, it is necessary to take into account the age of the student. So, for example, the load of middle-level students will be excessive for the lower grades. The daily routine of an average high school student, say, for a sixth grader, will seem just as difficult. A typical day for a child should consist of alternating various activities and rest, exercise, mental work and sleep.
Experts recommend filling out the student’s day as follows:
    study and homework,
    additional circles or sections,
    outdoor activities,
physical mobility (the student will benefit from regular exercise therapy and swimming in the pool),
    free time,
rational nutrition, help around the house, sleep.
By the way, every 45 minutes of workload during the preparation of lessons, you must take a 10-minute break. During classes, watch the posture of the child. He should sit straight, and his elbows should lie on the table. To visit school, purchase a satchel or backpack with wide straps and an orthopedic back. The length of the straps should be such that the bottom is at the level of the pelvic bones. This will help maintain correct posture. nine0249 Doctors recommend paying attention to the child’s workplace. It is very important to use ergonomic furniture adapted for the most comfortable and safe work. The ideal option would be furniture that “grows” with its owner. Such a workplace reduces the load on the spine.

Waking up should be at about the same time, regardless of whether it is a weekday or weekend. Getting out of bed late will not help your child wake up well. Do not forget about personal hygiene. Every morning there must be gymnastics, bed making, water procedures. All these activities help the body to quickly get involved in school life and be cheerful throughout the day. nine0249 The most important thing is to be an example to your child, so if you yourself sit in the evening after work at the computer or with the phone, then the child will involuntarily project your lifestyle onto himself. The main thing here is not to miss the moment when, instead of moderate use of the Internet, uncontrolled cravings appear as needed. Limit the time at the computer, especially in the evening, it is better to turn it off two hours before bedtime. One of the effective ways to prevent the problem is to show the child all the advantages of an active life. And when he sits at the monitor, keep busy: reprint the text, find some specific information on the Internet. nine0249 Particular attention should be paid to the physical activity of schoolchildren, which, according to statistics, is getting lower and lower every year. So, for example, a child of 6–10 years old must walk at least 15–20 thousand steps a day, which is about 4–5 hours of mobility. And at 11-14 years old, activity should already be 30 minutes more. At this age, about 3000–3500 kilocalories should be burned per day.

    Approximate daily routine

    7.00 – get up,
7.00-7.30 – exercises, personal hygiene, bed making,
    7.30-8.00 – morning breakfast,
    8.00-10.00 – homework on schoolwork,
10.00-11.00 – hobby activities (hobbies, reading),
    11.00-11.20 – lunch,
    11.20-12.20 – walk, 202049 -12.50 – lunch,
    12.50-13.30 – road to school,
    13.30-18.00 – schoolwork,
18.00-19.30 – way home, walk after class,
    19.30-20.00 – dinner,
    20.
