At BEL Childcare we recognise that the early childhood years are the most important time in the life of a family. We know too that a child’s early years are the most influential time as they start on the road to learning. Children are naturally curious and interested in the world around them, which sets the foundation for our range of crèche and pre-school facilities.
Our Crèche
BEL Childcare Crèche caters for children aged 1 to 3 years of age and offers full day care in a safe, stimulating environment in which young children embark on their first journey into learning outside of the home. Our bright and spacious classrooms are fully equipped with developmentally appropriate toys, materials and equipment; and our garden offers a large, secure space in which children enjoy daily outdoor play. By offering a play-based, emergent curriculum, rich with opportunities for sensory exploration, our Childcare Practitioners use their education and experience to support children during this very crucial time in their development, as they learn to recognise and express their own individual interests. Children are also exposed to Irish and other European languages through the use of songs and games. As we appreciate and value that our families entrust us with the care of their little ones, we work diligently to foster strong and communicative relationships with them throughout all stages of their time in the crèche. As children reach the age of ECCE eligibility, we support them and their families as they transition to our Pre-School facility.
Our Pre-School
BEL Childcare Pre-School caters for children from approximately 2 ½ to 5½ years of age and provides full day care, in addition to the ECCE Pre-school Scheme, so that children can continue their educational journey and prepare for primary school in a warm and engaging environment. Our Pre-School is comprised of large classrooms full of natural light and brimming with opportunities for imaginative play. The garden is situated next to a wooded area and provides a safe environment in which children can run and play amidst nature.
Our Childcare Practitioners work to provide a fully inclusive learning experience and continue incorporating Irish and other European languages into their group times and activities. Through our play-based, emergent curriculum, children are able to foster the skills needed for primary school, such as decision-making, teamwork and communication, creativity, fine motor control and the understanding of early literacy and numeracy concepts. When the time comes for children to transition to primary school, they leave BEL as confident little learners, ready for the next chapter in their lives.

We have two daughters attending BEL full-time. Both have been attending since they were 11 months old.
From our first ‘research’ visit, when we were shown around the centre, our experience has been positive. Handing your babies over to somebody new for 8-9 hours a day is not easy, but we have found the staff to be kind, patient and full of happy, smiling facial expressions, which our girls have responded very well to.
For our second little girl, the move from being with mum full-time to crèche full-time was a hard one. On those first few days in crèche, I appreciated the phone calls from staff to collect her early, as she was so upset. Honesty is the best policy! The baby room staff are to be commended for their patience and resilience in settling my little one into her new environment.
Our older daughter has moved up through the crèche to pre-school and each move was handled carefully – gradually exposing our daughter to the new room until she was comfortable with it, while also providing plenty of interaction with us as parents. All the staff across the rooms, are to be commended for their nurturing and attentive qualities.
The Little Vista app is a great way of staying in touch with what our little ones are up to throughout the day. With the photos, meal time, sleep time and activity info etc. it’s a great way of getting real time updates. Additionally, the observation reports which BEL issue are a great check-in as to how our little girls are developing.
I would totally recommend BEL Childcare as the staff are truly amazing and I’ll be forever grateful for their kindness in caring for my children. The peace of mind I had returning to work after maternity leave for both my children was invaluable, knowing that my children were receiving the best possible care. Both my children run into class every morning and sing the names of their children en route to crèche.
My children have attended since they were 11 months old, with one now in pre-school and I cannot speak highly enough of their teachers, who are loving, patient, friendly and accommodating – no ask is too great.
This is also true for the admin staff, who are efficient, approachable and keep us up to date on events. The resources, such as arts and crafts and meals are top class. BEL was recommended to me and I’ve no regrets whatsoever. Thanks to all at BEL.

1. Sick leave to care for a child
From September 1, working parents will receive sick leave to care for a child up to the age of seven, inclusive, in the amount of 100% of average earnings.
Experience does not matter. It also does not matter whether the child is being treated at home or in a hospital – the amount will not depend on this.
According to the State Duma, the maximum cost of a day on sick leave this year is 2,434 rubles.

2. Garage Amnesty
Within five years, until September 2026, Russians will be able to receive free of charge a state or municipal plot under a garage built as a capital construction project before December 30, 2004. “Garage amnesty” starts on September 1.

5. Remote sale of medicines
Now non-network pharmacies can sell medicines online. Previously, there was a requirement that a pharmacy organization had to have at least ten pharmacies in the Russian Federation, as well as its own website. The change will come into effect on September 1. nine0003

6. Obligations for financial institutions
Financial institutions are now required to fully and reliably inform customers about the transactions performed, as well as about the possible risks of the contract that an individual wants to conclude with this organization.

7. Electronic certificate for disabled people
