Child Care Provider Philosophy

We believe that infants and young develop and thrive best when they are given a nurturing, loving, and responsive environment. An environment that is committed to children and supports a variety of learning opportunities where children are free to explore. We strive to create meaningful experiences for children that will help develop thier cognitive,Language, physical and socio-emotional development. Infant and young toddlers have not yet mastered their communcation skills. making it a number priorty forus to ensure a program that develops trust and security.By providing these, children become secure and competent in thier journey towards independence as they gain knowledge about thier worlds.

We understand that children develop at differently and therefore, we provide a curriculum that is based on each child’s individual needs. Infants and young toddlers learn through palt and everything they do is a learning process. Our role is to be an assistrant of this learning process, thus we offer an environment rich in challenging and age-appropriate activties. The childewn will be taught through play, music, interactions with adults and others children, and reading time.Everyday will include playtime, talking time, and outside time (weather premitting).

We believe that this age group learns when actively engaged with all aspects of thier environment: teachers, peers materials, etc. Children also learn best when exploring topics that are their families. This consistency in routine, will help the children gain a sense of care to the children andindependence within thier day. We believe that young children need to develop trusting and caring relationships with caregivers in order to feel safe and secure in their environment.

Children are provived with a variety of choices within the learning environment with teachers serving as facilitators, participants, and observers. The daily routine remains consistent although flexibility is incorporated as the children demonstrate changing needs. With consistent limits and behaviors and situation. There is variety of material to support and challenge the children’s ability. We intend to share the choice of children’s course of learning, by following the lead of children when presenting them with new topics and information. A collaborative relationship is developed between teachers and parents to ensure continuity between home and school.

We believe that children learn by doing. Interacting with thier environment is critical to the exploration and discovery of the world around them. Children by nature are curious about their environment and engage in problems solving in a variety of ways: asking questions, trials and error and experimenting with world around them. We believe that when chilren’s natural foundation of curiosity and inquiry are supported through opportunities through a learning experience, new information is generated and discovered.Children learn from the physical environment surrounding them as well as peers and adults with whom they interavt. We are here to provide a safe.loving nurtuing and rich environment where children explore, grow and learn.Throughout their time in the classroom, much attention will be focused on the development of social/emotional skills, self-help skills,cognitive/language skills, fine motor skills and gorss motor skills. Our program is designed to provide children a variety of opportunities to work independently and in groups. When disagreements emerge we encourage them to problem solve together and guide them through the process. Since routines and consistency are important to preschooler, a schedule is providied so chilren can predict the next day.

We are going to provide a unique before-and after-school learning experience to keep the school-ager motivated and focused in a fun and stimulating environment. The before-and after-school program was developed to meet the growing educational needs of the children. They get to spend time with friends and enjoy activities that are relevant to school-age interests. Our school-age program also aligns with school calendaars to provide a fun-filled and educational offering during holidays, teacher in-service day and other breaks.

90,000 5 Marvel movies coming out in 2023 90,001 90,002 Goodbyes, many new villains, and even more new Spiders – this is how you can describe the new year for Marvel.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Mania

World Premiere: February 17

Finally something new from Marvel Studios looks very promising: following the last few projects in an uncertain direction, the universe finally got a villain of the caliber of Thanos, which means and a new course. It’s high time – “Quantomania” marks the beginning of a new, fifth phase of the franchise, which, with any luck, will pull the MCU out of the quagmire in which it was driven. nine0003

The film is still directed by Peyton Reed and written by Rick and Morty co-writer Jeff Loveness. Eight years after the release of Ant-Man and the endless discussions of the quantum dimension, viewers will finally be transported there, along with the Pyms and Langs. It turns out that this is not just an endless desert, but a whole city, moreover, technically advanced, and Kang the Conqueror plays an important role in it. According to a plot leaked to the network in the fall, Janet van Dyne and Kang had disagreements in the past, to put it mildly, and now he intends to take revenge on her by capturing her home universe. nine0003

Believe it or not, decide for yourself, but this movie is definitely worth the wait, if only for Kang, a rare MCU charming and, more importantly, not mediocre villain. It’s not for nothing that Jonathan Majors stole fan hearts in a matter of minutes of his screen time in Loki.

Guardians of the Galaxy – 3

World Premiere: May 5

The latest adventure of the Guardians of the Galaxy should be a swan song not only for this team as we know it, but also for James Gunn – the director, alas, say goodbye to the MCU. This is one of the reasons why the Guardians of the Galaxy triquel is set to turn out to be one of the most touching and heartfelt films not only in the new phase, but in the entire MCU, because everything will converge here: Gunn’s departure, farewell to the original Guardians and already the promised death of one of the main characters. And while the new film will feature two promising characters – the highly anticipated 2017 Adam Warlock and the High Evolutionary – we’ll still need to stock up on handkerchiefs to wipe away a single tear. The plot of the new “Guardians” is still not really known, except for some details: the triquel will finally address Rocket’s past, and Gamora will return as the leader of the Ravagers. More importantly, for the first time in the history of this franchise, one of its films will not exist, as it were, apart from the MCU, but will become the flagship of its future in outer space. nine0003

Spider-Man: Web of Universes

World Premiere: June 2,

Some five years – and here we are waiting for the continuation of the story of Miles Morales in the endless universes of endless variations of Spider-Man. This franchise, of course, has nothing to do with the MCU, and Marvel Studios did not have a hand in it – it’s all a Sony creation – but who knows how the future will turn out: the red tape with the multiverse continues, and there are rumors that in this animated franchise the holy trinity of Tom Holland, Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire may shine in one form or another. nine0003

It may be a little mean to share such speculations, but what else is left when there is practically no specifics about the film? It is only known that this time the action will unfold in the universe of Gwen, and not Miles, the main villain will be the Spot, which will be voiced by Jason Schwartzman, and alternative versions of Spider will join the cast: Spider-Man 2099 (Oscar Isaac), Spider-Woman (Issa Rae) ) and Spider-Punk (Daniel Kaluuya). Initially, the studio planned to just make a sequel, but later decided to split it into two films, so you can immediately start waiting for a triquel, scheduled for 2024. nine0003

Marvels

World premiere: July 28

Marvels is unusual in that it will be the first example of an MCU project becoming a sequel to both a feature-length film and a TV series – it will be both a continuation of Captain Marvel, Ms. and Wanda/Vision. The reins of power in this film will be taken by three heroines: Carol Danvers, Kamala Khan and Monica Rambeau. In truth, the combination may not be the best, given some of the dislike of fans for the first and the coldness with which they perceived the series about the second. nine0003

It’s only a matter of time before Marvel Studios manages to tie together three parts of the MCU, although with the team hired by Marvel Studios, the film has every chance of at least not losing face: wrote Marvel, who worked on Wanda Vision by Megan McDonnell and directed by Nia DaCosta, best known for Candman. Otherwise, nothing is known about the film, except that the old-timer Nick Fury will return to the screens, and Zavi Ashton will appear in an as yet unknown villainous role. nine0003

Kraven the Hunter

World Premiere: October 6,

Incredibly little is known about Marvel’s latest movie premiere in 2023, although the project is already in post-production: it will release in October, focusing on Spider-Man’s enemy Kraven the Hunter and will be played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson. And this villain was at different times snapped up by a variety of directors and screenwriters.

Sam Raimi first started talking about his appearance, when there was still hope for a fourth Spider-Man movie with Tobey Maguire. Then Ryan Coogler wanted to introduce Craven to Black Panther until he found out that Marvel Studios did not have the rights to the character. The director of the Spider-Man trilogy with Tom Holland, Jon Watts, suggested that the studio make him a key character in the triquel, but this idea was preferred to the multiverse option. And now, five years after Sony hired the first screenwriter of the film – Richard Wenk (“The Mechanic”, “The Great Equalizer”) – he still gets to theaters. nine0003

How Taylor-Johnson decided to step back into superhero territory after Marvel Studios mishandled his Quicksilver, who knows. Maybe the point is in the villainous role, or maybe the fact that in the solo album he will not have to share the screen with the heroes who have already fallen in love with everyone.
