Help Connie seek the treatment she needs

Thank you for taking the time to read Connie’s story. My name is Yelitza and I (along with other family members) am doing this GoFund me for my cousin and best friend, Connie. Connie is a 37-year-old mama, wife, sister, daughter, best friend, makeup artist, skincare specialist, and book lover.

Connie’s health journey started at the age of 14 when it was discovered she had scoliosis. She underwent a 7-hour spinal surgery. A few months after the surgery, she began experiencing excruciating intestinal pain, waking her up every morning and lasting for hours. Along with the pain, Connie would experience black outs, vomiting, constant urgency, fatigue, and chronic weakness. She was soon diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. Due to the advancement of her illness, Connie was missing many days of school. With the increasing absences, Connie’s parents elected to homeschool her for the remainder of her high school years (missing out on proms, homecomings, and all those coming-of-age rites). For the past 20 years, Connie has undergone numerous surgeries, hospitalizations, treatments, and medications. Connie has also been diagnosed with endometriosis (that would also need several surgeries), fibromyalgia, and has undergone another spinal surgery.

As each year goes by, new complications and obstacles have developed that have weakened her entire body. Living and coping with illnesses for the rest of her life is not an option anymore! Connie is determined to be her own advocate and detective. Through the help of dear friends, she started going to different types of doctors and specialists including gastroenterologists, functional doctors, naturopaths, chiropractors, nutritionists, and physical therapists. She even went to Costa Rica to see a Dr there!

Connie has empowered herself with knowledge and resources through her experiences that have helped her. But she is not 100% where she needs to be, as these illnesses continue to affect her physically, emotionally, financially, and mentally. Her symptoms continue to weaken her and have kept her from being the mother, wife, friend, and esthetician that she longs to be. Unfortunately, she has had to learn how to tolerate and cope as best as she can with the pain, putting a smile on her face for those around her. Ninety-nine percent of the time, Connie is in pain. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Connie was recently connected with a Dr in Colorado who was previously the chief head of medicine for NASA and works with patients in finding the root cause of their illnesses. He has healed a local lady here in west Michigan which has inspired Connie to do research on him. Although this Dr is not taking new patients, Connie begged him for an exception to be treated by him. The Lord answers prayers because the Dr has decided to see Connie. She was finally put on a waiting list for this upcoming winter.

Christian, Connie’s husband, works full time and does as many side jobs as possible to provide for their family since Connie is unable to work full time. She can do bridal makeup here and there but not at the full capacity that she would like. Connie and Christian sat down together to brainstorm how they could make all of this happen since the budget would include many things; Seeing the doctor as many times as needed in Colorado, testing’s, protocols, tools for at home use, and continuous preventative care here in Michigan, amongst other things. It felt so overwhelming and unattainable as they realized what it would take.

Through the encouragement and help of family and friends, they all came up with the idea of having a fundraiser which will include a concert and silent auction. Family have also decided to set up a GoFundMe for those who cannot make the fundraiser and for those who are willing to provide any monetary support. Through continuous trials, errors, and health struggles over the years, Connie has never given up hope for healing. Even in the midst of horrible experiences in hospitals, her endless discomfort and pain, having to leave her work behind, and missing out on countless opportunities with friends and family, she’s never given up hope that her life will change for the better! She believes her 40’s will be her best years yet. Connie’s faith in her Creator gives her the joy and peace to carry on and hold onto hope. She will forever continue this journey of getting her body back.

Here is what the Alvero’s goal amount will go towards:

*Multiple trips to Colorado

*Accommodations/hotel stays

*Initial Dr visit

*testing’s

*Protocols

*Food

*Car rental

*IV treatments

*At home devices including infra-red sauna and frequency specific microcurrent machine

*Continued care with physical therapist, supplements, and follow ups with Dr in Colorado

*Medical bills

We believe in the power of community and social media and know that we can achieve this monetary goal with the help of you all. We can’t wait to see Connie’s healing come to fruition. We are hoping to hit small goals first: First goal will be $10,000, second goal is $20,000, and third goal is $30,000.

Models of noble behavior (representation of honor and service – “Architectural Heritage”

Models of noble behavior (representation of honor and service in the second half of the 18th century). the ruling class in Russia, which played a decisive role in the political, economic and spiritual life of the country. 0121 Russian writers of the 18th century A. Kantemir, M. Lomonosov, A. Sumarokov, V. Kapnist, D. Fonvizin, G. Derzhavin, A. Radishchev, N. Karamzin contributed to the formation of the behavioral culture of society, covering the life and customs of the Russian people, revealing the negative phenomena of Russian reality, introducing the peculiarities of life in other countries, thereby contributing to the spread of new socio-cultural traditions in society.
Such researchers as D. Begichev, N.D. Butovsky, V. Durasov, V.T. Zolotnitsky, N.M. Karamzin, V.O. Klyuchevsky, T. De La Chetardie, E. Le Noble, S.M. Solovyov, A.P. Sumarokov, J. Tovrov, I.I. Felbiger and many others. The concept of nobility in historical and psychological aspects is a vast area for research.
Important for understanding the moral principles of the nobility are ideas of honor, valor, patriotism, dignity, loyalty. The literature of that time consolidated the state approach to the issue of protecting noble honor. For example, in the book “The True Policy of Noble and Noble Persons”, translated from French by the writer V. Trediakovsky, participation in a duel was condemned: a nobleman “loses all his property, he is forced to leave the state … to be separated from all his beloved. He gives his life for happiness, which he can lose in battle, if he doesn’t master it, or on the chopping block, even if he overcomes … he destroys his soul” [29, With. 55].
In 1783, the Austrian teacher J. Felbiger’s book “On the Positions of Man and Citizen” was first published, translated from German and edited with the participation of the Empress. Consisting of numerous rules of conduct and advice on housekeeping, it became a kind of encyclopedia of morals and attitudes, reprinted many times and used as a textbook for public schools. She urged young nobles to be afraid of meanness, i.e. unseemly deeds and obscene deeds that lead to loss of honor.
The source base for the study was historical texts relating to the moral character of representatives of the upper class, such as “The Prudent Citizen, or Parting Words to a Person Entering the Office of a Hostel”, “Children’s Fun, or a Collection of Short Stories, Conversations and Morales, which serve to amuse and instruct children” , “Good Thoughts, or the Last Instructions of a Father to His Son, Filled with Various Reasonings”, “The True Policy of Noble and Noble Persons”, “The Science of Being Happy” and many others.
