On February 14 at 10.30 on the sunny sports ground, the official closing of the Small Winter Olympic Games of the preschool educational institution took place. 6 teams came out in a sports march and lined up on the site. The residential complex of high comfort class “Senate” on Kubinskaya street will consist of several 12-storey buildings. The project includes a kindergarten for 140 pupils and a school for 1,150 children. Improvement options include a pedestrian boulevard with an air bridge and a private ice rink in the yard.
PIK Group, which presented two new projects in August, strengthens its presence on the market. The capital developer has entered one of the most popular locations among St. Petersburg developers – Vasilyevsky Island, where the residential complex “Shkipersky 19” began to be built.
The second project of the PIK + line consists of several 12-storey buildings. One of the main features of the project is the views of the Gulf of Finland and the Galley harbor. The complex will have its own kindergarten and school.
Another Muscovite project has started in the Frunzensky District, where the construction of the Aeronavt Residential Complex began on Ligovsky Prospekt, not far from the Obvodny Kanal metro station.
It will consist of two 12-storey buildings. Keys to newcomers are promised until July 1, 2025. The infrastructure will be in the next quarter: here the developer is implementing a larger project “Vitebsk Park”, which includes the construction of three kindergartens and a school.
There is also a new addition to the elite segment. The Mir project from the RBI Group was brought to the primary market of the Central District.
The club house is being built on Mirgorodskaya street, near the metro station “Ploshchad Vosstaniya”, and is a building with a variable height of six to nine floors for 263 apartments. The complex will include underground parking and a built-in kindergarten for 60 pupils.
On the last day of summer, the GloraX City Baltiyskaya complex, which is being built on Shkapina Street, on the site of the former Lenkhladokombinat, entered the market.

LSR Group will bring to market a large comfort-class project in the Krasnogvardeisky district on Partizanskaya street. The Polis Group company received a permit to build a complex in the village of Novoselye. In September, apparently, the parade of prime ministers will continue – over the past three months, 15 new residential complexes have already appeared on the map of new buildings in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
