Our purpose at Connect:KIDS Learning Center is to
partner with parents in providing a loving, safe, and warm learning environment
for children.  We provide developmentally
appropriate curriculum that is both challenging and fun, with classes for children ages 18 months—PreK.

We use
the ABeka Curriculum, as well as themed ideas and extra-curricular activities
aimed at reinforcing Christ-centered concepts. We maintain at least the minimum
standard of the student/teacher ratio set by the State of Texas.  We also offer after school pickup and care for students in Kindergarten—5th Grade.

We seek to supplement the educational experience with
Christ-Centered activities and instruction that enhance each child’s spiritual
awareness, even from the youngest ages.
We use the Gospel Project© curriculum throughout the week, and we are adding a chapel service each
week with age-appropriate songs, Bible lessons and crafts.   Summer activities include field trips for
all of our school age students.

For more Information you can reach us at 972-937-3484.

municipal preschool educational institution “Kindergarten No. 203” of the city of Yaroslavl

How it all began

In the largest district of the city of Yaroslavl, not far from the square,
on Sergo Ordzhonikidze Street, for almost 30 years with warmth and love
meets children and their parents kindergarten No. 203.

Its history begins in 1989, when the Zavolzhsky district

rapidly grew and developed, its population increased, and there was a catastrophic lack of children’s institutions

. Then the Zavolzhsky plant of large-panel housing construction adopted

The solution is to donate a kindergarten to a young microdistrict.

The standard project 211-1-247/83 approved in 1982 was taken as a basis. Several architectural bureaus worked on the project, including Yaroslavl Grazhdanproekt. In the explanatory note to the working draft, we read: “The building of a nursery-garden for 280 places was made of reinforced concrete… The wall panels were painted with perchlorovinyl paints according to the color scheme book and the coloring of the facades… The building is two-story with a technical underground. Building area 1250 square meters. The area of the plot in the fence is 1.33 ha.”

On October 1, 1989, the kindergarten welcomed its first pupils. What were the first years of the young institution? The first head of the kindergarten Antonova Nadezhda Konstantinovna recalls: “The year 1989. – construction, acquisition of the material base . .. 1991-93. the formation of a team. In 1995, the garden changed its departmental affiliation – it moved to the Zavolzhsky district department of education. The team begins to master the breakthrough program “Step by Step” for those times. A creative take-off begins, new holidays and traditions are born.

January 2001 leadership changes in the garden. The baton is taken by Ivanova Lyubov Georgievna. She worked as a teacher from the very foundation of the kindergarten and knew its traditions well. The institution actively participates in various competitions: “Road alphabet”, “Firework of talents”, “Madame Shrovetide” and many others.

In May 2016, a new leader comes to the preschool institution – Nadezhda Vladimirovna Grechina. Since that moment, the kindergarten has been updated: young teachers and specialists have joined the team, combined groups for children with disabilities with speech impairments begin to function, working conditions for employees are improving, and the material base is being updated.
