MBDOU No.

17 Ulyanovsk.

The oldest kindergarten in the city of Ulyanovsk opened its doors in 1941 – in a very difficult and terrible time for our country, when the Great Patriotic War began. The first children who started attending kindergarten were those whose parents went to the front or worked day and night in factories for the good of the country. Groups were with round-the-clock stay of children.

Since then, the kindergarten has been closed once. On April 6, 2012, in accordance with the conclusion about the emergency state of the building, the educational process in MBDOU No. 17 was suspended (order of the Department of Education of the Administration of Ulyanovsk dated April 6, 2012 No. 89eight).

The Administration of Ulyanovsk decided to overhaul the building of MBDOU No. 17 within the framework of the departmental target program “Development and modernization of the system of preschool education in the municipality “city of Ulyanovsk” in 2013″.

During the overhaul of the building, work was carried out to strengthen the wall structures, finish the facade of the building, overhaul of cold water supply and sewerage, overhaul of the heating system, repair of the ventilation system. Carried out interior finishing work.

The most modern conditions for the successful upbringing and development of children have been created.

In September 2016, the kindergarten celebrated its 75th anniversary! The kindergarten gathered for the holiday a lot of honored guests of the city of Ulyanovsk, a team that stood at the origins of the founding of a preschool institution, former pupils. Thanks to a wonderful friendly team, more than one generation of Ulyanovsk residents has left the kindergarten. The teaching staff is faithful to their kindergarten and many teachers left the native walls of the preschool institution, only for the time of the overhaul and after the opening they happily returned to their favorite work. Educators have released more than one generation of children. The kindergarten has a wonderful good tradition to gather whole generations of families who were pupils of this institution. But it is especially expensive that this number and generation includes employees of kindergarten No. 17.

The kindergarten has 4 groups for children from 2 to 7 years old.

In the second building there are 6 groups for children aged 1.5 to 7 years.

In the third building there are 7 groups aged from 1.5 to 7 years. There are 641 people in the kindergarten in total.

In modern conditions, the family, being the main social institution for raising children, acts as a social customer and consumer of the services of a preschool institution.

It should be noted that in this kindergarten the educational process is flexible, meeting the social needs of parents.

One of the priority areas of activity is the formation of models of early development of children from 1 to 2 years old – the Early Development Center operates in the kindergarten, where an adaptive educational space has been created for children from 1 year old. Parents have the opportunity to assign a child to a group in the mode of short-term stay and go to work (part-time). This allows young parents to remain able-bodied, economically and socially active.

Such a form of organization as the Young Family Club is popular with parents.

This form is interesting because the topics of club meetings may vary depending on the social needs of the parents. Various specialists of a preschool institution (administration, teachers, medical workers), as well as primary school teachers, librarians take part in the work of the club. Such broad social contacts enrich all participants, create a positive emotional atmosphere for both children and adults.

The educational program is implemented in accordance with the federal state standard. In addition to the main educational program, the kindergarten implements partial, author’s programs (on theatrical art, arts and crafts, etc.).

The implementation of the program of spiritual and moral education and upbringing “Sociocultural Origins” deserves special attention.

Conducted classes help children acquire such important qualities as a sense of self-worth, a sense of security, confidence in support, trust in assessment, relationships, and feelings (the child is ready to express his opinion on various issues).

Along with active forms of work with children, activities with the active participation of parents are held in the kindergarten.

Joint events with parents and family members bring joy to children, give a festive atmosphere and kindness.

Such events bring families together, provide an opportunity to look at each other in a new environment, strengthen cooperation between the family and the kindergarten.

The active work of the kindergarten is aimed at developing and strengthening the health of children. The purpose of health work in the preschool educational institution is to create a sustainable motivation for the need to preserve one’s own health and the health of others.

Since September 2016 started the implementation of the long-term practice-oriented project “The World in the Rainbow of Professions”

Early acquaintance with various types of human activity – children’s career guidance – is an integral part of the general cultural environment that forms a holistic life experience of the child in society.

Every year the kindergarten takes part in the Spartakiad “Malyshok” among preschool institutions in Ulyanovsk, in track and field relay races among preschool institutions in the Leninsky district.

Teachers, together with pupils, participate in interregional and international competitions.

The main goal of the kindergarten is to provide quality affordable pre-school education, to identify and support talented children.

On the International Day of Older Persons, all attention is paid to the older generation: grandparents, older housemates, older work colleagues. This day reminds us that elders need to be helped and respected. No wonder its second name is the Day of Kindness and Respect.

On the eve of this day, our preschool educational institution, together with parents and children, took part in the “Memory” campaign. In addition to food kits and essentials, which were collected in large quantities, children, together with teachers, made souvenirs and crafts for the elderly.

Announcements

March 01, 2022

Dear parents! From September 1, a speech therapy group begins to function in our kindergarten.

The speech therapy group includes children with general underdevelopment of speech. General speech underdevelopment (OHP) in children with normal hearing and intact intelligence is a violation that covers both the phonetic-phonemic and lexical-grammatical systems of the language. The recommended number of children in compensatory groups for children over 5 years old with severe speech disorders is 10 children (SanPiN). The main form of education in preschool educational institutions of a compensating type for children of this category are speech therapy classes, in which the development of the language system is carried out. Classes are frontal, subgroup, individual.
