We have compiled a list that will help you to understand how suitable the selected kindergarten is for you.
Choosing a kindergarten: a checklist for parents
How is the adaptation process organized in the kindergarten? Does the kindergarten guarantee that the child adapts? Does the staff know what to do and how to do it?
How do kindergarten staff behave when they first meet a child? Do they manage to find an approach to children, or do they not pay attention to them and communicate only with adults?
What do the children look like in class? Do they seem happy and engaged? How open are they in relation to visitors: freely communicate, greet, ask questions, talk about themselves?
What do staff do when a child cries / breaks the rules / doesn’t want to eat / fights or bites?
How does the kindergarten communicate with parents? How and to what extent do parents receive information about what is happening in kindergarten?

The special project was created with the support of experts from the Magic Castle network of English kindergartens.
For more than 10 years, Magic Castle has been one of the leading international schools in Moscow. Education in an English kindergarten begins at the age of 1.5 and continues in a British school for children from 5 to 18 years old. Magic Castle students have the opportunity to choose from more than 30 sports, creative, intellectual activities.
Magic Castle has Teddy Bear Club – an English club for children from 6 months to 2 years old, where the child begins to get acquainted with the English language in the classroom with his parents.

MBDOU has 6 groups, one group of short-term stay of children. Group rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment for various types of children’s activities: organized educational, play, labor, productive, independent. The kindergarten has a music and sports hall, which is equipped with the necessary equipment and aids in accordance with the requirements. There is a methodical office.
