The game is based on the movie of the same name about the famous
detective. Now you, along with Dick Tracy, will look for criminals (this is
quest part) and detain them (and this is an action movie).
Investigations are carried out according to all the rules: a case is opened,
witnesses, a search is carried out, then detention and indictment.
