Essay “Kindergarten of the Future”

Order No. 38393

Children must live in a world of beauty, play, fairy tales, music, drawing, fantasy, creativity.

V.A. Sukhomlinsky

These are the words I want to start talking about the Kindergarten of the future.

Kindergarten of the future, how do I see it?

This is a light and cozy house. This house has bright toys, interesting books, comfortable furniture, modern equipment. And most importantly, kids come to this house every morning to spend a joyful and fruitful day, play and chat with friends and adults, learn something new and interesting. The kindergarten of the future is a second home, a child’s family, a fairy tale…

And children in the Kindergarten of the Future are met not by random and indifferent people, but by educators and teachers who live in the interests of children, in love with their work. “Work is the best way to enjoy life,” I. Kant argued. And I share his point of view. The teacher is a guide, a link between the child and the outside world. The teacher should help each child find their place in life. Teachers of preschool institutions are competent highly qualified specialists who keep up with the times and love children, treat each child with attention, provide an opportunity for kids to realize themselves, based on their interests, needs and inclinations. These are erudite specialists mastering new technologies, innovative forms of work. These are creative people who share experience, knowledge and skills with children in the game, give freedom, encourage initiative and direct their skills to reveal the child, to develop his personality. In the Kindergarten of the Future, educators and teachers, along with high and new technologies, use traditional folk pedagogy. All children love fairy tales. A creative teacher through a fairy tale will teach a lot. A child through a fairy tale learns the world around him, learns moral values, behavior patterns accepted in society, and joins the folk culture. Music sounds in the Kindergarten, children draw, fantasize, play! nine0003

In the Kindergarten of the Future, interaction with the families of children is also important. Parents are “infected” with positive emotions and are active participants in the pedagogical process, playing together with teachers and children. And at home they don’t sit children at the TV, at a laptop or with a tablet, phone, but involve them in joint activities: go for a walk in the park, do crafts, read a book…

In the Kindergarten of the Future, there are no more than 15 children and for their diversified development, a psychologist teacher, a speech therapist, a music director, and a physical education instructor work. Teachers work with children, not with “papers”. nine0003

And the child, going home in the evening, says: “I will definitely come tomorrow!”

Kindergarten of the future… What will it be like? It depends on us, teachers working in kindergarten today and now.

It is very important for us teachers to remember that children are our future. And we must create all the conditions for their development now. And the future will come very soon and “our children” will become the future parents of the future kindergarten, its employees, educators … It is they who will build the very kindergarten !

“The best way to make children good is to make them happy.” (Oscar Wilde), so let’s unite, raise and educate literate and kind people, striving to reach the heights on their own, able to defend their point of view. It is in our power to see in the eyes and hearts of the children the world in which Kindergarten of the Future will be built.

It is in our power to see in the eyes and hearts of the children the world in which Kindergarten of the Future will be built.

Essay “My Kindergarten of the Future”

Dream! We must dream! And we, preschool teachers, have something to dream about! And so, let’s start from the very beginning …

We are all very familiar with the problems with the adaptation of children in kindergarten. Therefore, “building” the kindergarten of the future, I would really like to turn to the early socialization of children, to realize the dream of all teachers and parents: a kindergarten without children’s tears! This idea is not new, it was proposed by the famous French pediatrician, psychoanalyst and writer Françoise Dolto. This is the so-called “Green House”, where the child gradually, at an individual pace, acquires the first social skills and “buds off” from the parents, in addition to what it says about the unfulfillment of this dream in the near present, the idea of this “house” implies absolute free for parents of this project. The child adapts to the new situation by visiting the “home” with the parents. Thus, this is a place of communication not only for children, but also for parents. In Russia, there are only two “Green Houses” – in Moscow and St. Petersburg. But… since we are talking about the kindergarten of the future, why shouldn’t such a “Green House” appear here in Saratov! nine0003

You can kindle your imagination for a long time with how the building of the kindergarten of the future will look like: in the form of a flower, a fabulous miracle tower, or it will be built from huge colored transformer cubes … Let’s leave it to the architects of the future to decide. It will, of course, be built from environmentally friendly materials, it will be bright, cozy and necessarily spacious. An important detail is the security systems. The most modern security and fire alarms, an autonomous climate control system will be installed. Pupils of our future kindergarten will not need to go to the district clinic for an appointment, because a whole block of our kindergarten will be given to medical specialists and offices with modern medical equipment. The most modern health-saving technologies will be applied within the walls of our kindergarten! Oh, how you want the children of the future to not get sick at all! Of course, the kindergarten of the future is the use of the most advanced technologies. Electronic media will be understandable and accessible to every adult and pupil. And yet, the last thing I would like is for the garden of the future to be a kind of sterile laboratory, with a lot of 3D screens, displays and other technical innovations of mankind, among which educators freed from the burden of everyday worries roam. I read that in one of the kindergartens in Moscow a survey was conducted among pupils on the topic “What would you do in a kindergarten if there were no adults there? » 80% of children answered – “I would play! ” And then? – “I would still play! ” And then? – “would leave” …. That’s what makes a kindergarten today, tomorrow and always attractive for children, cozy and lively – these are the people who work in it! I am sure that by the time the kindergarten of the future opens, the profession of an educator will become prestigious and teaching staff will be proud of their numerous talented youth! nine0003

In my view, the kindergarten of the future is a kind of scientific and methodological center, where professionals in their field work, it is a self-organizing system capable of revealing the potentials of its development by:

– early identification of children’s individual abilities in conditions of freedom of choice of activities;

– taking into account the needs of parents and the formation of the most important relationship: children – parents – teachers, in conditions of confidential communication;

– creation of scientific and methodological creative groups of kindergarten teachers and representatives of pedagogical science, which makes it possible to practically implement the principles of the development of the child’s personal sphere, educational activities, and the creation of a health-saving environment. nine0003

Thus, in my opinion, the model of the kindergarten of the future will be determined by the following components:

-organization of subject-developing environment;

-creation of conditions for optimal pedagogical interaction with children;

– modern educational and correctional development space;

– involvement of parents in the educational and correctional development process.

This built-up model would like to be supplemented with such components as an integrative component (so that children with genetic disorders integrate into the environment of ordinary peers); nine0003

– environmental (development of environmental awareness in children should be on a par with the most important tasks)

– ethno-cultural component (children of the future should not forget about their roots, history and traditions of their people)

Came to these conclusions and realized: yes because I didn’t discover anything and didn’t fantasize anything new.
