“Play while you play, dance while you dance, sing while you sing, live while you live!”

A puzzle, a secret with seven seals, giving life and breaking the heart? Who is it? Of course, a woman! On the eve of Women’s Day, this story is about the biggest mystery in a man’s life. By the way, the figure eight on this holiday, I think, is not accidental – it is infinity, like the woman herself, who is infinitely attractive, mysterious and beautiful.

Our heroine was born in the ancient city of Andijan, surrounded by high mountains, among shady gardens, under the hot sun on the ancient land of the Ferghana Valley. Mighty plane trees, slender pyramidal poplars, cotton fields, mulberry trees, acacias blooming in spring, the smell of melons in the bazaar, the unsteady haze of midday heat in summer, the feeling of an ancient oriental fairy tale – all this remained in the memory of Farida Poznukhova…
In the troubled 90s, together with her family, she had to leave her native Uzbekistan and move to Tambov, her husband’s homeland. In 1991, they settled in Stroitel. Farida had no difficulties getting used to a different mentality, nature and, in general, a different life. After all, almost every year earlier they came here to visit their spouse’s relatives. Our black earth region fell in love with a friendly and loving family.
It would seem that disturbing memories remained in the past, the long-awaited peace and tranquility have replaced constant fear and pressure. The family took root in a new place and took a fancy to their nest. But less than three years later, trouble knocked on their house – a long illness that claimed the life of the dearest person. The children lost their father, and Farida – her first and only love of her life.
With her daughter and son, a single mother was left alone, without relatives – in another country during the dashing times of perestroika. Of course, no one expected specialists in our region, so necessary for cotton growing in Uzbekistan. Having worked for 17 years as a hydraulic engineer in the republic, Farida Ismailovna worked for other 17 in completely different jobs – in a construction company as an accountant, in a beauty salon …
… The children grew up, started their own families, and soon the house was empty. And two years ago, my son passed away – suddenly and tragically. With this loss, the mother could not come to terms for a long time. Her friends and, of course, the beloved folklore ensemble Tambov Zador, which Farida Poznukhova has been a member of for 10 years (almost since its foundation), helped to survive the unbearable loss. Rehearsals three times a week, constant concerts and tours distracted her. In recent years, the daughter and grandson have been living in Moscow, but they maintain a close relationship, meet, visit each other. The second, eldest, grandson is in Tambov, and his grandmother sees him. It also happens to two sisters and a brother in Naberezhnye Chelny. In a word, it is warmed by the warmth of loved ones.
And another spiritual medicine appeared during this time – poems that will listen, console, warm and support. At one time, she received poetic messages. The husband composed poems – first for his beloved girl, and then for his beloved wife. Farida carefully keeps them in a large notebook and, of course, rereads them. Poetic dedications and confessions could not but touch the heart of the beauty and won it for a long and happy almost a quarter of a century. Now it is her time to speak to her loved ones and to this world.
Poem “Confession”. He was destined to be born. The mother put all her pain, longing, love, prayer, appeal into the mouth of her son. And one more thing – a warning for other sons and daughters – not to destroy yourself, to enjoy the time given from above. And, if “it’s too late now for me to lose something”, then someone else has time and a chance to return to a normal life, to a different and real buzz – the love and happiness of loved ones. Stop, “open your eyes,” writes Farida and believes that her words will become prophetic for someone.
Since then, many lyrical and philosophical poems have found their place in the work of this strong woman. Despite all life’s trials, she remains an optimist – cheerful and charming, loving life. However, the motto (which she composed herself) speaks for her: “Play while you play, dance while you dance, sing while you sing, live while you live!”
In her poems, Farida Ismailovna considers herself a conductor, therefore she often puts her thoughts into the mouths of lyrical heroes. So, in the poem “Waiting”, she writes about an old woman who continues to wait for her beloved from the war, or on behalf of a man who is ready for anything for her “Tambov she-wolf”.
Memories, as she herself admits, are an inexhaustible source of inspiration. Very often she remembers her father’s house, that happy time:

How you want to return to childhood,
Where there are no worries,
To plunge into the warmth of mother’s hands
And save her the trouble.
Dear Beloved Mother,
I still can’t understand,
How did you raise the seven of us
And how much I had to suffer…

This “Summer Dream” Farida loves to sing, and she presented several of her songs to her favorite team. Since childhood, she has been singing and regrets that she does not know musical notation and does not play musical instruments. True, in the “Tambov enthusiasm” her faithful assistants are spoons.
And the old and cherished dream has not yet come true – to become an artist. “I was good at drawing, painting, going to art school. In addition, the brother and daughter-in-law were artists. Too bad I didn’t develop it that way. My friend entered the Andijan Institute of Cotton Growing and called me. So fate has developed, ”my interlocutor admits.
Farida Poznukhova has enough time for reflection, walks, a measured and calm life, favorite activities and for herself. On her working biography a few years ago, she put an end to it, as time dictates. Although it is hard to believe that this full life of a woman has a retirement age. It’s not about her at all! Because in the soul – youth, and enough strength for a lot. By the way, she manages to bring beauty to the land: plant flowers, relax for the benefit of body and soul. And with the advent of spring and inspiration, the heart will become even warmer.
… By the way, by March 8, Farida Ismailovna prepared her gift for all women – a poetic one. She dedicates these lines to all mothers, grandmothers, wives, sisters and loved ones:

The cold is receding,
Feel the breath of spring.
Women’s holiday, as always,
For men – a confession of love.
On this bright day of spring
In every woman – snowiness,
And the men of the whole country
Give you flowers and tenderness!

Step by step, or How to teach a child to be independent?

We often hear complaints from adults that the new generation is growing up spoiled and infantile. They say that today’s children, due to excessive guardianship of adults, do not have elementary self-service skills, they wait until the last that their mother, father, grandmother will do everything … Why is this happening, the correspondent of BB understood.

Do not complicate the future

, more economic, more polite, etc. The idea, by the way, is not new. The famous ancient Greek philosopher Socrates many years ago thought about the same: “The current youth is accustomed to luxury, it has bad manners, despises authorities, does not respect elders, children argue with adults, greedily swallow food, harass teachers.

Nevertheless, when adults talk about the lack of independence of today’s children, there is a certain rational grain in this. In modern families, an only child sometimes grows up. And if there are many adults around, and even competing with each other for the attention and love of the baby, then sometimes they completely free the child from household chores. This approach is justified in different ways. Some parents say: “Let my child enjoy childhood.” Others explain that the main occupation of a student is study, so let all forces be directed there. Still others admit that it is easier for them to do housework by themselves: it will be faster, and then they will not have to wash insufficiently clean floors or dishes.

It would seem that there is nothing terrible, the child will have time to learn everything when he gets older. However, such an approach can complicate life not only for parents who will be forced to serve their offspring for years, but also for the child himself, who risks growing into a problematic adult. Insufficient development of the volitional sphere makes a person more prone to various addictions. Nikolai Yakushkin, chief freelance medical psychologist of the Vitebsk region, noted that those who were not taught to manage emotions and perform feasible duties are more likely to develop addiction. Does your child not want to put away toys? Okay, adults will collect. Does the child not want to make his bed, wash the plate, do homework? Well, let him, if only he grew up healthy and happy. And as a result, an infantile personality will be formed, which in life will be guided by the principle “I do only what I want.” Such a person, even having matured, will not make efforts to achieve success in the professional field, to create a harmonious family.

Basics from parents

To prevent this from happening, it is important to teach children from an early age that everyone has some kind of responsibility. It is optimal when the efforts of parents and teachers complement each other.

But it is the family that lays the foundations of behavior. The first people a child comes into contact with are his relatives. From them, a small person takes an example, from them he learns how to behave. So kids come to kindergarten already with certain attitudes and skills. And immediately the educators become aware of the shortcomings of the parents in terms of children’s independence.

I know this firsthand. She herself was among those who, a year ago, teachers of a preschool educational institution told at a meeting that a group of three / four-year-olds gathers for a walk for almost an hour, because boys and girls sit side by side on benches and wait to be changed and changed clothes .

It is important to teach children from an early age that everyone has responsibilities. It is optimal when the efforts of parents and teachers complement each other.

— Dear mothers and fathers, do not try to do everything for your sons and daughters! – in the morning the educators appealed to our conscience and our mind. – Of course, you will undress the child faster than he will do it himself. But he won’t learn anything like that! Don’t rush, be patient. Come to the garden early so as not to be nervous when the baby is slowly changing clothes.

Gradually the process began. Now, according to teachers, it takes not an hour, but 20 minutes to get ready, since children perform many actions themselves. The main thing is to act on the same principle outside the kindergarten and consolidate the result. After all, at home, a beloved child periodically tries to turn on helplessness and begins to put pressure on pity: “Mom, help! I can’t take off my shoes! I’m tired and I can’t unbutton my jacket!

But not being led in such moments is not the whole story. It is also important to regularly involve the child in feasible household chores. First, teach to clean up toys, fold removed clothes. Then – wipe the dust on the lower shelves during cleaning. Gradually, you can trust and sweep the floor and wash the plate. So, step by step, the child will acquire the necessary skills.

After all, the secret of greater independence of the older generation is often simple: we grew up in less comfortable conditions than today’s children. Not so long ago, for example, there were no dishwashers and robotic vacuum cleaners. And even washing machines were different, clean linen after them had to be manually rinsed and twisted. Therefore, the parents themselves took more care of the house, and we were more actively involved in both cleaning and washing. And in private houses, often without the usual amenities for the townspeople, there were even more worries.

The school takes the baton

As noted above, educational institutions play a significant role in developing children’s independence and strengthening their self-care skills. The Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Vitebsk Secondary School No. 2 named after V.I. F. Blokhin Elena Ryabova.

Tidying up your workplace after the lesson, putting away personal belongings in the closet, wiping down the desk, washing the blackboard — this is what children should be able to do already in the first grade. Career guidance classes become an important addition: conversations devoted to various fields of activity, and meetings with people of various professions. That is, the school is not limited to one study, attention is also immediately paid to labor education. In the second grade, when boys and girls become Octobrists, these traditions continue. Each child has a task and learns to carry it out responsibly. Labor landings are also held to design offices and collect waste paper, the “Live, Book!” campaign, and role-playing games. Children participate in creative workshops, making feeders and other activities that allow them to acquire new skills and abilities.

“And since a large number of processes are collective in nature, schoolchildren simultaneously learn to cooperate, communicate, which improves the child’s adaptation in society,” Elena Ryabova emphasized.

However, according to Elena Nikolaevna, teachers have to face some difficulties. It is assumed that children should acquire basic self-care skills at home. But many modern parents (especially in cities where there are more opportunities) are primarily aimed at the early intellectual development of the child, as well as at identifying his creative abilities, achieving success in sports, and the like. As a result, a younger student, as a rule, in addition to lessons, attends at best one circle (section), and sometimes two or three. Accordingly, more than half a day is absent at home, taking into account the road, and there is almost no time left for learning elementary household things.

— But everyday independence is closely connected with educational independence, — Elena Ryabova explained. The more necessary skills a child acquires, the easier it is for him to adapt to learning activities. In particular, he will be able to properly organize his workplace, collect a portfolio.

It turns out that the maximum effect can be achieved only when the development of independence in children in an educational institution complements the efforts of parents, but does not replace them in any way.

— The school cannot do without the help of the family. This is an office romance: children plus parents plus teachers, – Elena Ryabova noted. – When mothers and fathers are not indifferent to the child’s school life, then the process of labor education becomes what Vasily Sukhomlinsky considered it to be: “This, figuratively speaking, is the harmony of three concepts: necessary, difficult and beautiful.” Only together can we succeed.

A WORD TO PARENTS

Natalya Khamaganova, Shumilino:

— I am a village child and therefore I became independent early. She helped to do everything around the house: cleaning, cooking, seaming could not do without my participation.
From the age of 10 she milked a cow when her mother was sick and was in the hospital.
My boys are now growing up almost in paradise when compared to my own childhood. I instruct them to take out the maximum garbage or vacuum.
True, Ilya, the eldest son, helped me look after my second child, Roma.
