The Daily Walk
Many years ago I decided to add a daily walk around our neighborhood to our morning schedule. We started out small by walking around our long block. We clocked it in the car and found that it was six-tenth of a mile. That took about seventeen to twenty minutes depending on the skill set and age of the walkers…..

I know there are many types of agreements between parents and providers when it comes to having children in the provider’s vehicle. On June 14, the Magadan City Court considered a civil case on the claim of the city prosecutor against kindergarten No. 59.
During the inspection, it was found that there were defects and damages, traces of leaks on the walls and ceilings of the rooms on the second floor.
The catering unit’s washing tub used for manual dishwashing has internal surface defects.
The court found that the children’s institution does not comply with the requirements of the sanitary and epidemiological legislation, which creates a threat to the life and health of the pupils, and thereby violates their right to safe conditions of stay in the institution.
Kindergarten No. 59 was obliged by September 1, 2023 to eliminate defects, damage and traces of leaks in the ceiling and walls of the internal premises of the educational institution and to ensure the use of a washing bath in the catering unit with no surface defects.
The court decision has not entered into force.
