Awesome Autumn! Our TGS Fall Fest Recap

A school for 1,300 students and a kindergarten will appear in 2021 near the Prokshino metro station / City News / Moscow Website

Construction and reconstruction Press Service of the Mayor and Government of Moscow

An amphitheater with a mini climbing wall will be built for elementary school students, and a large laboratory block, an amphitheater and an art zone for middle and high school students.

In autumn, a school and a kindergarten will open in the settlement of Sosenskoye, not far from the Prokshino metro station. They are being built as part of a large residential complex.

“The school was built according to a unique project, the kindergarten nearby was also built according to a unique project for Moscow, according to standards that require a rapid transformation of premises, high-quality use of all areas and, of course, great technological capabilities of a new, modern school. Today, we are opening the road to the Prokshino metro station so that residents of new microdistricts can freely take a bus or walk to the new station, which will reduce the travel time to the center of Moscow by about half an hour, ”said Sergey Sobyanin.

The construction of school for 1300 students and kindergarten for 350 children started at the end of 2018. They are located at: Cervantes Street, Building 2. The objects are being built at the expense of private investment on an individual project. When the construction is completed, the school and kindergarten will be handed over to the city free of charge as part of the developer’s investment obligations. It is planned that the first students of the new city school No. 547 will accept already on September 1, .

Children from the residential complex, which is already actively populated, as well as children from the nearest holiday villages, will go to school and kindergarten. Many of them now attend schools No. 2070 and 2094, which are located near the metro stations “Kommunarka” and “Salaryevo”.

“New Moscow is gradually developing (about 80 social and cultural facilities, roads, metro stations have been built here in recent years), turning into a full-fledged urban development. Here, the residential complex “Spanish Quarters” has already been built according to the urban principle – not a sleeping area, but an urban development with boulevards, streets, social and cultural facilities, trade enterprises, services, and so on. And of course, it is important that facilities that provide life support, social and cultural facilities are built in parallel with the construction of housing,” the Moscow Mayor emphasized.

According to him, despite the fact that dozens of facilities are being commissioned in the TiNAO, there is a shortage of kindergartens and schools. Therefore, the construction of such educational complexes in these districts is a priority.

Open and friendly

The developers of the new school project sought to create a friendly and open environment that positively influences the formation of the child’s personality.

The three-storey building of the school consists of three blocks (wings). Their total area is 17.8 thousand square meters.

The right wing of is closest to the playgrounds on the school grounds. In this part of the building children of elementary grades will study. For them, universal classrooms will be equipped for conducting lessons in various subjects. In the recreation area of the second and third floors, amphitheater with a mini-climbing wall will be equipped. Here the kids will have fun and actively spend time during breaks and after school.

In the left wing of will study the middle and senior classes. A large laboratory block (total area – one thousand square meters) with all the necessary equipment for robotics, 3D printing, virtual reality technologies and city farming will be made for the children. Students will be able to conduct experiments at the intersection of different sciences (cross-subject education), consolidate theoretical knowledge and gain experience in practice.

High-quality equipment and design solutions will create an adult professional atmosphere in laboratories, familiar to scientists and employees of high-tech enterprises. This should arouse in children additional interest in obtaining new knowledge.

“I hope that the kids will be happy, their parents will be happy that such first-class schools and kindergartens will appear near their homes,” said Sergei Sobyanin.

In the central zone schools will make amphitheater (atrium). This is an integral part of the educational space in modern Russian and European universities and schools. Here you can hold meetings, debates, theater classes. In addition, the amphitheater can be used as an additional recreation area for students of all ages.

Also in the central area there will be an information center with a library, a video library and places for project work in small groups, as well as a round concert transforming hall with rooms for artists and storage room for scenery. And in the special art zone , children will be able to study painting, design and architecture.

In addition, the school will have medical block with a doctor’s office, a bathroom, treatment and vaccination rooms, psychologist’s and speech therapist’s rooms.

An infrastructure for sports will be created for students. In addition to the halls in the building itself, the school yard will have volleyball and basketball courts, an artificial turf football field, a workout area and a jogging track. Also, small architectural forms for recreation and children’s outdoor games will be installed here.

Benches-tribunes of the amphitheater will be installed in the yard for public events. For rest and communication there is pergola with a swing , where you can accommodate a small company on semicircular benches. And in the warm season, a wooden canopy will protect from the hot rays of the sun.

Lawns and flower beds will also be planted on the territory, trees will be planted, sidewalks will be laid and bicycle parking areas will be made. In addition, a barrier-free environment will be created in the building and on the school grounds for people with limited mobility.

It will be possible to enter the school territory through a separate checkpoint. There will be a waiting area for parents.

Transforming rooms and tactile furniture

Kindergarten under construction will be the first preschool institution in Moscow , which was designed according to the principles of zoning of premises that are new for Russia. The area of the three-story building will be 5.4 thousand square meters.

In playrooms and bedrooms, most of the toys, equipment and furniture can be stowed away in dedicated wall niches . This will allow you to quickly create spacious rooms for active games or organize an individual workspace.

Another innovative solution is large windows with wide window sills, located only 30 centimeters above the floor. Kids will be able to observe the outside world.

Specially designed furniture will be installed for creative activities. Most of its surfaces will visually and tactilely resemble stones, straw and textiles – textures that are easy to meet in life. They can be touched, painted, used in games.

cookery will be built on the second floor. It will install household appliances for cooking, which will allow children to learn the basics of cooking and baking. During classes, children will stand on a special podium, which will help them freely reach the countertop.

For sports, a gym and a swimming pool measuring three by six meters will be equipped. Children will swim under the supervision of experienced teachers and medical staff, as well as learn about the properties of water through an exciting educational game.

They also plan to build a music hall, a medical unit, psychologist’s and speech therapist’s offices. For walks in the adjacent territory, playgrounds with awnings will be equipped, small architectural forms will be installed for recreation and outdoor games.

In general, since 2011, 440 buildings of educational institutions (317 kindergartens and 123 schools) have been built in Moscow. Of these, 256 objects were built at the expense of the city budget, 184 – at the expense of investors.

Only since the beginning of 2021, 10 educational facilities have been put into operation – three schools for a thousand places and seven kindergartens for 1190 seats

Plans for 2021-2023 include the construction of another 180 buildings for schools and kindergartens.

Transport communication

The construction of a new road from the residential complex to the Prokshino metro station has been completed. It will connect Nikolo-Khovanskaya Street and the Solntsevo-Butovo-Varshavskoe Highway.

The construction of a four-lane (two in each direction) 1.1 km highway began in December 2019. During the work, 24 kilometers of utilities were shifted, noise barriers with a total length of 520 meters were installed, a transformer substation and a block distribution point were installed, five bus stops were equipped and a traffic light was installed.

The territory has been landscaped. Here they laid out 1.6 hectares of lawn, planted 127 trees and 1909 shrubs.

The highway will improve transport services for residents of residential areas of the village of Nikolo-Khovanskoye, the horticultural non-profit association Kommunarka-2, the cottage settlement of Nikolino and other nearby settlements. The load on Nikolo-Khovanskaya street, Kaluzhskoe and Kyiv highways will also decrease.

In the future, the road will become a part of the under construction alternate Kaluga highway – highway Mamyri – Penino – Sharapovo with a total length of 10.1 kilometers. The highway will connect Admiral Kornilov Street, Nikolo-Khovanskaya Street, the Solntsevo-Butovo-Varshavskoye Highway and the M3 Ukraine-Serednevo-Marino-Desna Highway, which is under construction. It is planned to complete the construction of the Mamyri-Penino-Sharapovo road in 2023.

All news school is an important task for all parents.

At first I thought that no one could do this task better than me, mother. No nannies, no kindergartens! I bought a bunch of expensive books on the upbringing and development of children, bought a lot of different educational toys, climbed various Internet forums … But in reality everything turned out to be much more difficult than I expected.

My son Ilyusha is a very active child, and I simply did not have the strength and experience to cope with everything that was recommended in these abstruse books.

Cleaning, laundry, cooking for two menus (for children and adults), I still have to make it to the clinic, vaccinations, medical examinations … But I planned to independently engage in high-quality education and development of my son …

Another difficulty is that at home I am alone – my husband is constantly at work, and my grandparents do not live in Moscow.

How sad I was when Ilyusha refused to eat what I had prepared, and useful and educational toys (by the way, very expensive!), did not interest him at all, and he did not want to play with them.

There was a catastrophic lack of time for anything! I began to notice that my friends, who also have small children, but they sent them to kindergarten, have already gone to work, and look much fresher and more joyful than me.

It was an incomprehensible mystery for me, until one of my friends gave me very good advice: “Don’t suffer and don’t pretend to be Makarenko, find a good private kindergarten, my daughter goes to the Kindergarten on Yaltinskaya, if you want, go there we are very pleased.”

Private kindergarten Samson on Yaltinskaya

For the sake of interest, I turned… After my son entered this kindergarten (if anyone is interested, the kindergarten is called “Samson”), everything fell into place in my life.

My dear mothers, that’s why I decided to write this appeal. Do not make my mistakes, in a private kindergarten there is really a very serious selection of employees and staff, the teachers work wonders, my hyperactive child enjoys spending time there, playing, doing developmental tasks, even English words appeared in his speech! They simply found an individual approach to him, his activity was directed in the right direction.
