Happiness – to hold a baby in your arms, meet his first smile, catch the first words, enjoy the first step. Happiness is to love him and feel that he needs you…

Parenthood is joy and responsibility at the same time. Expectant mother for 9months you have to rise to the top of your abilities …

On the verge of motherhood, many women realize that they do not know enough about the characteristics of the development of the child, they lack experience in caring for the baby, raising and communicating with him …

Pregnancy is the best time to make up for this lack of experience.

Pregnancy and childbirth is a special, each time unique event that a woman experiences both bodily and emotionally, therefore, preparation for the birth of a child should be measured not only by improving the health of the woman and the health of the baby, but also by improving the psychological state, reducing states of fear, difficulties and discomfort that every woman who decides to become a mother feels to one degree or another. nine0003

And now your long-awaited baby has finally appeared, but after giving birth, everything is just beginning … A woman will need calmness and confidence even after the child is born, because for a successful physical and mental development, he needs a healthy, happy, caring mother.

Raising children is a great happiness, but also a lot of work, a true science and a great art… Who can help future parents live these wonderful 9 months with a minimum of problems and comprehensively prepare for the wonderful moment of the birth of a long-awaited baby? nine0003

For future parents in the Surgut City Clinical Polyclinic No. 1, the doors of the Mother’s School are always open. Qualified specialists work here: a midwife, a clinical psychologist, a pediatrician who are ready to go with you all the way to prepare for the birth of your baby.

Taking part in special courses for future mothers, gradually getting acquainted with the physiological (obstetrical) and psychological aspects of pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, being aware of the needs of the child, receiving information about the optimal behavior during pregnancy, childbirth, in the process of caring for a child, breastfeeding , every woman will be able to fulfill her new role of “Motherhood” with joy and responsibility

Communication during classes provides an opportunity to share doubts and anxieties with the specialists of our “School of Mothers”, as well as share personal experience with pregnant women like you. When attending classes, a circle of communication is created between people immersed in one state, united by common concerns and interests that support each other.

Ideal (and desirable) is the case when every pregnant woman takes a full course of classes, and her husband and close people take an active part in preparing for the birth of the baby. In our “school” we are happy to meet every married couple who decided this amazing and responsible event, the birth of a child, live together. nine0003

The program “Schools of Mothers” of the Surgut City Clinical Polyclinic No. 1 includes a cycle of group and individual lessons, and is designed for 2 months. Women who want to physically prepare their bodies for childbirth can attend exercise therapy classes.

Also in our “School” expectant mothers can attend an individual prenatal training course based on BFB technology (biofeedback). BFB classes will help you learn how to manage your condition, anesthetize contractions on your own, use your body’s reserves using diaphragmatic relaxation breathing.
