Wonderful duplex apartment of 150 sq. m, located in a three-storey building near the beach of Ondarreta, just a few minutes drive from the center of San Sebastian. The spacious, light-filled living-dining room has access to a large private terrace with a seating area. It offers breathtaking views of the main attraction of San Sebastian – La Concha Bay and Santa Clara Island.
The apartments have two parking spaces in the garage. In addition, the building has a communal swimming pool, with the same wonderful views. A private path departs from the house leading to the city beach of Ondarreta. Quiet place, perfect for rest and relaxation.
On the top floor there is a living room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. On the other floor there are three bedrooms, very bright and cozy: the main one with a built-in bathroom and two single beds.
