Safety is our priority. Our caregivers are CPR / First Aid certified. They passed an FBI Background Check / Fingerprint Screening prior to employment and are constantly getting trained by Early Childhood Organizations like Care About Childcare and the Office of Child Care Licensing.

Exhibition of samovars in Vladivostok summed up

The solemn closing of the exhibition of old samovars from the private collection of the Getmanov family took place on July 10 in Vladivostok at the Tsentral Art Gallery.
The organizers summed up the work of the exhibition and presented souvenirs to the co-organizers and partners of the project. Gratitude for assistance in the preliminary work on the opening of the exposition was received by the team of the Tourist Information Center of Primorsky Krai.
The geography of tourists who visited the exhibition included 16 countries (including China, the USA, South Korea, Japan, Canada, Jordan, Belarus, Kazakhstan and others) and 63 cities. For 1.5 months of work, a team of 9people conducted 734 excursion programs for visitors of the exposition. As part of the exhibition, more than 40 cultural and educational events for guests and residents of the city were held at the site. Children of school and preschool age, members of children’s clubs and students of school camps came to look at the collection of samovars. To conduct the tours, the employees took a brief tour of interaction with visitors, they were trained in the techniques of involving, showing and telling the collection of samovars.
“The project of the exhibition of a private collection of samovars of the Getmanov family has become a new format for presenting the tourism potential of the region. As part of the exhibition, we tried to provide information support: we told guests and residents of the city about the project, our partner tour operators, in turn, organized and conducted excursion programs for visitors We believe that this is a successful experience when exhibition spaces become a point of attraction for both residents of Primorye and guests of the region,” the Primorsky TIC said.
“Together we took an important step in such a direction of work as the presentation of private collections in the format of an exhibition for everyone. The project was appreciated by residents and guests of the city. The implementation of such tasks is a vivid example for inspiration. We hope that this is not the last exhibition, and your others will follow suit. And we will help and support the initiative as far as possible.
We hope that other collectors will follow your example,” Andrey Brik, Chairman of the Vladivostok City Duma, spoke at the closing of the exhibition.
“We were pleasantly surprised when we visited the exhibition. We didn’t think that during our trip to Vladivostok we would get to a large exhibition of samovars. It was interesting to look at specimens from the private collection of the Getmanov family. We were also invited to take part in a tea party and were treated to delicious, seaside tea,” tourists from Krasnoyarsk shared their emotions from visiting the exposition.
Exhibition of old Russian samovars “World Cultural Heritage in Russia” opened in Vladivostok on 16 July. The event was timed to the Independence Day of Russia, and also dedicated to the 161st anniversary of the city of Vladivostok. The best samples of the private collection of Alexander Anatolyevich and Angelina Aleksandrovna Getmanov were presented to the visitors. One of the organizers of the exhibition of ancient samovars were local historians of the OIAK.
