- Here at Pinellas Park KinderCare we provide a warm, nurturing
environment for your child aged anywhere between eight weeks and
five years. Our academic programs are age specific and we approach
learning through utilization of unique curriculum designed to
address all aspects of your child’s development. Our staff includes
a blend of seasoned teachers as well as teachers who are just
embarking on their new careers. Our commitment to the education of
young children and to our families is evident at all times. From
the inviting exterior to the classrooms of happy children, we
ensure that your family’s KinderCare experience will be a positive
one. - At Pinellas Park KinderCare we address all areas of your child’s
development; therefore, your child’s safety is one of our top
priorities. Not only are all of our outside perimeter doors locked
to ensure security, but all our playgrounds are fenced with locked
gates as well. Upon entering our center, it becomes apparent that
your child is well protected. The only way to enter the areas where
the children are is by going through a security door. Only
authorized people will have access to your child. Through our very
stringent identification policy, we ensure that everyone who enters
our premises belongs there. In addition, we work very hard to
ensure that our environment is clean and safe at all times, thus
limiting your child’s exposure to things that can make them ill. We
follow strict KinderCare and local licensing standards to ensure
that your child remains safe, healthy and happy. - Hours Of Operation: 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, M-F

About the project
The residential quarter “Matveevsky Park” is being built in the prestigious part of Moscow – in the west, in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district. The project has a convenient location and good transport accessibility. Just a three-minute walk away is the new Aminevskaya metro station. You can get to Kutuzovsky Prospekt by car in 8 minutes, and to TTK in 12.
Two new schools, three kindergartens, an elementary school block and a shopping center will open on the territory of Matveevsky Park, while parking lots and storerooms will be located on the underground floors. A city sports and recreation complex and a polyclinic will appear next to the project.
From each house you can go to the courtyard-park – a private space for residents without strangers and cars. A pedestrian boulevard designed by the British architectural firm Gillespies will stretch along the entire project. Residents will be able to walk here after work, play with children, play sports. A dry fountain will decorate the territory and save you from the summer heat. There will be a special area with training equipment for walking dogs.
The new pedestrian bridge will conveniently connect with the infrastructure and amenities of neighboring residential areas. There will be places for recreation and bicycle paths on the bridge, and under it there will be a small green park with comfortable benches.
The facades of “Matveevsky Park” are lined with durable embossed brick, which will preserve the noble appearance of houses for many years. In a residential area, you can choose from a variety of functional layouts: for example, with a dressing room or a laundry room. There are also apartments with French balconies and corner windows that visually enlarge the space.

Project Features The apartments of Matveevsky Park will be bright and cozy thanks to corner windows and French balconies. We will build schools and kindergartens in Matveevsky Park, all close to our homes. Residents will be able to walk along the pedestrian boulevard designed by Gillespies. There is a fountain, cafes and shops. The new pedestrian bridge will conveniently connect Matveevsky Park with the infrastructure and amenities of neighboring residential areas.
Life in Matveevsky Park
The houses of Matveevsky Park form quarters where courtyards are cozy parks with playgrounds and sports grounds. From the project, you can walk to the Aminyevskaya metro station in 3 minutes, and there are convenient exits for cars. Various shops, services and PIK “Places at Home” will open in the area: co-working, fitness room, extension and event space.
Layouts
There are many layouts in Matveevsky Park, including an apartment with a dressing room or a laundry room. There are two finishes to choose from: ready-made, which you can immediately move in and live in, and pre-finishing finishes – the ideal base for individual design.
