The concept of the educational process in the RCCA
The educational process at the Academy is built in accordance with the state educational standard, but at the same time it has a number of features that distinguish the RCCA from other Russian universities.
The implementation of all programs of higher professional education is based on a certain concept. The Academy has its own mission in the cultural and educational space of modern Russia. The pedagogical philosophy of the RCCA is a cultural and value-based humanitarian education.
RCCA stands on “three pillars” – spirituality, humanitarianism, professionalism. High-quality vocational education is the most important task. The academic load and the level of certification requirements are high, so it is easier to enter the RCCA than to leave the Academy with a diploma. It is quite natural that graduates of the RCCA are in demand in various spheres of public life. However, our education is not limited to the professional competence component.
The goal of the Academy is to help a person become a person. Personal growth is possible through the development of the collective experience of mankind, deposited in the best achievements of world culture.
The principle of the RCCA is a holistic education in the humanities.
<- Предыдущий пост: Eastwood learning center: Eastwood Learning Center, LLC – Child Care Agency in Independence Следующий пост: Daycare in hampton va: Preschools & Child Care in Hampton Roads ->Most universities implement a scientist approach, when the main educational process is grouped around the study of basic science – economics, psychology, history or sociology. General education in this case acts as a “makeweight”. The culture-centric education offered by the RCCA considers any field of knowledge as an element of a more complex system – culture, our life world. “Immersion” of the student’s consciousness in the history of world culture is the general humanitarian foundation for all general educational programs of bachelor’s and specialist’s degrees. The process of immersion in culture is structured, so to speak, vertically and horizontally – according to epochs and aspects. The most important eras are Antiquity, the Middle Ages, Modern times, and finally, Russia as an original civilizational space. The most important aspects are social and political life, artistic and aesthetic creativity, philosophical thinking, and religious practices. Systemic general education allows the student to master the skills and competencies of his profession even more successfully.
