AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED
We’re so proud!
Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.
SCHOOL-READY
What Learning Looks Like
Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.
Overlake KinderCare Programs
Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)
Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.
Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)
Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.
Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)
This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.
Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)
This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!
Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)
When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.
School Break Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)
Winter break, spring break, summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you
can count on KinderCare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused
on fun. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times and make sure they have a
sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget.
Participating Child Care Aware Center
KinderCare partners with Child Care Aware® of America to offer fee assistance for
Active Duty military families and flexible support to fit their needs when care at a Child
Development Center on the installation is not available.
Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program
Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)
In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!
Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)
KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.
Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)
Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)
STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)
You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!
Our Teachers
We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

“
My childs name is Brittany and her teacher is Ms. Vian. Brittany has been with KinderCare for almost 3 months. I just wanted to let you know how much i appreciate everything Ms. Vian has done to help Brittany to improve her skills and personality.
When Brittany went to kinderCare, she was a shy girl and knew little about spanish and numbers. Now, after studing with Ms. Vian, she is not shy anymore and can count to one hundred and speak Spanish (of course English too.) Yesterday evening, she even can read a kids book for me at home. I am so excited. She definitely couldn’t have done it without Ms. Vian.
Ms. Vian has helped build the foundation for Brittany. The impact of her help is so significant. I truly can not thank Ms. Vian enough and will be forever greatful.
Our family started at your center in October of this year and we have been very satisfied with quality of care and attention you have afforded the children. We have been to a number of childcare facilities before but I am thoroughly impressed by yours. The director and the staff are very welcoming, hard working, and cooperative. The teachers all genuinely care for the children and always know the right balance of discipline and TLC. The facilities are clean and organized and every wall is decorated with fun pictures and art work. I love how we get the daily report cards that tells me what my child has been learning about in class that day so I can talk to him about what he has learned that day. I’m also impressed by the extra events organized such as parent teacher conferences, picture day, etc. I always feel comfortable dropping of my kids at Overlake Kindercare because I know they will be in good hands!

I absolutely love KinderCare – Overlake. My both daughters have been here. The changes that have been made to the curriculum recently are all added bonus to an already a great place! I am impressed with the amount of activities (even for toddlers) that are being done: nursery rhymes time, art, circle time. I can clearly see difference in my daughter’s activity level even within a few weeks of joining KinderCare.
Recommend very highly. Great Location + a truly caring staff – a winning combo!”

“
I was a stay at home mom with my daughter for the first three years of her life. It killed me to have to go back to work and leave her with someone other than a family member watching her for the first time, and my daughter’s safety and happiness were the most important things to me in looking for a good child care program.

It took some time for her to adjust to her first year, but the staff at Kindercare in Overlake was so helpful in helping her adjust, and supporting her to make new friends her age. I remember the first day that I dropped her off and instead of clinging to my leg and begging me not to leave- she practically shoved me out of the way so that she could say hello to her friends. It was right then that I knew that I made the right choice about who to watch my child.

My daughter’s teachers have been wonderful. The curriculum is smart- her teachers make learning really fun for her and she is coming home everyday with something new that she learned in Kindercare. I really feel like all the staff has taken the time to get to know my daughter, and really meet her at her needs. I have come to pick my daughter and observed how the teachers are with my daughter and all of the other kids. The staff at Kindercare really do love kids, there is just no other way to put it. They genuinely care about the children and really actively interact with all the kids- definitely makes me feel comfortable knowing that my daughter’s safety comes first.

I would recommend Overlake Kindercare to any of my friends with kids. It has been more than just a daycare or preschool- but a second home to my daughter and there is nobody else outside of the family I would trust to watch my little girl.

Will the troubled Kindergarten No. 4 in Mayskoye be opened after another inspection? — Latest news of Belgorod and the region
Alexander Kurchevsky, an assistant to a deputy of the Belgorod Regional Duma, told Bel.Ru journalists about a possible catastrophe that could happen after the opening of kindergarten No. 4 in Maisky. He also left his angry appeal on the page of the head of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
Plot
Exclusive
Recall that the problematic preschool institution became known in 2020. Parents sounded the alarm after the appearance of breathing problems in preschoolers. Bel.Ru journalists tried to find out who was to blame for children’s illnesses – poor-quality building materials used in construction, or unscrupulous officials who commissioned a crumbling kindergarten? nine0003
Later it became known that specialists from the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Belgorod Region, during an inspection, found that the permissible level of radon content was exceeded, but they did not report the dangerous find to the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor.
And already in 2023, the question of opening a preschool institution was raised again. But as the assistant to the deputy of the Belgorod Regional Duma Alexander Kurchevsky assures, this cannot be done. According to him, during 2022, various commissions repeatedly visited the kindergarten. They checked the ventilation. nine0003
In Belgorod, there is a certified regional organization with a license that checks ventilation in all social facilities. These are schools, kindergartens, etc. This organization was invited four times during the year to check the ventilation, and all four times they gave negative conclusions – the ventilation does not work.
Alexander Kurchevsky
According to Kurchevsky, initially the problems were related to improper construction of air ducts in the kindergarten itself. At the same time, during all major repairs (of which there were four in all the years), no one ever dealt with ventilation issues. nine0003
I originally raised the issue of radon and the lack of ventilation, because the children’s bedrooms and toilets have a heavy, musty smell, but not a penny was spent on ventilation. Now the issue is not resolved. A lot of budget money has been invested in repairs. Now it is necessary to justify the legality of their introduction. Therefore, the developer, Mr. Gopchenko (the director of the company that built the kindergarten and made the last repairs), needs to get a conclusion that the ventilation in the kindergarten is normal and you can stay there. nine0015
Alexander Kurchevsky
Kurchevsky added that they wanted to open a kindergarten in the fall of 2022, but this did not happen after the publicity of the situation.
They wanted to send children there, but by raising this problem several times, they managed to prevent this horror. Now Mr. Gopchenko has brought his specialists, who can deal with determining the degree of ventilation. They have already taken measurements. That is, apparently, a positive conclusion is already being prepared that there is ventilation in the kindergarten and children can be let in. But the parents of children know very well that there is nothing to breathe in the kindergarten. And as soon as they cross the threshold and smell this stench, they will take their children. That is, interested parties are trying to achieve a fictitious conclusion. nine0015
Alexander Kurchevsky
In order to prevent a tragedy, Kurchevsky posted an angry appeal on the page of the head of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov.
I ask all regulatory authorities, together with the prosecutor’s office, the governor and developers inside this kindergarten, to stay with the windows closed for at least a few hours and understand that it is impossible to let children into the kindergarten. I tried to shout to the governor. This is the cry of the soul of the inhabitants of the village of Maisky, whose children should go to this kindergarten.
Alexander Kurchevsky
To finally understand the situation, we sent an official request to the regional government.
