The tasks of line managers may include the distribution of customer calls to specialists. More often, the web version is used for this, however, it is more convenient to make some urgent changes through the application.
Thus, the mobile client allows you to adjust the counterparty, the type of the created order, the agreement under which the service is provided, and the service itself. Clients do not always correctly determine these parameters when registering a request, however, they affect its priority, which determines the time to respond and complete the request. With the help of a mobile application, the manager sees the discrepancy and quickly eliminates it without access to a computer.
