Love of Christ Preschool provides; within a Christian framework; a safe, loving, nurturing environment which encourages growth, development and learning at the child’s individual pace. The school recognizes Christ as the source of all truth with each learning experience viewed through His Word. With parental responsibility in mind, our program is designed to supplement, rather than replace spiritual training in the home.

Our experienced, caring staff design lessons to develop reading, writing and math readiness; motor skills; socialization; and emotional growth. This is accomplished by introducing a wide variety of fun-filled, age appropriate activities which include: music and rhythm, arts and crafts using a wide variety of media, story time, games and free play, Religious educations, special events, snack time and much more.

Love of Christ Preschool is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services and operated by Love of Christ Lutheran Church. The school is a non-profit organization which admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Throughout the year, we have special events for our preschoolers. We do not do off campus field trips. To add extra excitement to our preschool program, Love of Christ Preschool regularly schedules special events and guest speakers to visit our school such as:

Half-Day Preschool:

Our preschool hours are 9:00AM-12:00PM any day we are open. We follow the Mesa Public Schools’ calendar for holidays closed. Your child will be placed according to age: If your child is 3 yrs. old by the child’s first day of class and toilet trained, he/she will be in a Preschool class. If your child is 4 yrs. old by September 1st of the current school year and will attend Kindergarten the following school year, he/she will be in a Pre-K class. Each classroom has a teacher and a teacher’s aide, and a very desirable student to teacher ratio.

Full Day Preschool:

Our Full day Preschool is an extension of our established half day program. Our staff introduces exciting theme based units designed to further stimulate growth in creativity; language; social and motor skills; and emotional development.

You have the flexibility to choose the days and hours your child attends Love of Christ Full Day Preschool. Each classroom has a teacher and teacher’s aide, and a very desirable student to teacher ratio.

To register your child for preschool, pick up a copy of the short registration form available from the Preschool office or download one below and email a copy to our Preschool Director Sarah Margalis ([email protected]). Registration fees can be paid online by clicking the ‘Registration/Tuition Payments’ button below, or by check.

The monthly tuition cost depends on the number of days and hours per week.
Families with more than one child registered receive a 10% discount on the tuition of the second child. 

Active members of Love of Christ Lutheran Church receive a 15% discount on the monthly tuition.
