All positive comments about Mac are lies!!! If you want to get the first unsuccessful work experience, you are welcome to McDuck!!! This is the place where they promise a white salary, compliance with the law, a flexible schedule, training, a team, but in fact you find yourself in real slavery, HELL, without any rights and the presence of only DUTIES! I fell for the advertisement of a wonderful job at McDuck. I believed and decided to earn some money during the holidays (I’m a student). McDuck is my first job. I got a job at McDuck on Sukharevskaya metro station on July 1, 2001, they signed documents with me on the very first day of work, but they didn’t give a single document in my hands, explaining that the director was on vacation and my copy employment contract will be given later. When I expressed my desire to work at certain hours on an individual schedule (as prescribed in the employment contract), the manager told me rudely: You came to work – work! and gave me a schedule of your choice! On the first working day, I was forced to work 10 hours, while I spent 5 hours on the grill, without interruptions. For the whole day, only a half-hour break was allowed, during which I barely had time to “swallow” a bikmak and a glass of water. All the training came down to the fact that I was shown only the grill area and all FIVE days of work I was only on this site. Fry cutlets for 8 hours – WHAT CAN BE WORSE! They cannot replace you – there is no one, they cannot let you go for a break – there is no one to replace you. A whole day in HELL!!! For 5 days, the hands were covered with burns from drops of hot oil, which is sprayed during the frying process. Tried to negotiate a job in another area. The manager said rudely: there is no one and no time to teach you, you will fry cutlets until you learn!!! HOW IS THAT? And how much time should this “learning” to fry cutlets take, you ask? month? two? or year? Further – even more interesting. I made the decision to LEAVE. Came here to write a letter of resignation. The manager said: we can’t FIRE you – NO DIRECTOR!!! SOMEONE to sign documents!!! If you work another 14 days, then we will fire you!!! UNDER LABOR LEGISLATION, an employer does not have the right to detain an employee for more than 3 days of work after submitting an application during the test !!! Again, in the employment contract that I signed, the test period was discussed – 2 months !!! When I said this, the manager laughed in my face and said that I would work as much as they needed in McDuck !!! They didn’t accept my letter of resignation and “ORDERED” me to go to work! IS THIS A WHITE COMPANY? Compliant with the Labor Code!!! I won’t go back there again! NEVER!!! And I didn’t get any money for honestly worked time!!! Not a penny! McDuck is the MOST “BLACK COMPANY”, grossly violating the law, RIGHTS OF THE WORKER, which has arranged real SLAVERY and exploitation !!! Do you want to experience it for yourself? Do you want to not be considered a person, they yelled at you all day, dictated how much you work and where, did not pay for your hard work.
