Residential complex “Regency Garden” – Gilyarovskogo street, 37, building 2
Regency Garden is a low-rise premium-class residence , implemented in the format of townhouses. This is a corner of old England, the architecture of the regency era in the alleys of Moscow Gilyarovsky (Central Administrative District, Meshchansky District). The complex is formed of nine semi-detached townhouses on a fenced plot of 0.136 hectares. At an equal distance are the famous gardens – the Catherine and Botanical Gardens of Moscow State University. There are 9 within walking distance0003 sports complex “Olympic” and metro station “Prospect Mira” (250 m) . Transport accessibility is convenient, the house is a two-minute drive to the main Mira Avenue. The construction of the Regency Garden residential complex has been completed. The commissioning of the house is scheduled for in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Apartments in the Regency Garden residential complex
The Regency Garden residence package includes 9 two-story premium townhouses: from 66 to 108 sq. m . The layouts are based on the principle of functional zoning on two levels – public and private. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall (plus a bathroom), a kitchen and a living room. On the second level there are bedrooms, from one to three, with windows on two sides, bathrooms and dressing rooms. Townhouses are characterized by high ceilings (3.5 m) and large deluxe wood framed windows. Each townhouse has an elite entrance group: a deluxe class dark wooden door and a private front garden at the entrance. Townhouses are handed over in a condition for finishing. For each residence, an individual design project has been developed in the style of the English classics from the design studio NPonomareva.
Characteristics and internal infrastructure
Residential complex Regency Garden was built according to the author’s architectural design. The format of townhouses, which is rare for the capital, involves a combination of the advantages of a country lifestyle and the infrastructure of a big city. Living in your own house – a townhouse with a separate entrance and a private front garden in front of the windows provides a special level of privacy, silence and solitude – these are rare qualities of life for a metropolis. The Regency Garden project combines modern construction trends and the traditions of the English regency style, according to which aristocratic London mansions of the 19th century were built. A two-story house has been built on a paved section of historical Moscow, outwardly similar to an old London mansion, formed from nine semi-detached townhouses. Laconic stone facades are plastered and painted in noble beige with transitions from a dark plinth to a light top. The facade is decorated with luxurious massive doors of townhouses, decorative facade moldings in traditional white color, various forged elements. The interiors have a slightly old-fashioned retro-aristocratic vibe: massive furniture, English wallpaper with floral prints, exotic birds and plants, antique frescoes and wall paneling.
Regency Garden’s own infrastructure includes a multi-level security system : fencing of the territory with a wrought-iron fence, 24-hour security, access control system with video surveillance. Landscaping of the territory is carried out in the traditions of the regency style. Entrance groups are decorated with flower arrangements, a part of mature trees has been preserved on the territory, ornamental shrubs are planted – boxwood and evergreen conifers. Car parking is organized on the basis of 2 parking spaces per townhouse . There is a guarded area for parking in the adjacent territory.
External infrastructure
The rest of the project concept is designed for the developed infrastructure of the Central Administrative District. The most famous gardens of Moscow are within easy reach from the Regency Garden – the ancient Catherine’s Garden with ponds and the Botanical Garden of Moscow State University (another name is Apothecary Garden), as well as Festivalny Park. There are several theaters within walking distance – Grandfather Durov’s Corner, the Russian Song Theater, the Oleg Tabakov Theater. Walks in the parks can be combined with entertainment at attractions and visits to exhibitions of flowers and exotic plants. There are many architectural and historical sights in the immediate surroundings: the Shchepkin House-Museum, the Vasily Vasnetsov House-Museum, Lomakina’s tenement house, Svechina’s mansion. A few steps away is the large Olimpiysky sports complex and the SM Stretching fitness club. Nearest educational institutions – buildings School No. 2107 named after Romain Rolland , including the preschool department. Immediately several kindergartens are surrounded, including the private kindergarten “Karuselka”. Among the higher educational institutions within walking distance are the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship, the B&D Institute of Business and Design, the Department of Orthopedic and General Dentistry. In the nearest alleys there is a children’s clinic and a private clinic European Medical Center. There are two large medical institutions in the immediate vicinity: N.V. Sklifosovsky and Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute. M.F. Vladimirsky (MONIKI).

Construction of the tallest building began in Kopeysk | Pchela.news
News
In the center of Kopeysk, the Trest Magnitostroy company began to build an 18-storey building. The residential complex will appear on Ilyicha Avenue, the completion date of the facility is the second quarter of 2022.
Along with the residential complex, another municipal kindergarten will appear in the city. It will be located on the first two floors, Oleg Laknitsky, general director of Trust Magnitostroy, said.
The institution will be designed for six age groups: from 2 to 7 years. The residential complex will be built on the site of a wasteland. It has 135 apartments. The company promises future residents a park around a high-rise building with landscaping on an area of 1. 3 thousand square meters, benches, swings, playgrounds and outdoor exercise equipment.
The project includes decorative elements: cornices, moldings, window framing, rounded parapets.
— Transformation of the center of Kopeysk, giving the main streets of the city new meanings and formats — the need for this is literally in the air. Our new project will breathe modern gloss into the territory: the building will be made in a classical style, decorated with decorative elements. We designed the object, starting from the surrounding building: the facade will echo, for example, the Kirov Palace of Culture, which is located very close, – the press service of the company quotes Laknitsky.
On the developer’s website, you can track the progress of work
Recall that in the fall, Trust Magnitostroy announced the construction of the Vidny residential complex on the site of a wasteland near the Traktor ice arena. The first two 25-story monolithic-frame towers will begin to be erected in the spring of 2021.
