St. Mary’s Premier Program for Wellness & Quality Daily Care
For Adults 17 and Older.
Our full-time Registered Nurse coordinates each person’s care with their physician and can dispense medication, provide injections, treat wounds and monitor for other medical needs.
Safe and dependable transportation is provided for travel to and from the center. Transportation to medical appointments is also available.
We serve a nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack which is prepared daily in our commercial kitchen.
Dedicated and caring staff who take pride in the care of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, stroke, head injury, diabetes and more.
St. Mary’s Adult Medical Day Care provides respite for caregivers and provides participants a place for socialization, rehabilitation, meaningful activities and a sense of community.
We operate two programs designed to meet the needs of our participants.
Choose from two different program options.
Adult Medical Day Care is for adults 17 and older who require additional assistance with medications or injection administration, assistance with eating or toileting, treat wounds or monitor other medical needs.
Senior Center Plus is a program for those 50 years and older who need minimal assistance with activities of daily living and possibly need supervision during the day.

Do you accept people with dementia?
Yes, we provide supervision and assistance to folks with cognitive impairment.
Our daily program includes therapeutic activities to stimulate the mind and body.
How much does it cost to attend?
Adult Medical Day Care is $94.00 a day and the Senior Center Plus program is $59.00 a day. Transportation and meals are included in the fee.
Does Medicare cover the cost?
No. However, our services can be funded by a variety of methods including Medicaid, Respite Grants, the Veteran’s Administration, and other publically funded programs. For those who do not qualify for these programs, we offer a sliding scale based on income. Some long-term care policies also provide for medical day care.

What is the difference between your two programs: Senior Center Plus and Adult Medical Day Care?
Senior Center Plus is a program for those 50 years and older who need minimal assistance with activities of daily living and /or supervision during the day.
Adult Medical Day Care is for adults 17 and older who require additional assistance and nursing oversight.
