We all had a playroom growing up it was called ‘OUTSIDE.”

I’m sure you all agree that our best memories of childhood happened while in an outdoor environment. Building forts, making mud pies, sleeping under the stars, playing hide and seek, running races, climbing trees etc…

It’s time to go back to those times of our childhood, to simplicity, to running , climbing and exploring in the sunshine. Nowadays, children don’t play like we used to do. When we were kids we would come home from school, go outside and play until the sun came down and dinner was ready. For some reason, that really doesn’t happen anymore…
It is time to start changing things here.

Society is missing the first step in life…

Learning isn’t just about learning how to spell. I believe society is missing some of the integral first steps in life.Building our identities, guidance in how to recognize emotions and how to manage them are basic life skills that are not taught. A lot takes place outside the classroom, and teaching life skills will inspire the children towards the key tools for success: kindness, emotional awareness, positivity, patience, persistence, believing in oneself, standing up for themselves and working hard. Developing life skills is important so our kids have an idea of what they want to do in life and also who they really are as humans. All this happens while the experience is seen through the children’s eyes.

Today the kindergarten “Zvezdochka” celebrates its anniversary. In December 1964, the children’s institution hospitably opened its doors.

The first head of the kindergarten was Nadezhda Balakireva. Together with professional teachers, Nadezhda Vasilievna laid the foundation for a high level of educational work and intelligence. She became a model for the younger generation of teachers. Relay race to strengthen established traditions and develop kindergarten at 1972 took Valentina Kisteneva. The kindergarten team continued to create coziness in group rooms, ennobled the territory of the institution.

From 1980 to 1982, Tamara Kormishina was appointed head of the preschool.

A new era in the history of the kindergarten is associated with the entry into office in 1982 of Nina Mozgalina, an experienced, creative leader, a highly professional teacher. Many trees were planted on the territory of the kindergarten, flower beds and a vegetable garden were laid out, a sports ground appeared. Kindergarten has become a real health zone. For many years, speech therapist Lyudmila Dremova and educational psychologist Yulia Barinova have been working with children and parents in Zvyozdochka. The Zvyozdochka Kindergarten has many achievements, awards and diplomas. Teachers try to participate in all activities of different levels. The team considers the results of children to be the main achievements. Numerous certificates and diplomas of children are more eloquent than any assessment of their work. The teaching staff of the kindergarten finds a path to the soul of each child, reveals their creative potential and simply loves their profession.

Fifty-five years for history is just a moment, but for many generations of graduates, labor veterans and current educators it is

an unforgettable event that gives wonderful memories of bright everyday life and opens up new pages of creative activity. The anniversary date will go down in history, and we wish this wonderful team of new discoveries, achievements, accomplishments, constant improvement of pedagogical skills, participation in the life of the city, district, region, and most importantly, the continuous process of upbringing, education, training of those for whom they are in answer for our children! This means that the world around us will continue to be known, the first lessons of kindness and friendship will be mastered.
