Young teacher Anishchenko Ksenia Sergeevna took part in the IX Summer School for Young Teachers at Baikal.
The first day of the school was held under the motto “We are a team!” . The participants were divided into three teams: Iskra led by Rosa Shalygina, Yellow Tulips led by Svetlana Naimanova and Guardians of Childhood led by Maria Tretyakova.
The second day and the theme of the day “Mastery”
July 4 Baikal welcomed the participants of the Summer School with a cozy coolness. Morning exercise took place on the shore of the lake.
Interactive meeting “Team of professionals” with the chairman of the regional trade union organization Fedoseyeva V.G. An open dialogue was held, as well as a “Trade Union Quiz”.
Master classes from the winners and laureates of regional professional skill competitions were presented that day.
A boat trip along Baikal became a charge of vivacity and good mood. And this is a good rest, clean air, pleasant conversations.
Young teachers took part in various master classes and trainings from their own colleagues. A series of master classes “Young to Young” is not only a source of new knowledge, but also a wonderful tradition of the Summer School.
Among the many performances and master classes, there was time to play. The participants of the school played volleyball and the entertaining game “Karambia”.
Day three. Image and vocation of the teacher.
After an invigorating exercise, young teachers took part in a body-oriented psychological training, which was conducted by an educational psychologist Shchekolova N.S. After all, as you know, a healthy mind is in a healthy body, so much attention was paid to the body and physical activity at the school.
Lecture-workshop “Professional image of a teacher” for school participants was held by Orlova I.G., teacher, head of the Department of Theory and Practice of Music Education, IRKPO.
Speech on the topic: “Educational ecosystem of the Irkutsk region” was presented by the head of the additional education department of the Ministry of Education of the Irkutsk region, Perfiliev S.V. An open dialogue took place, the trajectory of the transformation of youth associations in the Russian Federation-Yunarmiya, RDSh, Big Change was discussed. Participants asked interesting questions about educational advisors in schools.
