AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

South Park KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks-1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1-2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2-3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3-4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4-5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Participating Child Care Aware Center

KinderCare partners with Child Care Aware® of America to offer fee assistance for
Active Duty military families and flexible support to fit their needs when care at a Child
Development Center on the installation is not available.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Cooking Academy™ (3-12 Years)

In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!

Music Explorers™ (2-4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2-4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it. )

STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)

You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

  • I would recommend KinderCare of South Park to a friend. It’s hard to find a place that you can trust to take care of your kids. I love the activities offered especially during the summer program. The teachers at the center are top notch.

    Hi Tiffany –
The best way for me to tell you how I can’t imagine a world without KinderCare is to tell you our family’s stories from our time with KinderCare –
We were lucky enough to have a friend take care of our oldest when I had to return to work after 8 weeks off on maternity leave. Shortly, after John’s first birthday our situation changed and we had to find someone else to look after our son. We found a small mom and pop daycare and thought — Yes this is a good, safe and comfortable place for John. Our experience didn’t turn out quite the way we thought. So, we turned to KinderCare and immediately felt a complete relief that we were making the best move. The Teachers, Management and Staff made us feel so much better. They made suggestions on the best way to transition John over to the new place. We had no problems moving him. Things just got better and better for him. Art projects started coming home. He showed more interest in songs and books. I kept everything he has brought home.
One day I came in to drop John off and Becky came over to me to tell me about her daily visit with John to see the birds. She even had a cute little nickname for him, “My Man.” I was blown away by how a teacher would go out of her way to spend time with a child, my child, who was not currently in her class. I knew before but it sealed the deal that John was in the best place.
When our second came along I was nervous, our son was with a friend for the first year so this was kind of new experience for us. Carol was so easy to talk to and she answered all our questions. My first day back to work I called to check on Emma. Carol said she was doing well and was honest that Emma was getting used to the new place and that would take some time. At the end of the day when I got there to pick the kids up, I was told that John went over around lunch time to check on his sister to make sure she was okay. It warmed my heart to know that whether he asked or they offered they made sure both
Emma and John were both adjusting to the changes we had in our family.
Emma wasn’t feeling too good and I kept her home with me. It was just after 630pm and the phone was ringing with a number I didn’t recognized, it was Carol to check to see if Emma was feeling alright. She was calling from her personal phone. It was so incredibility nice of Carol to take time to check on Emma.
Every teacher and staff member knows my kids by name regardless of their interaction with them. At one point or another I have heard a cute story from each member of the KinderCare staff about my kids – something they did, said or even what they were wearing. I can go to any teacher or member of the staff with a question, request or concern and I am always met with we can help you with that or a Thank you for letting us know.
I can’t imagine a world without KinderCare….. These men and woman care about all the children that come into the center and take extraordinary care of them. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
    Thank you,
    Gayle M R.

  • I Can’t Imagine a World Without Kindercare

I still remember my daughter Ashlyn’s first day of Kindercare 3 years ago.   I remember I had the first day jitters more than Ashlyn, who was so excited to put on her book bag and new dress and go off to “school”.  When we arrived at Kindercare I started to feel my jitters creep up into tears.  I held them back for my little girl and told her to “have a great day”.  I’m not going to lie, Ashlyn was a little upset to see Mommy leave, but once she got to know her teachers and schedule she looked forward to every day at Kindercare.  She would actually get upset if she had a day off.  Ashlyn has made so many great friends at the center and talk constantly about all of the teachers.
About a year ago, Ashlyn went to the eye doctor and it was determined that she would need glasses.  She was so nervous to go to Kindercare the next morning wearing her new glasses.  The day before we went to the doctors I told Ashlyn’s teacher that she would be coming in the next day with glasses and that she was nervous.  Ashlyn slowly went into Kindercare that next morning, the first time she has not run, and was welcomed with at least two teachers wearing their glasses.   Ashlyn had never seen her teachers like that before.  She was so excited to realize that even they wear glasses.  I was almost brought to tears by the compassion of the Kindercare staff.  The teachers always have little ways to make the children feel great, from taking pictures with friends to acting surprised when my daughter “sneaks” up on them and yells “boo”.  Each and every staff member that I ever come in contact with, whether it is one of my daughter’s teachers or not, have made me feel like my child will be safe under their care.  Each time I leave Kindercare I think to myself how lucky I am that I get to feel like my daughter is truly safe while not in my care.  They say that it takes a village to raise a child and I honestly believe that Kindercare is part of my village and I wouldn’t want it any other way!

Thank you for the opportunity to express my feelings about my Kindercare Center.

  • I wanted to write to share with you my recent experience with the South Park KinderCare. My son, who is 4, had gone to a sitter since he was born. The sitter was having surgery and I needed childcare on a temporary part time basis. I spoke with Ms. Cansa and she was so accommodating to my situation and helpful to provide options. When my son started at the center, he had a lot of trouble as it was a big transition for him. His teacher, Ms. Beckie was so patient, caring and compassionate towards him. He would cry every day that I dropped him off, and she would sit and hold him until he settled down. She worked with him during nap time since he wasn’t used to having that quiet time. When I would call to check on him and everyone was so kind and I always felt that I could call anytime to check in on him. Ms. Cansa, Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Beckie, and the entire staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was a wonderful experience and it was because of all of them. I just wanted say thank you and to recognize their efforts.

  • My name is Jen and my daughter is in the Prekindergarten class at South Park KinderCare. I was lucky enough to be able to join them for the recent zoo field trip and I just had to share how thoroughly impressed I was. I have been incredibly pleased with the care and learning that my daughter has received her entire time at KinderCare, but field trips were new for us and the zoo can be a crazy place with just one child let alone 14. I was so thoroughly impressed with the order they had and how aware they were at all times of each child. They were teaching and so tuned into each kid’s needs. I really liked the ankle tags and how many times they did counts and verified each kid by name. The kids had a wonderful time and I am so grateful that I got to be a part of it. I am just so grateful and pleased for the wonderful experience my daughter has had at KinderCare- South Park and I really felt compelled to share it. Cansa, Tiffany, Becky, and the whole staff really are wonderful and have been so good for my daughter and our family. My daughter actually wants to go to school and as a working mother that means the world to me. When I go to pick her up she doesn’t want to leave. I can’t say just what that means to me! Thank you for selecting such a great staff and for having such a nice facility. I recommend it to everyone I know. Thanks!
