AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

Providence Road KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks-1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1-2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2-3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3-4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4-5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Participating Child Care Aware Center

KinderCare partners with Child Care Aware® of America to offer fee assistance for
Active Duty military families and flexible support to fit their needs when care at a Child
Development Center on the installation is not available.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Music Explorers™ (2-4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2-4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)

Spanish

Spanish Adventures provides young learners with a foundation for later success with
the Spanish language. Music, games, children’s Spanish literature, and other tools give
children multiple opportunities to hear, practice, and see Spanish language to develop
vocabulary and conversation skills. Curriculum includes lessons on greetings, numbers,
colors, animals, family, body parts, and pets, as well as how to engage conversationally
during common scenarios at home, a restaurant, or at the zoo.

STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)

You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

  • We enrolled our twins in KinderCare when they were nine months old. As a new parent I was very nervous. This is such a huge decision and I was terrified of making the wrong choice. We researched and visited many facilities before our twins were born, KinderCare being one of them. We spoke with the Director, Ana, and were impressed but ultimately decided to use a nanny in lieu of a day care facility. Using a nanny did not work out and when we called KinderCare nine months later Ana remembered exactly who we were and worked to get us in as quickly as possible. I wish we had started with them there from the beginning. We love the teachers and more importantly our children do too. They know our children well and each morning are genuinely happy to see them. I love to watch the faces of my children light up when they see the teachers. Each time we see their smiles it reaffirms the decision we made to choose KinderCare. I’m so grateful we found this place. They have been instrumental in helping us raise our children with the same love and compassion we have for them and encouraging their curiosity with art, music, and social activities.

    Mary C. – KinderCare Parent
  • I have been a client of the Providence Road KinderCare since January of 2007. From the first day I dropped my 16-week-old daughter off in 2007 to the present, I have received nothing but the best care for my children. Not only do I feel that my children are in a strong, supportive, educational environment, I also look at KinderCare as part of my extended family. I feel at home when I walk into KinderCare and having a strong sense of trust is important to me. I would highly recommend this location to any working parent. Thank you Kindercare for making the busy days as a working mother a little easier.

      FEDERAL STATE REGISTRATION SERVICE,

      CADASTRE AND CARTOGRAPHY

      LETTER

      dated July 6, 2023 N 14-6025-TG / 23

The Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in connection with incoming applications and based on the results of the analysis of decisions to suspend registration activities in case of division without implementation of reconstruction and other construction works of such linear objects as a “highway” (hereinafter – the road), reports.

Federal Law No. 430-FZ of December 21, 2021 “On Amendments to Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation” (entered into force on September 1, 2022) ways of forming immovable things.

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 141.3 of the Civil Code, buildings and structures may be formed as a result of the division of an immovable thing (buildings, structures, a single immovable complex) or as a result of the combination of several immovable things (buildings, structures, all premises and parking spaces located in the same building or structure).

Paragraph 3 of Article 141.5 of the Civil Code establishes that during the division of a linear facility, including during the implementation of which its reconstruction is not carried out, one or more linear facilities can be formed, including a linear facility, the division of which is carried out, with changed parameters.

In accordance with paragraph 14.1 of Article 1 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the reconstruction of linear facilities is a change in the parameters of linear facilities or their sections (parts), which entails a change in the class, category and (or) initially established indicators of the functioning of such objects (capacity, carrying capacity and others) or in which it is required to change the boundaries of the right of way and (or) security zones of such objects.

Since, by virtue of paragraph 3 of Article 141.5 of the Civil Code, a linear facility can be divided without performing reconstruction work, there are no grounds for obtaining a construction permit and commissioning as a result of such a division.

      In accordance with Part 10 of Article 40 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ of July 13, 2015 “On State Registration of Real Estate” (hereinafter referred to as Law No. 218-FZ): on the basis of a permit to put the relevant real estate object into operation and a document of title to the land plot on which such a real estate object is located, including an agreement on the establishment of an easement, a decision on the establishment of a public easement;

state cadastral registration and state registration of rights to a created building or structure, for the construction of which, in accordance with federal laws, a construction permit is not required, are carried out on the basis of a technical plan for such real estate objects and a document of title to the land plot on which such real estate objects are located, including an agreement on the establishment of an easement, a decision on the establishment of a public easement, or a document confirming, in accordance with the Land Code of the Russian Federation, the possibility of locating such created structures, as well as the corresponding objects of construction in progress without providing a land plot or establishing an easement.

Documents on the basis and in accordance with which cadastral work can be performed and a technical plan prepared as a result of such work are established by parts 8 and 11 of article 24, article 71 of Law N 218-FZ.

Part 11 of Article 24 of Law N 218-FZ establishes that if the legislation of the Russian Federation in relation to real estate objects does not provide for the preparation and (or) issuance of permits and (or) project documentation specified in parts 8 – 10 of Article 24 of Law N 218-FZ (including in the case of a change in the characteristics of the structure as a result of a major overhaul), the relevant information is indicated in the technical plan on the basis of a declaration drawn up and certified by the owner of the property.

At the same time, in case of receipt of an application and documents in relation to linear facilities formed in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 141.5 of the Civil Code, including the division of a linear facility without performing work on the reconstruction of the original linear facility, during the legal examination, it is necessary to make a decision taking into account the functional features of that or another linear object, including its hazard class.

Taking into account paragraph 23 of Article 2 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2009 N 384-FZ “Technical Regulations on the Safety of Buildings and Structures”, a functional feature of the highway is the fact that this type of structure is a surface planar building system, and its section, as a rule, does not entail a change in the class, category, other initially established indicators of the functioning of the highway.

Thus, if the division of the motor road is carried out without carrying out its reconstruction, and the objects formed as a result of the division have the same class, category, initially established indicators of the functioning of the motor road (carrying capacity, capacity) as the motor road subject to division, in order to carry out state cadastral registration and state registration of rights to roads formed as a result of the division, there is no need to provide permission to put the facility into operation, provided for in part 8 of article 41 of Law N 218-FZ. (This position is also stated in the letter of the Department of Real Estate of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated 06.07.2017 N D23i-3986 “On the division of a linear structure”.)

It should be noted that the real estate objects formed as a result of the division must be able to operate autonomously, that is, independently of other formed objects. The formed real estate objects in accordance with the current legislation after their statement on the state cadastral registration and state registration of ownership of them become independent objects of civil rights.

In view of the foregoing, we believe that state cadastral registration and state registration of rights in respect of motor roads formed by dividing an existing motor road, not related to its reconstruction, can be carried out on the basis of an application by the owner of the motor road and a technical plan prepared by a cadastral engineer with using the design documentation of a linear facility, on the basis of which the construction of the original highway was carried out (if any) or a declaration on the property (in the absence of design documentation for the original highway).

In the section “Conclusion of the cadastral engineer” of the technical plan, information is provided confirming that the category, class, length, carrying capacity, traffic density, design capacity, throughput, other basic parameters of the formed roads do not change, as well as information on the possibility of using the formed objects real estate autonomously, independently of each other.
