Gold Seal Quality Care Program
The Gold Seal Quality Care (Gold Seal) program was established in 1996 to acknowledge child care facilities and family day care homes that have gone above the required minimum licensing standards to become accredited by recognized agencies whose standards reflect quality in the level of care and supervision provided to children. Effective July 1, 2021, the Gold Seal program was transferred to the Department of Education from the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
Emergent/Elementary Literacy Micro-Credential
School Readiness (SR) child care personnel and VPK instructors interested in pursuing the Emergent or Elementary Literacy Micro-Credential can earn a completion stipend of $2,000. The literacy micro-credentials provide instructional personnel with high-quality, evidence-based online course content to build their literacy knowledge and skills to effectively support literacy learning for students, birth through grade 12.

At TIPS Kindercare kids playfully create stories, castles, and paintings with one another, they develop and refine their abilities to think creatively and work collaboratively, precisely the abilities most needed to be a global citizen in the future.The first step towards this starts as early as 1.5 years with us at TIPS Kindercare.
Whether it’s in the classroom or during playtime, kids will teach each other social skills and give each other a variety of language input that can really make a difference.
Our Kindercare program is based on learning experiences through fun activities. Kids are naturally curious about their surrounding and the education structure at TIPS Kindercare is focused on teachings that paves way to new ideas and gives them a sense of freedom.

Sberbank in Tatarstan launched a new service – payment for kindergarten without a receipt
(Kazan, April 19, Tatar-inform, Ildar Ayupov).
It is now possible to pay for the services of public (budgetary) kindergartens without a receipt – you only need to know the name, surname and date of birth of the child. When paying, there is no need to have bank details with you and remember the payment amount. The Kindergartens ONLINE service is available through self-service devices, in the Internet bank and the Sberbank Online mobile application, as well as in the bank’s offices with the help of a cash register specialist.
“We went with the technology of simplifying the payment procedure for the client and offered him what he knows for sure: the name, surname and date of birth of the child. These are the simplest identifiers. Based on the entered data, the system suggests the kindergarten to which the child is attached. After choosing a kindergarten, charges for food, maintenance, circles, etc. are displayed on the screen if the child attends them. Next, the payment amount is automatically set, which can be adjusted,” says Bulat Utkuzov, head of the payment services department of the Bank of Tatarstan branch of PJSC Sberbank.
Utkuzov himself has been using the new development of Sadiki ONLINE since he started testing it, and says that it is convenient when you can save the receipt and send it to the head of the kindergarten, if necessary. He demonstrated how the system works on the example of his own daughter’s data, and the system immediately gave a result on accruals and extracurricular activities for which his child was enrolled.

Let’s add that the service was created with the support of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Communications of Tatarstan. The first negotiations on its launch began in 2015. Sberbank specialists are confident that other banks will follow in their footsteps in simplifying payment procedures. In the meantime, perhaps in the summer, Sberbank will launch Kindergartens ONLINE version 2.
