Technological map “The road to kindergarten is safe for children” | Lesson outline (senior group):

2. Motivation, goal setting

3. Game cognitive activity

Dunno appears on the screen and cries.(1)

Q: Hello Dunno, what happened to you, why are you crying, are you always so cheerful, mischievous?

2. Dunno (from the screen): Hello, I was in a hurry to your kindergarten and was in such a hurry that a car almost ran over me (crying).

Q: How did it happen, Dunno, tell me in more detail?

N: I was in a hurry to get to you, I ran across the road, next to your kindergarten, right here.

Q: Guys, why do you think this happened and Dunno was almost hit by a car? What did Dunno do wrong?

3. Dunno: I still didn’t understand anything about how to safely get to your kindergarten, I don’t know where to cross the road.

Q: Dunno, would you like our guys to teach you how to cross the road in the right place and introduce you to a safe route so that such a dangerous situation does not happen to you again?

Dunno: Of course I want to, but I don’t know… will the guys be able to? Do they know how to do it?

Q: Guys, will you cope with this task, will you teach Dunno?

Q: To make it easier for you to explain to Dunno about road safety without leaving the group – I have for you … Who knows what it is? (plan-scheme)

Which city is this scheme? What is this plan? This is a plan-scheme of our district around kindergarten No. 4. Katya, show me where the kindergarten is located on the map? Mark it with a magnet.

What is the name of the street on which our garden is located and which Dunno ran across? (Bazstroevskaya). What other streets around our kindergarten do you see on the map? (Popova, Frunze)

Dunno: “What is this? It’s not clear what kind of rectangles, what kind of rulers?

Rectangles are houses. Rulers – roads, streets.

Guys, what houses do you see on the streets near the kindergarten? What other buildings do you see on the streets around the kindergarten? Why are the houses lined up exactly? And what else, besides houses, is there on the street? What about on the roads? (Roads, pedestrians, signs, traffic lights, road markings).

Dunno: I don’t understand anything, how to remember all this? Where do you need to cross the road? How can I get to your kindergarten with my friends?

V: Yes, Dunno, it’s hard with you. What to do? How to explain Dunno?

Q: Guys, can you build a model of the area around the kindergarten? With houses, with roads, with pedestrian crossings, signs and traffic lights? What can be built from? – from Desktop Builder!

Q: Dunno, now the children will build a model of the district, and you will understand everything.

And I invite you guys to go to the workshop, where you, as a craftsman, will build an area around the kindergarten and place pedestrian crossings, traffic lights and the necessary signs.

Q: Here is a place where you guys can build houses and buildings. We marked the streets. Each of you will build a piece of the street from several houses on your table. But remember, these parts must be connected into 3 streets that are located around our kindergarten – these are the streets – Bazstroevskaya, Popova, Frunze. Try to build houses in a row so that it is convenient for cars and pedestrians to move around.

Q: Dunno, come join our group, otherwise you won’t understand anything!

Dunno: “Okay, I’m running, I’m running!”

Q: Now I suggest everyone to choose and take their place, based on what kind of building you will build.

Q: Has everyone chosen a seat?

Before starting construction, let’s get ready for work and remember the physical education session “I want to build a house”

Main activity.

Is everything built? Get out of your seats guys. Get up so everyone can see.

V: Everything was wonderfully built, both the houses and the garden can be seen, there are swings in the garden and trees are standing, and there is street lighting, you have a beautiful area, but something is missing here …. (traffic lights, road signs, pedestrian crossings).

Kira, show me and place where the pedestrian crossing should be on Bazstroevskaya street? Which sign is required, where is the zebra? (crosswalk). Choose this sign and put it in the right place, next to the pedestrian crossing – Masha. Is there a traffic light here? What is this intersection?

Do you and I still have an intersection on our layout? What kind of intersection is this? (adjustable). Therefore, it is necessary to place traffic lights here. How? How many pedestrian crossings will there be? (four). Yes, a big intersection. You have to be very careful with it!

Guys, remember what other signs you and I came across when we went on an excursion to this large controlled intersection? Who remembers? Put them up.

Now we have a real neighborhood!

Q: Dunno, do you recognize our area? Did you run here?

Dunno: Yes, I know! Here is the kindergarten.

Q: Where did you run?

Dunno: Yes, right here. To be faster!

Q: Oh, guys, now you understand why Dunno got into a dangerous situation?

Q: Since Dunno had to cross the road to get to our nursery? Explain Sofia.

Let’s mark a dangerous place – where Dunno ran across – with an exclamation mark. Remember this place. And never cross the road here!

Q: Did Dunno understand?

Dunno: I don’t know…. suddenly you are mistaken … maybe you advise me incorrectly, a pedestrian was placed in the wrong place. And I can get hit by a car again.

Q: Dunno, since you do not trust us, we will invite a person who knows all the rules of the road. Who do you guys think should be invited? (children’s answers).

The teacher calls on the phone and calls the inspector: “Come right now to kindergarten No. 4. We need your advice on the rules of the road.”

Traffic police inspector enters.

Q: Hello, you’re just in time. Help us in our traffic situation.

Inspector: Hello, my name is Ekaterina Andreevna, I am a traffic police inspector, of course, I can help you, this is my job. What happened to you?

Q: The guys built a model of our district to explain to Dunno where it is necessary to cross the road to get to our kindergarten. But Dunno doubts whether the children did the right thing? Have you correctly marked the right places to cross the road?

Tell Kira,

Tell Masha.

Inspector: Do you guys know how to cross the road correctly?

Q: Sofa, how are you going to kindergarten?

Q: Katya, how are you going to kindergarten? Where do you want to show your way to the kindergarten according to the scheme, or on the model?

Q: Right, Inspector?

The inspector evaluates.

Inspector: I am very glad, guys, that you are such traffic experts, you know the rules so well, you can safely come to kindergarten and go home. Dunno, now you understand where you need to cross the road?

Dunno: yes, I understand. I will never do that again.

Q: Why?

Dunno: Yes, because what I did – puts my life in danger.

Inspector: Guys, good news, you even managed to teach a stranger the rules of the road. You are real experts on the rules of the road. But be aware that at night you may not be visible to the driver on the road.

There are flickers for this.

Flickers are reflective elements. They reflect the light of headlights and lanterns and people become noticeable in the dark (showing flickers on the screen).

Gives flickers to children.

B: Well done Dunno. Understood. And you guys are great, you taught Dunno.

Q: Thank you, Inspector. Come to us again.

The inspector leaves.

Q: You have a task – with your parents in the evening on your way home from kindergarten – to pay attention to signs, traffic lights. And when you come to the group tomorrow, show which way you went.

We will leave this scheme in the group and then everyone will be able to practice, look again and choose their safe route from home to kindergarten and show their parents.

Teaching the rules of the road in kindergarten is a vital necessity, so various traffic rules are always relevant in preschool educational institutions. In kindergarten, the child must learn the basic concepts of the traffic system and learn the most important rules of behavior on the road.

Throughout the training, educators turn to the topic of road safety, hold various events, entertainment, organize exhibitions, teach the rules of the road in direct educational activities.

In the course of educational activities, teachers use a variety of attributes of the rules of the road for kindergarten: toy cars, buses, traffic lights, signs. In an interesting, exciting way, educators organize games based on fictional stories that reflect various situations on the street, which helps children better learn the knowledge and skills that are so necessary on the road.

On the territory of the pre-school organization, the Avtogorodok playground is equipped, located outside the sites and playgrounds, designed for practical training on the rules of the road with preschoolers. There are road markings, road elements: a carriageway, a sidewalk, a pedestrian crossing, a dividing line, an external traffic light, road signs, electric vehicles.

In order to improve the developmental environment for the prevention of child road traffic injuries, employees of the OEMK motor transport workshop created figures – art objects from used car parts – exhibits in the open air. “Dialogue” at the exhibition develops children’s visual-effective thinking, imagination, forms an idea of the objective world created by human hands, an active life position, and broadens the horizons of preschoolers.

Faulty parts of the giant machines that are part of the car park of the workshop were selected on the territory of the workshop. Of these, according to the sketches, figures were “welded”: a frog, a dragon, an airplane, etc. For the effectiveness of all work, it is important to successfully arrange the exhibits and make them attractive to the child.

The main thing for children in teaching traffic rules is the example of adults – educators and parents. Dear parents, remember that you must follow the rules too. Only in this case the training will be effective. Remember there are kids around!

Reflective elements for children’s clothing

Pedestrians are the most unprotected category of road users. Last year alone, 72,000 pedestrian collisions were made in the country, which is more than a third of the total number of accidents. Every thirteenth victim in an accident is still a child. Therefore, parents should take extra precautions.

In countries where the use of reflective elements on children’s clothing is mandatory, child injuries on the roads have decreased by 6 to 8 times. This is a very important achievement, because the flicker is not just a shiny badge that makes a pedestrian visible. It forms a certain psychology that calls on a person to be careful. After all, even the color of clothing affects safety. It is very important for a pedestrian to be “visible”. And not all parents understand this, choosing “practical” dark tones. But this makes the pedestrian almost invisible, especially in cloudy weather, at dusk. And the majority of traffic collisions with pedestrians occur precisely because of the poor visibility of pedestrian adults and children. There are often cases when, due to the actions of such an invisible pedestrian, there are collisions of vehicles or collisions with various obstacles.

The use of reflectors (reflectors) by pedestrians reduces the risk of a vehicle colliding with a pedestrian by more than 6. 5 times at night. When driving with dipped headlights, the driver notices a pedestrian with a retroreflective element from a distance of 130–140 meters, when without it, at best, from a distance of 25–40 meters. When driving with high beams, it will detect a pedestrian up to 400 meters away.

On February 7, 2018, together with representatives of the parent community, one of the stages of the large-scale event “Parent Patrol” was organized and held. The purpose of the action was to attract the attention of the parent community to the problem of ensuring road safety for child passengers. The work of the “parental patrol” was carried out at the entrance to the educational organization. Participants distributed leaflets, booklets and memos. The activists also checked the presence of reflective elements on the clothes of the pupils.

And this is not an isolated moment, the parent patrol will continue its work.

Dear parents!

Let’s secure the most precious thing we have in life – our future, our children!

Many manufacturers of children’s clothing take care not only of the beauty and comfort of their products, but also the safety of a young pedestrian, using reflective elements: patterns on jackets, insert strips, etc. When choosing, give preference to just such models. In the absence of special clothing, it is necessary to purchase other forms of reflective elements that can be placed on bags, jackets or other items. The same safety elements should be equipped with sleds, strollers, bicycles.

The shapes of the reflective elements are different. Badges and pendants are convenient because they are easy to move from one outfit to another. Self-adhesive stickers can be used on various surfaces (artificial leather, metal parts of bicycles, strollers, etc.), heat-activated stickers are applied to the fabric with an iron. There are also special reflective bracelets.

Teach yourself and your children to use available safety equipment.

Teachers of the institution in the social network “Vkontakte” created an open group “Friends of the traffic light”, interested in preparing preschool children for safe participation in road traffic.

Dear parents , we invite you to join our group.
