as dramatic play and blocks in every classroom, children have the

You’ll also find that our classrooms feature a print-rich
environment full of carefully selected materials, written charts
and labels, and children’s literature. By helping your child
connect spoken words and print, we’re helping develop early
literacy and writing skills.
Whether your child has first words or first grade on the horizon,
we’re excited to show you how everything in our center is designed
for learning! - Here at KinderCare we practice multiple safety measures to keep
your children safe.There is a keypad entry for parents and
authorized adults’ use when picking up and dropping off.
Our center playgrounds are gated and locked with entry to the
inside of the building. We use authorization forms filled out by
you, the parent, and I.D. guests when they arrive to ensure your
child departs and arrives with only the people you trust most.
Yearly our staff has First Aid, CPR, Infant Safe Sleep,

The most important thing a child wanted to see was dinosaurs. And they met us already near the museum. The museum is large, there are a lot of interesting things, but since there was a certain interest, there were mainly dinosaurs in the halls. You can see dinosaur eggs, enlighten them and find out what kind of cub is there, be an archaeologist by digging up a skeleton, and young visitors can dress up as dinosaurs. I also really liked splashing in the river and the sandbox, so that the children stay more and less clean and dry, aprons are provided.
There is a lot more, but we didn’t have time to get around at once. The museum is interesting for both small children and older ones, and adults also have something to see.

Such a concept as a children’s museum is probably inherent only in the United States. In Europe, I have not seen this, despite the thematic nature and vastness of most of my trips aimed at getting to know the organization of work with children and youth. Although, perhaps they are there. The first meeting with such a children’s museum happened to me 18 years ago in Charlotte (USA) and left an indelible impression. Therefore, when I learned that there was such a museum in Indianaples, I immediately went there. Reviews and comments on the Internet tuned in to the fact that this is the largest and richest children’s museum in the world in terms of the number of exhibits. I must say right away that motivated by such reviews, I was somewhat perplexed and disappointed. Yes, the museum is large – 5 floors, many interactive exhibits, you can touch everything and experiment.
There is parking. At the entrance, there is an impressive installation: a mother dinosaur with a baby dinosaur, all life-sized, are trying to get into the museum through a window on the third floor level. Another vivid impression is a huge author’s chandelier made of colored glass in the span of 5 floors. Each piece of glass is hand blown and unique. And there are several thousand of them. I can imagine how this chandelier, or rather each glass, is washed by hand once a month. The halls of the museum are decorated in different themes: there are natural science rooms, there are also social ones dedicated to the Holocaust, the recent racial segregation of the black population in the United States. There are many children among the visitors, even those who have just started walking. What they just do not do there: climb the rocks with real climbing equipment and equipment (under the strict guidance of an adult animator and), in a large and long artificial reservoir in the form of a stream, in all seriousness they scoop and pour water (each child has waterproof overalls), dig with shovels or mini excavators, pseudo earthen soil made of small pieces of black rubber, they drive balls along a transparent multi-pass complex structure, study the remains of a mammoth, etc.
It seemed to me that the museum is more focused on young children. There are practically no opportunities for a more serious and in-depth acquaintance with subjects of natural science. Indie Weekend Trip. We took the kids to the children’s museum. We had a great time. There’s enough to see that you can spend a whole day there. The place is very clean and well organized. Our kids loved the dinosaur exhibits. We will definitely be back soon.

My kids loved this place. We happened to be there on the first Thursday of the month when they offer admission for only $6 per person for 4 hours of play. If your kids are into dinosaurs, the palentology exhibit was fantastic. My kids also loved the special Scooby-Doo exhibit as well as the outdoor sports center and climbing treehouse.
I would say this place is perfect for kids aged 4 to 10 who might get bored. All in all, a great place for an elementary age group!

Great visit – allow 3-4 hours at least

We really enjoyed our visit with our youngest (11). Tickets cost a little $$, but plan for at least 3-4 hours – lots to see and do – indoors and outdoors with a sports experience. Dinosphere is really impressive.

This museum is so insanely expensive I can’t recommend it at all! 2 parents and 1 child almost $100! Which? ! Sorry, but this is inappropriate and very asocial.
The museum itself is very sports oriented and does not contain many museums in the classical sense.

This is a museum. We had 4 kids aged 12-3 and we were there for about 3 or 4 hours. There are interactive spots everywhere and it’s a well maintained museum. If you weren’t, I would go at least once with the kids.

The Indianapolis Children’s Museum is a great place to take the family for an evening of educational fun.
The museum is full of interesting, innovative and interactive displays aimed at younger visitors. Some of the displays include topics related to transportation, science, culture and archaeology. Some of the museum’s biggest hits are its dinosaurs – including a brontosaurus that tries to peek into the top floor. The Dinosphere exhibit recreates the world that dinosaurs lived in, allowing visitors to experience the sights and sounds of 65 million years ago and even touch a real Tyrannosaurus Rex bone. Among the dinosaurs on display is a recently discovered species named Dracorex Hogwart si in honor of Harry Potter’s alma mater. Presidential site Benjamin Kharrison

His 1230 North Delaware home, with its original Victorian furnishings, is open to the public. Benjamin Harrison’s 16-year-old Italian Victorian home, built in 1874-75, featured prominently in his campaign for the presidency.
Visitors can learn about Harrison’s skills as an attorney, the cases he took to the U.S. Supreme Court, his reputation as a military leader of men, his conservation efforts, his experience in foreign affairs, and the expansion of his navy. This home of the 23rd President of the United States is also full of Harrison’s personal items. The house also hosts several special events throughout the year, including a President’s Day celebration.

Founded in 2009, Rhythm! The Discovery Center is a percussion museum. Exhibits explore every aspect of percussion, from its historical and cultural role in shaping music to the physics of sound waves. The museum also has a collection of artifacts from around the world, giving visitors the chance to see unique and long forgotten tools.
In addition to Groove Space, where you can play hundreds of instruments, the exhibits include interactive experiences that explore topics such as the evolution of electronic percussion, “discovering” percussion, and experimenting with sound. The museum also hosts educational programs and concerts.

Located in downtown Indianapolis, White River State Park The Indiana State Museum has many exhibits and experiences that explore the state’s natural and cultural history. On the ground floor of the museum, the focus is on the natural history of the state, including its geology and long-extinct inhabitants. Here you can walk through an “ice” tunnel that recreates the experience of being inside a glacier and look at an ancient mastodon.
The second floor is dedicated to the cultural past of the region, starting with an extensive exhibition that shows the lives and traditions of the local people. You will also find exhibits on Hoosier’s recent history, including civil war artifacts and other important cultural themes. The museum also has a naturalist’s hands-on laboratory and regularly hosts puppet shows.
