AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

North Elston KinderCare Programs

Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Participating Child Care Aware Center

KinderCare partners with Child Care Aware® of America to offer fee assistance for
Active Duty military families and flexible support to fit their needs when care at a Child
Development Center on the installation is not available.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)

In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!

Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)

Summer Programs for Preschool and Prekindergarten

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

  • I really love and appreciate how you all encourage individuality and allow room for crafts, artwork, dance, and play–all of those are equally important parts of learning!  Thank you all!

    Emily – KinderCare Parent
  • My daughter has only been enrolled at KinderCare Elston for a couple of months but so far she has improved so much in her math and reading skills.  I myself notice a difference and I’m proud.   Overall, I think KinderCare is doing great for the kids and us parents to help them grow and feel comfortable.  I especially enjoy getting all of the emails about her day!  Thank you!

    Janae – KinderCare Parent
  • Main Key = Communication
KinderCare Elston location is on que with keeping the parent aware of different situations and updates.

    Felicia – KinderCare Parent
  • KinderCare has helped my toddler through so many milestones. Before daycare, she was speech delayed and very shy. After going to KinderCare for about a year, she is such a smart, social, happy toddler. Her teachers care about her, and it shows. I recommend KinderCare to all my friends and family.

Chicago is the third most populous city in the United States, located in northeastern Illinois, on the shores of Lake Michigan. It is considered the birthplace of the famous American skyscrapers, since it was here that the world’s first high-rise building of this type was erected. At 19In the 1920s, Chicago gained fame as a city of gangsters led by the famous Al Capone. Also, this stylish city gave the world a whole direction of music – the Chicago blues. Today, the Windy City is the largest transport hub and financial center in North America. A few decades ago, the meat industry was the leading industry in Chicago. Now the leadership is taken by heavy industry – ferrous metallurgy, chemical and machine-building areas. An interesting fact is that Chicago has Mexican, Polish, Vietnamese and other ethnic residential areas.

The climate is humid continental with hot, humid and sunny summers (from +26°С to +33°С) and cool winters. The air temperature during the winter months drops to -5°C. During the winter, Chicago experiences snowfalls and blizzards.

Now there are several ways to get to Chicago (from 1 to 5 transfers). Among them, the most convenient option is a one-stop flight, for example, in Istanbul.

Chicago is cheaper than living in New York or San Francisco. This is a great place both in terms of comfortable city life and business amenities. You can rent here a small one-room apartment with a good repair from $700-750 per month.

Illinois, USA – Planet of Hotels travel guide

Springfield is the capital of Illinois on the Sangamon River. This city is especially interesting for fans of history and such an iconic figure as Abraham Lincoln. The 16th President of the United States settled in it when he was 21 years old and spent almost three decades of his life here. After the murder, his body was brought here for burial. Springfield has many attractions associated with Lincoln – the house-museum where he lived with his family, the law office where he worked, and others. In no case should you miss the bronze sculpture of a famous politician to rub his nose – for good luck.
A well-known architectural structure in the capital is the Capitol. Its height is 110 meters and it is forbidden to build buildings above it. The Washington Botanical Garden is also worthy of attention of the guests of the city. Its collection contains more than 1200 valuable plant species.

Chicago is the largest city in the state and the second largest financial center in the United States, located on the shores of Lake Michigan. This metropolis is considered the industrial, economic, transport and cultural capital of the Midwest. Chicago has many interesting and unusual attractions – the magnificent Millennium Park and its unique Cloud Gate sculpture, nicknamed the “bean”‎, the world’s largest luxurious Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Museum of Science and Industry. Chicago’s famous nickname is “The Windy City”. It was named by New York Sun journalist Charles Dan. He had in mind not the local climate, but the empty promises of politicians who used the podium for their own purposes. This happened after the World’s Columbian Exposition in 1893 years old Since then, the nickname has been firmly entrenched outside the city.

Aurora (Aurora) is the second most populous city in the state. It is located in the suburbs of Chicago, on the Fox River and has the nickname “City of Lights”. And he received it for being one of the first in the USA, who introduced full electrification of street lighting in 1881. It is an industrial city where large enterprises are located. Top local attractions include Phillips Park, which includes a water park, golf course, zoo, and beautiful gardens. There is also the Museum of Indian Culture, the Paramount Theater and the Leland Skyscraper, once the tallest building in Illinois outside of Chicago.

Rockford is an industrial city with automotive, aerospace, military and healthcare industries. Some of the city’s most enjoyable spots include Anderson’s Japanese Garden, the Natural History Museum with a dinosaur skeleton, the Art Museum, and street art.

Collinsville is a small town full of interesting attractions. Here is a UNESCO World Heritage Site – “Cahokia Mounds” – the remains of a prehistoric Indian civilization. And also – the world’s largest bottle of ketchup, which in reality is a former water tower, 170 meters high.
