AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED
We’re so proud!
Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.
SCHOOL-READY
What Learning Looks Like
Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.
Chatham KinderCare Programs
Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)
Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.
Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)
Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.
Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)
This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.
Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)
This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!
Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)
When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.
Participating Child Care Aware Center
KinderCare partners with Child Care Aware® of America to offer fee assistance for
Active Duty military families and flexible support to fit their needs when care at a Child
Development Center on the installation is not available.
Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program
Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)
In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!
Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)
KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.
Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)
Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it. )
Spanish
Spanish Adventures provides young learners with a foundation for later success with
the Spanish language. Music, games, children’s Spanish literature, and other tools give
children multiple opportunities to hear, practice, and see Spanish language to develop
vocabulary and conversation skills. Curriculum includes lessons on greetings, numbers,
colors, animals, family, body parts, and pets, as well as how to engage conversationally
during common scenarios at home, a restaurant, or at the zoo.
STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)
You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!
Our Teachers
We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.
Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!
A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH
An Artist’s Heart
“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.
We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

So many thanks and my sincere appreciation for making Brooke’s 3rd birthday so special even though her party occurred after her “real BD”! It was very special, thoughtful and kind of you to have balloons, ice-pops and a party for her. She loved it. You are all very special to her. She just loves school, her buddies and teachers so much.

I am truly impressed with the staff of Chatham, KinderCare. The director, Program Specialist, and Infant instructor Adriana made the first week transition for myself and my daughter completely seamless. Adriana called me personally on my daughter’s first day to check in and let me know how she was doing. The entire staff is more than welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable leaving my 12 week old there. Thank you Chatham team!

I can’t thank her enough for the wonderful care she provided us….

Kids Count Child Care is a program where childhood is valued and supported in a safe and healthy environment by well trained staff whose passion is caring for and educating young children. Best practiceinteraction and teaching techniques are used to provide nurturing and learning experiences that are incorporated daily to promote growth in fine and gross motor abilities, cognition, communication and social interaction.
Each child experiences warm, personal care and developmentally appropriate opportunities for sensory, motor and language learning that is modified to accommodate individual needs and changing circumstances. From the time of enrollment, children are prepared for the increasing challenges of childhood through exposure to a developmentally appropriate curriculum, the Creative Curriculum. The play-based curriculum is best suited to meet the emerging needs, abilities and interests of young children. The curriculum provides the framework upon which experiential, hands-on activities, that are challenging and developmentally sound, are created and implemented. Activities provided help each child develop a lifelong love of learning.
A child-directed, teacher guided approach creates an environment where children are able to develop a personal sense of creativity, imagination and self-worth. Children become independent, well-rounded individuals, all of which are integral to future success and happiness.
As a program of P.G. Chambers School, Kids Count is uniquely positioned to support and educate some children with special needs. Inclusion provides an opportunity for children with disabilities to learn from typically developing peers while children without disabilities learn to understand individual differences and accept each person as a valued individual….

Home schooling
As of 2014, 9.6% of Medway’s children were homeschooled, [1] although this is probably lower than the true figure; data based on the number of homeschooled children registered by local authorities in the period 2013-2014 (registration of children with local authorities is not mandatory), [1] the number of homeschooled families is increasing. Second Nurse at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Chatham, Ontario… At 1890, a meeting took place between Reverend Paul, O.F.M. Mother Ignatius Campbell of St. Joseph’s Parish, as well as some of Chatham’s eminent physicians. They decided that the community needed a hospital, and the sisters agreed to manage it. The boarding house, formerly the Salvation Army Barracks, was closed until funds could be found to build a new hospital. Officially, the hospital was opened in temporary premises on October 15, 1890, headed by mother Fatima, who was assisted by sisters Francis and Martha. Construction began on the site of hospital 519King Street West on the Tames River from the laying of the first stone in 1891. Construction was completed in 1892. Wings have been added to the hospital over time to help the growing Chatham community and thus the growing demand for hospital services. These annexes were built in 1901, 1912, 1936 and 1956… By 1945, the hospital had 127 beds. .. In 1972, by order of the Ministry of Health, for financial reasons, the services of St. Joseph’s Hospital and the State General Hospital were merged. Legislative changes, increased government control, and a reduction in the number of nurses working in the healthcare sector have led to the gradual departure of nurses from the hospital. The last time my sister was a hospital administrator was at 1984 year. In 1992, the Sisters gave up their residency at the hospital, and in 1993 ownership of the hospital passed to the St. Joseph Health Society. At that time it was an acute medical institution with chronic beds. In 1993, the hospital had 173 beds.

If notoriety cannot be established, the article will likely be merged, redirected, or else removed. East York Street side of the building The building was built in 1801, two years after Green Square was founded. At 189In 9 it became the Kate Baldwin Free Nursery, founded by George Johnson Baldwin (1856-1927) and his sisters as a memorial to their mother, Kate A. Baldwin (1830-1898). [4] It was registered in 1899 as “a charitable institution for the free education, training and education of young children. Kindergarten education system to instill in them the skills of hard work and morality and prepare them for admission to higher educational institutions.” [5] The project was continued by George Baldwin’s children, George Hull Baldwin (1883–1938) and Dorothea Irvine (1889–1977) under the direction of Martha G. Waring (1873–1943). [6] Under the supervision of Massachusetts native Hortense M. Orcutt [7] [8] from 1907 over the next 25 years, it developed into a popular system of kindergartens and a training school (known as the Normal Faculty) for kindergarten teachers. gardens, [4] up to five kindergartens work simultaneously. [5] Between 1899 and 1943, the network taught about four thousand children. After the death of Hortense Orcutt in 1936, the training school was discontinued, but the Baldwins continued to operate the East Side Kindergarten, and nine other kindergartens continued to operate under the auspices of public schools, the church, and other organizations. [9] The school subsequently became known as Savannah Kindergarten and Montessori Preschool. [5] Kate Baldwin, wife of Daniel H. Baldwin Sr. (1825–1887), [10] [11] died November 11, 1898 at the age of 68. Buried in Savannah. Bonaventure Cemetery. [12] Content
Structure and locationThe original part of the current building has a square form. Main door faces west onto Houston Street. A triple sash window is installed on either side of the door, which has a molded arch above it, surrounding a semi-circular soda-lime glass window with ten panes. Also on either side of the door at about half its height are two small lanterns. Four steps on the sides rise towards, creating a stoop. Iron railings start from the second step. On East York Street (North), the building has three windows with triple sashes. The East York Lane (south) front has a door with a single sash window immediately to either side of it and a triple sash at the east end, creating an asymmetrical appearance. The door, accessed by four brick steps, has the same shape of semi-circular windows and two lanterns as the main door. Another door, facing south but forming part of the wing on the building’s east façade, is reached by a series of concrete steps. The yard is surrounded by a brick wall with gaps on the side of Houston Street and East York Lane. There is a gate in the wall on the side of Houston Street. 9 Keith A.
