Dear future residents of KASKAD Park residential complex!

Keeping in mind your many questions about the kindergarten and school on the territory of the residential complex and its surroundings, we have prepared for you a small certificate with answers to all the questions we received.

So, based on the results of a series of expert consultations with the leadership of the Education Committee of the Administration of the city district of Podolsk, we report:

Admission to kindergartens.

1. We inform you that all future residents can enroll their child in a kindergarten (kindergarten) today, provided that they have a residence permit in the Moscow region. In this case, they need to follow the general rules indicated on the portal of the State Services of the Moscow Region at https://uslugi. mosreg.ru/#services/info?id=6737@egService. In this case, it will be necessary to select several kindergartens from the list of these institutions located in the immediate vicinity. You will find a list of the nearest kindergartens in the application, on the map.

Admission (if the child has not yet gone to kindergarten) and / or transfer (if the child is already attending another preschool institution) of children of residents of the KASKAD Park residential complex to a kindergarten on the territory of the residential complex will be carried out after entering this object into operation and only after he or his parents receive a residence permit on the territory of the Podolsk urban district (in our case, we are talking about registration in the KASKAD Park residential complex). A similar condition (the presence of a residence permit in the KASKAD Park residential complex) is also relevant for those residents who would like to enroll their child in any other kindergarten in the city district of Podolsk or its environs.

4. We also want to note that it is not possible to predict the duration and workload of queues in kindergartens at the moment. In this regard, everyone who wants to enroll a child in a kindergarten in the city district of Podolsk, nearby kindergartens or a kindergarten on the territory of the KASKAD Park residential complex (when it will be put into operation), we recommend putting the child in the electronic queue now.

Enrollment in schools.

5. For admission or transfer to a children’s school educational institution, registration at the place of residence (namely, in the Moscow region) is not required. To enter the first grade or go to school, it is enough to prepare a package of documents in accordance with the requirements specified on the website of the State Services of the Moscow Region (see https://uslugi.mosreg.ru).

6. In accordance with Russian law, the child will be provided with a place in any nearby school that has vacant places. You can also find a list of nearby schools in the appendix to this guide.

Child transportation issues.

7. Please note that the delivery of the child to the kindergarten or school is carried out independently by the parents or other legal representatives of the child.

8. The school and kindergarten, which will be built on the territory of the residential complex, is planned to be transferred to the municipality of the city district of Podolsk. In accordance with the decision of the Education Committee of the Administration of the city district of Podolsk, they cannot be leased or sold to a private operator providing services in the field of preschool and / or school education.
