AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

Highway 7 KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Before- and After-School Programs (5–12 Years)

You can count on us to provide reliable care for your school-ager while you’re
at work, with safe transportation from our center to your child’s school and
back! Whether your child wants to start a drama club, build a volcano, or
create a comic book, they will have a place to follow their dreams. Your child
will start and end the day with a whole lot of fun!

School Break Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)

Winter break, spring break, summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you
can count on KinderCare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused
on fun. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times and make sure they have a
sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)

In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!

Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

  • I have to say that I’m not sure how we would get by without Highway 7 KinderCare! Our daughter loves going every day and comes home with the most interesting bits of knowledge. Yesterday, she was excited to tell us that dinosaurs are extinct and they only live in museums now. She is currently in Ms. Regan, Ms. Stephanie, and Ms. Cortney’s Preschool Classroom! She started in the Toddler Classroom and knew all of her colors by the time she graduated to Ms. Sheria’s class! She was so in love with “Ria” that every time we drove by the center, she would squeal and sing “Ria’s house, Ria’s house!” We are super excited for her to move to Mr. Tim and Ms. Randis’ Prekindergarten class this fall. I have no doubt that when she begins kindergarten she will be prepared for success! I know this as I was a Kindergarten Teacher for five years and loved getting children from this center. I would highly recommend this school for anyone who has high standards for their children’s education. We drop our daughter off every day knowing she is loved, educated, and challenged in the most positive ways.

Callie and Joe – KinderCare Parent
  • I love the Highway 7 KinderCare! My four-year-old daughter and three-year-old son have been attending there since they were both infants. I cannot imagine my life without my KinderCare family. I drop my children off every morning to smiling, pleasant faces. My children run to their classrooms excited for the day. I never worry for a moment about them, as I know they are being cared for by true professionals. I would recommend this center to anyone who wants the very best for their children.

Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

  • The Woods Chapel KinderCare has to be the most reliable, consistent, and caring establishment for child care in the greater Kansas City area. They are a step away from perfection, no joke. My wife and I have been using this location for over seven years now. As adoptive parents, we have sent over 25 children through the program and very few of those would be considered “easy” kids. The children’s needs have been incredible and each challenge that we have presented Ms. Kelly and her staff with has been met skillfully and with grace and good humor. One of our first placements as foster parents was a little girl who had been severely scalded in a bathtub. She required extra tenderness as diapers were changed, potty training occurred, and simple gross-motor skills were retrained. I remember staff members crying for her as I showed them how to cream her legs and make sure her skin grafts didn’t dry out. They did such a remarkable job partnering with us to keep her care consistent that she healed within two years instead of the 36 months that were anticipated. To this day, staff will still ask about her and others that we have had because they are really invested in the kids and how they turn out. This is just a small picture of the types of challenges we have sent them over the years, and never once has the Woods Chapel staff loved the children any less than we do. Sometimes for these kids, the relationships with the staff are the safest and most nurturing they have ever had. They are truly awesome. We have experienced each and every room in that building and have “trained” a number of staff along the way. We got trained first by the best, Ms. Vickie and Ms. Kathy, then we moved on up to Ms. Casie, Ms. Theresa, Ms. Tammy, Ms. Erica, Ms. Janet, and we can’t forget the cook, Ms. Darsetta. All these ladies love the kids as their own and protect them like the precious gems they are. I know I have left out several current staff, but all of them are very important members of our kids’ lives. Even though not all of our children still attend KinderCare full time, they still talk about what happened while they were there. There is always a “Remember when Ms. Theresa did…” or a “Ms. Kelly says…” story running around the house or car. Knowing we both can go to work and not have to worry about the care that they are receiving while we are gone is priceless. We couldn’t survive without the wonderful people at the Woods Chapel KinderCare. We love them all.

    Rob & Heather S. – KinderCare Parent
  • “The Woods Chapel KinderCare provides a safe and secure environment for my son. He has the ability to grow, learn, and express his personality. He is surrounded by teachers who truly care. There is no greater comfort than knowing your child is in hands of people you can trust.”

    Rosemary D. – KinderCare Parent
  • I’d like to thank Woods Chapel KinderCare for taking great care of my daughter and preparing her for kindergarten. KinderCare was a safe, educational, and nurturing environment for my child (really for all children). I was never hesitant to leave her in the care of such a wonderful staff. I appreciated the daily logs left for me to pick-up at the end of each day. I didn’t need to read the logs, as my daughter would always tell me about her day or I could watch how her day went as she recreated the day with her dolls, stuffed animals, and sometimes me (although I was never the teacher). My daughter often reminds me how much of an impression the staff at KinderCare made. Let me share a few examples: There’s the time she and I were shopping for school supplies for her first day of school. Using the list provided by the school was difficult. I couldn’t get some of the items on the list…because according to my daughter, “Those aren’t the kind of markers we used at KinderCare, Daddy.” Some days after picking her up from school, she would tell me, “Daddy, you need to call Ms. Collison and tell her to give me harder work. We already did those sight words at KinderCare.” Or my favorite (from the first day of school), “Daddy, they need to call KinderCare and learn how to do lunch. Lunch at school is way shorter than at KinderCare. They don’t give you enough time to eat.” The staff at KinderCare has prepared my daughter for academic success. You have ignited her flame for the quest of knowledge. I will forever be grateful to each of you…the wonderful people on staff who have been a positive influence on my daughter.

by far the most famous in Estonia. Another thing is how lovers
nature are aware that this group, consisting of three sources,
known as a natural holy place or sacred grove.

The sacrificial spring known at the beginning of the 20th century was forgotten for decades.

In a grove near the river Pirita, a tiny lake, depending on the weather, shimmers with all sorts of blue-green hues and beckons at any time of the year. This charm of the eyes, cast in the color of a precious stone in the rays of the shining sun, is best observed right now, in the late winter and early spring period, when the contrast with nature that has not yet awakened from hibernation is greatest.

Of the group of springs, covering an area the size of a summer cottage, the largest and most famous is Siniallika, a turquoise rising spring with a sandy bottom, paired with Mustallikas with darker water and Valgeallikas, which is lighter.

It is not known exactly how many springs were here before, but Siniallikas was traditionally considered sacrificial. And according to legend, these waters were used to alleviate eye ailments, as well as skin diseases – it can be assumed that a group of sources, regardless of the name of each, were used for various needs and did not take the trouble to distinguish between them. Moreover, in former times, during high water, the springs formed a spring lake with a single mirror.

According to the legends, the sacrificial spring was guarded by the fairy Telp, who had to sacrifice a coin for healing water, otherwise the person was threatened with misfortune.

Lodz

Lodz Voivodeship is a region with a large number of natural and man-made attractions, such as the only thermal resort in the country in Uniejow or the ski resort Kamensk in central Poland . The voivodship is also famous for the fact that here, in the village of Piontek (translated as Friday), the geometric center of Poland is located.

The voivodship is located in the central part of the country and borders on six other voivodeships: Mazowieckie, Świętokrzyskie, Silesia, Opolskie, Greater Poland and Kuyavia-Pomerania. The capital of the voivodeship is Łódź, a modern and multicultural city. The area of the voivodeship is over 18,200 km².

Łódź Voivodeship – the epicenter of emotions

The geographical center of Poland is located here. A region with this location has many attractions in store. Voytus, Julka, Professor Om, Coal-Hearted Robot and Gaia are little people who live in Museum “Giants of Power of the Polish Energy Group” in Belchatow. Animated, cute but serious creatures lead tours of this interactive educational center for children and young people and families. Here, with the help of multimedia technologies, it is told about the process of generating electrical energy using brown coal, which is mined and processed by Belchatow power giants, that is, brown coal mines and a traditional power plant. Visitors can find out what treasures the earth hides, how brown coal is formed, what electricity is and why we need it. Wearing helmets, tourists descend into the mine, take a walk along the bottom of the sea and through the rainforest, examine the remains of a mammoth and conduct experiments, including during thematic educational workshops.

Natural treasures of the region

Blue springs nature reserve with turquoise water springs, open-air museum of the Pilica river – the first museum dedicated to the river in Poland – and the underground tourist route Nagurzyckie 942 in the artificial workings left from the sand pit – three objects included in one tourist product “Tomaszowska Okronglica ” in Tomaszow Mazowiecki. The name is associated with the once colloquial name of the picturesque bends of the Pilica River, since the mentioned sights are located on both of its banks. Krast springs, a variety of birds in the reserve, a windmill driven by a Francis turbine, an armored Luftwaffe artillery tractor in an open-air museum or special effects in the dungeons will be remembered for a long time.

At zoosafari in Borysev you can see the most dangerous animals in the world and arrange a small vacation in water park . The only Indian dugout and wigwam on the Vistula, as well as a collection of unique works of craftsmen, can be seen in Tatanka Indian Village in Solca Mala (Ozorków Commune).

Narrow gauge railway and thermal springs

Narrow gauge railway between Rogów, Rawa Mazowiecka and Biala Ravska was built in 1915 during the First World War to provide the front with food, weapons and ammunition. After 1945, it passed to the Polish Railways, and now tourists travel on it, who can travel in retro wagons along the 49-kilometer route – the longest narrow-gauge railway in the country.

In Uniejów , first of all, they go “to the waters”, to the thermal baths that grow every year . Thermal water comes to Uniejuva springs from three wells with a depth of more than 2 km. She helps from rheumatism, discopathy, neuralgic pains . Thermae is at the same time a huge water amusement park with a pool complex, where a pirate ship is moored, with slides and even a water buffet and a jacuzzi island. There is a spa and relaxation area, as well as saunas. In Uniejow, you can stay in a hotel – the former castle of the Gniezno archbishops. In the surrounding park, an elegant White Lady in a hat stands patiently – Uniyka immortalized in stone by the sculptor. According to legend, a beautiful girl lured robbers out of the city to the swamps and paid for it with her life.

Piotrkow Trybunalski is aimed at lovers of history and mixing of cultures. Elections of kings once took place here, and the tribunal, the highest court of the Polish kingdom, was also sitting, hence the name of the city. In addition to the route covering historical monuments (including two castles and the Old Town), you can go along the routes: Lutheran, Jewish, Russian, brewery and chapels.

The list of “must see” completes (or opens – as you like) Łódź with the Manufactory and the MS2 Art Museum.

(Not) only for ladies

The Łódź Voivodeship has many more tourist offers. Here is a short list of them: “Mokošovisko in honor of Mother Earth” – the only reconstruction for women in the country, which takes place in Grodzisko-Rzecica . “Festival of Flowers, Fruits and Vegetables” attracts to Skierniewice , where you must see the historic train station and locomotive depot. At Rose Festival at Kutno you can admire the varieties of this plant, and the Arboretum SGGW gardens in Rogów shimmer with all the colors of the rainbow.

Weekends in the countryside are best spent in the Live Skansen – Center of Polish Folklore in Nagavki or in Łowice Ethnographic Park in Mažice .

You should definitely visit the Museum in Nieboruw and Arcadia with the Radziwiłł Square, as well as the Nieboruw Garden and Helena Radziwiłł Romantic Gardens in Arcadia. A visit to the palace in Nieboruw will remind you of the times of Napoleon, because the son of Bonaparte and Maria Walewska was born here. AT Walewice is the largest stud farm in Poland, where Anglo-Arab horses are bred, with excellent opportunities for equestrian sports.

St. Mary and St. Alexei in Tum and the open-air museum “Lenčice Peasant Manor” in Kwiatowek , the Cisterc Abbey Ensemble in Sulejów and the Open Hair Festival in Sieradz are a number of other possibilities, which by no means exhaust the list of tourist offers in the region.
