Our Early Leaning Leadership Team

The teaching team at Kinder Kare is lead by Christine, a University Qualified Early Childhood Teacher who has many decades of Early Education experience. Christine is ably assisted by Natasha who is another University Qualified Early Childhood Teacher with more than 20 years of early childhood education experience.

Both Christine and Natasha have been with Kinder Kare for more than 10 years.
As Kinder Kare’s first and original Nominated Supervisor, Christine is heavily invested in the Centre’s community. She brings an uninterrupted history of passionate and exceptional early childhood teaching and leadership which has ensured Kinder Kare stands out as one of the best performing long day care centres and preschools in the area.

Our Educational Philosophy

In daily practice, our educators intentionally design early learning experiences that sustain and support rich relationships with the children. Experiences that celebrate children’s unique personalities, learning styles, interests and passions. We strongly believe that child care should be designed for children first.

We resist any model of early learning that would try to fit children into a ‘one size fits all’ edu

cational box. Instead, we pride ourselves in offering an educational and community experience for children, families and educators that tailors the experience to each stakeholder’s unique personality as much as possible.

Since beginning in 2007, Kinder Kare has been defined by its unique learning culture. Deeply embedded within this culture is an uncompromising respect for young children’s capacity to learn, think and work together cooperatively and respectfully. Listening to children and giving them voice and influence over their educational experience is at the heart of our purpose. The importance of play and inquiry-based learning can not be underestimated when we reflect on what makes our centre such a special place for young learners.

In that light, it is both Christine and Natasha’s strong commitment to sustain our unique learning culture into the future, such that every child, from our youngest to oldest, would start every day running towards learning and life at Kinder Kare – full of enthusiasm, anticipation and delight.

Our Educators

Our Education Leaders manage a passionate and professional team of Early Childhood Educators who are all Diploma qualified. Our Educators are always in the process of upgrading their qualifications, with 2 Educators currently working towards their Early Childhood Teaching Degrees.

Staff stability is a cornerstone of the early education experience for young children and a hallmark of a good environment. Just like our Learning Leadership Team, the turnover of staff at Kinder Kare is very low when compared with other centres in Sydney. The average tenure for our full-time and part-time Educators currently sits at 4. 5 years.

Book People, be kinder! , head People, be kinder! , page 1 read online

Thursday 3 June. The weather is wonderful outside. A light breeze plays in my hair. Me and my two girlfriends, Jennifer and Madeleine, are making circles around the yard. I’m lost in my thoughts, thinking about how the new book from Lina Jones will end.

-Madison! Jennifer’s angry voice pulls me out of my thoughts. Are you listening to me at all?

-Sorry, I was thinking. I started making excuses.

-About what? – asked a friend.

-I think how the book will end.

-Are you talking about the “Secret of the Gatekeepers”? – it was noticeable that Jenny perked up. We love to read books and then discuss them.

Jennifer is my friend. We met when we were seven years old. Jenny is my complete opposite in terms of looks. I have dark bob hair, brown eyes, and dark skin. And Jenny has long blonde hair, chameleon eyes and fair skin. But the most important thing that we agreed on interests – books. Not only do we read, but I have already released one of my detective stories, and my friend is still designing hers.

-Girls! exclaimed Madeleine. – Let’s buy ice cream and sit on “our bench”?

“Our shop” we called a beautiful wooden bench with a back. It is comfortable to sit on, basking in the sun.

Madeleine is also my friend. She is a year older than me. We met her in the winter, when I was seven and she was eight. Our appearance is very similar. Only her hair is longer and her eyes are grey-blue. Madeleine is a lot of fun. She knows a lot of interesting stories.

-Great idea! – I supported Madeleine, and we went for ice cream.

We went out to the path and followed the two boys.

-Girls, look what a cutie! Jennifer pointed to the dog following them. – I think she’s homeless. Look at her, how dirty and thin she is.

– Can we feed her? Madeleine suggested.

We called the dog to our place and walked to the store together. Jennifer and Madeleine went to get food, and I stayed with the dog. She circled around me. She ran to me, then to the vegetable shop. When in one of these runs the dog calmly walked past the car, I was surprised – she has no sense of self-preservation. She is not at all afraid of cars. Finally my friends are back. Jenny began laying out dog food. We stood and admired this miracle and among ourselves scolded the people who left it on the street. After the dog had eaten, we decided to take it to the yard (it is safer there). Remember I said that the dog has no sense of self-preservation? When we crossed the road, she abruptly ran back to the roadway. At that moment, a car was speeding by. And then everything is in a fog … I remember how I let out a piercing screech, realizing WHAT was about to happen. I remember friends with dumb fear on their faces. But the worst thing is, I remember the plaintive barking that the dog burst into. I was afraid to look at the road, but to my relief the animal ran out and ran into the store in a panic. I looked at the trail of the departing car, which almost crushed our baby. I was struck by the fact that the driver did not come out and ask: “Is the dog all right?”, “Does she need help?”.

We calmed down and then went to the store to look for the dog. She was lying near bottles of lemonade and breathing heavily.

– Scared. Madeleine said. – We need to inspect it, suddenly something is broken.

I started to approach the dog, but Jennifer stopped me.

-Wait! – she said. – You need to call the veterinary clinic. She will be examined there.

“Girls,” the unknown woman suddenly said. – I can help with the transportation of the dog to the clinic.

-Thank you very much! we rejoiced.

And then a special operation began. We had the following resources: my phone with no money (essentially useless), Madeleine’s phone with internet but also without money, and Jennifer’s phone with 4 percent but with money. And that’s what we did. Madeleine googled the phone numbers for vet clinics, Jenny dialed them on her phone, and I called. When everything was done and the dog was taken away, we remained to wait.

But we couldn’t just sit and wait. We came up with a crazy idea – to track the car of the criminal who hit the dog. Dear readers, I’ll tell you this: we found the SAME car, but did not go to talk to the owner for the sake of self-preservation.

Forty minutes later, that woman called me and said that there were no injuries, only bruises, and the dog was left in a shelter.

Dear readers, I learned a lesson from this story – there are many bad people in the world, but there are also good ones. I am grateful to that woman and my friends for saving the dog. I despise that driver who just drove by. The most important thing is that my heart is not callous and I am grateful to myself that in such a situation I did not lose my composure. People, be kinder!

Which bob haircut is in fashion in 2022

A bob haircut deserves special attention of the fair sex, because it is this stylish and beautiful hairstyle that suits all ladies without exception that will be in fashion in 2022.

It is no coincidence that many fashionistas fell in love with a spectacular hairstyle. Kare differs from other haircuts in its versatility, conciseness and femininity. With such styling, women will feel confident and attractive every day.

In 2022, hairdressers offer various options for this haircut – from the usual strict form to a very unusual ultra-short bob with shaved temples. The choice is up to the fair sex: are they willing to take a risk or give preference to their favorite classics.

Let’s find out what types of bob will be in fashion this season and how to style your hair to look stylish and get admiring glances from others.

Stem bob

This trendy haircut gives the hair extra volume, because to make a bob cut, the masters cut the strands in the back of the head much shorter than in front. This hairstyle helps to renew the hair, and revives weakened curls. In addition, short strands beautifully emphasize the graceful and fragile curve of the female neck.

Long bob

Girls who want to keep, on the one hand, the length of their hair, and on the other hand, have a stylish haircut, should take a closer look at this type of bob. To look fashionable in 2022, stylists recommend leaving a few short strands near the face. This will give the hair a layered effect and add a feminine and romantic look to the look. The long bob is perfect for any face shape.

Graduated bob

This haircut loved by many fashionistas will not lose its popularity this season. Unlike the classic square, the graduated one looks less strictly and concisely.

Unevenly cut curls make the hairstyle playful and flirty. And if you wind your hair on curlers or a curl, you can turn an everyday haircut into a beautiful and stylish evening option.

Classic square

For ladies who are looking for a sophisticated, elegant and at the same time chic haircut, the timeless classic version of the bob is ideal. This stylish hairstyle will not go out of fashion for a very long time, because it is ideal for both young girls and ladies of advanced age. The classic caret differs from other types in that it has the same length along the entire length of the hair and a symmetrical shape with elongated strands near the face.

Bob with bangs

One of the main trends of the season will be spectacular bangs that add style and originality to the look. A bob haircut with a straight, short, oblique and asymmetrical bangs will be in fashion. Masters of hairdressing offer women of fashion to safely choose the option to their liking. In any case, the hairstyle will look harmonious and attractive, helping to adjust the shape of the face.

Asymmetric bob

This version of the trendy bob in 2022 looks not only very impressive, but also allows you to create new stylish looks every day with different styling. An asymmetrical haircut is well suited to any type of face, helping to hide the wide forehead and cheekbones. However, with caution, it should be done to the fair sex with thin and weakened hair.

Long bob

Shoulder-length bob will become a favorite among the most fashionable hairstyles of the season. And all thanks to the fact that this versatile haircut makes it possible to style your hair in different ways: in a stylish bun, a neat ponytail or a feminine braid. Loose curls also have a very beautiful and elegant shape. Effectively laying an elongated caret at home is easy and simple for every fashionista.

Kare for women over 50

Women who believe that due to their age they should give up this trendy haircut are very mistaken. After all, a universal caret is perfect for all fashionistas, without exception. For ladies of the age category 50+, this hairstyle will help rejuvenate the face and look stylish, despite the passing years. To refresh the image, the masters advise fashionistas to apply one of the trending techniques of this season – balayage or bronding – and lighten the strands near the face.

Cascading bob

Many stars love this beautiful hairstyle for its chic and stylish look. Such a multi-stage and complex haircut, like a cascading caret, looks best on medium-length hair.
