About the Provider

Stepping Stones Academy – Rosenberg TX Licensed Center – Child Care Program

Description: Serving families with infants and toddlers who have multiple risk factors for child abuse and neglect. Working to keep children safe and families together.

The Juniper Junction Relief Nursery provides therapeutic early childhood services and family support to those most at risk.

We do this by:
Providing a therapeutic classroom experience for the children, with a focus on their social and emotional development, and with the goal of meeting their unmet needs.
Conducting regular home visits with the families to address the risk factors, build the parents’ capacity for positive parenting and connect families with the community resources that will further address their needs.
Providing outreach services to families on the waiting list, including home visits, respite care and referrals to other community resources.
Providing family services as needed, including direct mental health services, clothes closet access, diaper bank, transportation support and other basic needs.
