1. General provisions

1. Educator belongs to the professional category.
2. A person with (secondary; higher) vocational education is appointed to the position of educator , without presenting requirements for work experience; teaching experience from 2 to 20 years; I, the highest qualification category)
3. Appointment to the position of the educator and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the director of the educational institution

4. Teacher must know:

4.1. Constitution of the Russian Federation

4.2. Laws of the Russian Federation, resolutions and decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation and educational authorities on education issues.

4.3. Convention on the Rights of the Child.

4.4. Pedagogy, psychology, age physiology and hygiene.

4.5. Fundamentals of pre-medical medical care.

4.6. Theory and methodology of educational work.

4.8. Fundamentals of state youth policy, civil and labor legislation.

4.9. Rules and norms of labor protection, safety and fire protection.

5. Educator reports directly to the head of the camp (director of the institution; other official)

9. Promotes the manifestation of interest among students (pupils, children) in a certain type of activity, in a conscious choice of profession, promotes their employment and further education.

10. Carries out work on the prevention of deviant behavior, bad habits.
