3. Appointment to the post of educator and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the director of the educational institution on the proposal of ____________.
4. The teacher should know:
   • – Legislation of Ukraine.
   • – Pedagogy, psychology, age physiology and hygiene.
   • – Fundamentals of pre-medical care.
   • – Theory and methods of educational work.
   • – Fundamentals of state youth policy, civil and labor legislation.
   • – Rules and norms of labor protection, safety and fire protection.
5. The educator reports directly to ______________ (director of the institution; other official).
6. During the absence of an educator (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the director of the institution. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.

7. Organizes, taking into account the age of students (pupils, children), self-service work, their compliance with the requirements of labor protection, safety, participation in socially useful work.
8. Promotes the manifestation of interest among students (pupils, children) in a certain type of activity, in a conscious choice of profession, promotes their employment and further education.
9. Carries out work on the prevention of deviant behavior, bad habits.
10. Assists in the organization of self-government principles in the activities of a team of students (pupils, children).
11. It studies the individual abilities, interests and inclinations of students (pupils, children), their family circumstances and living conditions.
12. Interacts with the parents of students (pupils, children) or persons replacing them.
13. Coordinates the activities of the assistant educator, junior educator and other employees within the framework of a single educational process.

III. Rights

The educator has the right:

1. To get acquainted with the draft decisions of the institution’s management regarding its activities.
2. Submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction for consideration by the management.
3. Within its competence, inform ___________ (director of the institution; other official) of all shortcomings in the activities of the institution (its structural divisions) identified in the course of the performance of official duties and make proposals for their elimination.
4. Request personally or on behalf of the management of the institution from structural divisions and other specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of their duties.
