KinderCare Isaac Newton Square strictly follows Virginia state

KinderCare Isaac Newton Square is a priority, and you’ll notice
when you tour our center that it is extremely clean to minimize
health and safety concerns. Toys, surfaces and children’s
environment are disinfected daily and as needed by the teaching
staff. Our center is cleaned by a custodial service at the end of
each day so you can rest assured that floors are vacuumed and
mopped, and bathrooms, drinking fountains and sinks are sanitized
each evening. Teachers and staff also conduct daily safety checks
of both indoor and outdoor play areas for children and monthly fire

We absolutely love this school! It is in a great location across from the Reston metro. The school is very clean, staff is super friendly and the teachers are wonderful with the kids. My three-year-old is never ready to leave when it’s time to go home. He couldn’t be happier and neither can we!

It is no coincidence that in the first days of the new year it is appropriate to recall the famous five lines by A.S. Pushkin and talk about science. Or rather, to talk about one of the greatest physicists, mathematicians and astronomers of the 17th century, whose mind and experience created the law of universal gravitation and the three laws of mechanics, which became the basis of classical mechanics.

Isaac Newton is an internationally recognized genius – a person to whom today’s Newton Day is dedicated. Newton’s life from birth to death was more filled with accidents and coincidences that led to patterns and logical discoveries.
Scientists around the world still use the Newton-Leibniz theorem, Newton’s law of viscosity, Newton’s first, second and third laws, Newton’s binomial, Newton’s interpolation formulas, not to mention literally the legendary Newton’s law of universal gravitation.
By the way, it is interesting that the story of an apple falling from a tree, which led Newton to think about the free fall of bodies, is considered true. S.I. Vavilov in his biography “Isaac Newton” quotes the words of one of Newton’s close acquaintances, Stakley:
“In the afternoon (at Newton’s in London) the weather was hot; we went into the garden and drank tea under the shade of several apple trees; it was just the two of us. By the way, Sir Isaac told me that he was in exactly the same situation when the idea of gravity first occurred to him. It was caused by the fall of an apple while he sat deep in thought.
Why does an apple always fall vertically, he thought to himself, why not to the side, but always towards the center of the Earth. There must be an attractive force in matter, concentrated in the center of the Earth. If matter pulls other matter in this way, then there must be a proportionality to its quantity. Therefore, the apple attracts the Earth in the same way as the Earth pulls the apple.
There must therefore be a force, like that which we call gravity, extending throughout the universe.”
Although many of the laws and theories developed by Newton have been significantly supplemented over the past three centuries, scientists, researchers, students and graduate students of natural sciences, just lovers of scientific knowledge and experiments annually celebrate Newton’s Day on January 4 – the birthday of the great Englishman.
One of the places visited on Newton’s Day is the scientist’s grave in Westminster Abbey in London. The inscription on the grave monument concentrated only some aspects of the scientist’s activity, but these words are enough to understand the depth of his greatness:
“Here lies Sir Isaac Newton, the nobleman who, with an almost divine mind, was the first to prove with the torch of mathematics the motion of the planets, the paths of comets and the tides of the oceans. He investigated the difference in light rays and the different properties of colors that appear in this, which no one had previously suspected.
Diligent, wise and faithful interpreter of nature, antiquity and St. writings, he affirmed with his philosophy the greatness of the almighty God, and expressed the evangelical simplicity in his temper. Let mortals rejoice that such an adornment of the human race existed … “.

Newton was a brilliant theoretician, a brilliant experimenter and designer. As you know, he is the author of the law of universal gravitation.
Another important discovery of the scientist is the theory of the motion of celestial bodies. The three laws of mechanics discovered by Newton formed the basis of classical mechanics. He also invented the spectroscope, the mirror telescope, and more.

1. Did an apple fall on the head of a genius? Some contemporaries believed that Newton himself invented this story. And they even clarified: he composed the tale of the falling apple for his beloved niece Katerina Conduit in order to popularize the essence of the law. There is another assumption – that the legend of an apple that fell on his head belongs to the pen … Voltaire. Be that as it may, but thanks to the memoirs of a friend and biographer of the scientist William Stackley, excursions have been led to the apple tree in the garden of Newton’s house for more than a hundred years.
2. Isaac was born so weak that everyone thought he would not live long.

But many of his works on alchemy are incomprehensible because of the “author’s” symbols and terms.
