Everyone involved is an extension of my own family – the children, the parents, and the teachers. We create a warm and welcoming environment and maintain an open-door policy for anyone who would like to talk.
We are fortunate to have an outstanding staff here in Humble dedicated to our children and families. Over half of our staff has four or more years of teaching experience. In addition, all teachers receive monthly training, as well as ongoing training provided by the state.

Good afternoon! My daughter is 4 years old, in kindergarten the child’s behavior is very calm, she will fold and pick up all the toys and things for herself and other children, but there is no strong communication with children, more like being alone. On the street, if the children play on the swing, she will never go, she will wait until they leave. Going somewhere, she always says, mommy be with me. And at home she turns everything upside down, she is just super active, achieves her goal with a commanding voice and behavior.

If it is the change in the strategy of your daughter’s behavior that worries you, then you should not worry about this, many children (and adults too) behave in one way in society, but at home, in their usual surroundings, with their relatives, in a different way. In a group of their peers on the playground or in the garden, children may be shy or simply do not want to contact other children, avoiding their company, in an unusual new place for a long time to navigate (therefore, the daughter asks you to stay nearby, to be the guarantor of her peace). At home, children usually feel confident, calm, so they can command and behave less “decently” than “on the street”.
If you are worried about your daughter’s behavior at home, that is, you don’t like her increased activity and commanding tone, then you need to work with this separately (that is, without reference to the fact that, they say, “you are an exemplary calm child in kindergarten and what about at home? Offer joint lessons if you don’t have much time, it’s not even necessary to sit with your daughter all the time, you can start together and then leave, or give a task and then come to see how it turned out, etc.
As a rule, children they happily respond to the opportunity to spend time with adults and calm classes under this sauce (joint pastime) easily prefer such attractive running around and other activities. You can read together, put together a puzzle, build something from a constructor, complete tasks in notebooks or books with tasks for kids (now there are a lot of options with stickers, mazes, comparison tasks, search for differences, extra in a row, draw something and etc.), engage in any kind of creativity. For the first time, the existence of a kindergarten in the village of Yumatovo was mentioned in 1935. In 1934, the famous health resort – the Yumatovo sanatorium – was opened, thanks to which the number of residents of the village increased. People had to work, and their children somewhere to determine. So a brave woman was found in the village Kurbangaleeva Nazira Garifovna , who, not afraid of difficulties, took up this difficult task – opening a kindergarten. The garden huddled in a wooden barrack-type building. There were no conditions. There was only one group – mixed age group. It had 25 children. Nazira Garifovna devoted her whole life to this hard work. At 19She retired at 67.
In 1962, a two-story brick residential building was built in the village, where the first floor was allocated for a garden. How good it was here! Finally, partial amenities appeared: sewerage, cold water, central heating, a kitchen electric stove. How many problems were removed at once! Two groups have already been opened here: nursery and senior. And the children have grown. Now it’s a nursery – the garden was visited by 50 children. The following socialist obligations were placed before the kindergarten staff:
- Work honestly, conscientiously, fight for the title of “The Best Profession”.
- Carry out a plan for children’s days.
- Increase the attendance of children through sickness and non-attendance without good reason.
- Follow scientific nutritional guidelines.
- Continue to instill labor skills in children, pay more attention to improving physical, moral, aesthetic education.
- Regularly attend political studies, dignity – clear conversation.
- Have no cases of violation of labor discipline.
The village grew, the birth rate went up (the village was rejuvenated), there was a need to open another group, and the state did not think to build a standard building for children, in 1983 another group had to be opened in the same building, i.e. turn the dormitory of the older group into the group room of the newly opened group. And since the area did not allow, a serious question arose before the leadership of the village, district: what if the birth rate is even higher than before, what to do next? After all, now preschool attends 80 children. And there are no conditions even for them. Then the management makes a decision: to build a standard kindergarten for 110 children. It was difficult for Kurortstroy to get this kindergarten, and they were the contractors. The state has fallen on hard times. And yet at 19In 1992, a typical kindergarten “Thumbelina” was opened with all amenities, both for children and for staff.
True, the birth rate has fallen sharply, and the number of children in our institution has remained at the same level. To this day, there are three groups of different ages: nursery, preschool, first grade – six-year-olds.
The team in our kindergarten is stable, staff turnover is low, almost all employees have a solid work experience in this kindergarten. There were cases when employees left the walls of our institution, but could not stand the separation from their children and returned to their native land. This speaks of the stability of the team.
An educator Ivanova Anastasia Lukyanovna devoted many years to working with children. Warmth, responsiveness, kindness, great love for children and simplicity characterize Anastasia Lukyanovna.
Ishmuratova Farzana Khamatovna is a modest, sensitive, sympathetic person who has worked in our kindergarten for more than 20 years.
Nikulina Nadezhda Alexandrovna – more than a dozen children graduated from this teacher.
Creative, active, loving her profession, Nadezhda Aleksandrovna has worked in a kindergarten for over 30 years.
Zaripova Gulzira Mazitovna – teaching experience is about 20 years. An excellent professional, enjoys great respect and love from parents and children to this day.
Chef Khaertdinova Nadezhda Alekseevna worked in our team for more than twenty years. Since 1987, a young, energetic Almukhametova Rauzana Idrisovna joined our team, who works as a supply manager to this day.
Filippova Lyubov Viktorovna or Aunt Lyuba . That’s what the grown-up guys call her. For many years she spent directly next to the children as an assistant teacher. In her pockets there are always sweets, which she treats her beloved children with pleasure.
In 2002, the head of the kindergarten was Guzina Rita Rimovna . She is modest, benevolent, she used to work as a teacher in Alkino.
The team is mostly female, which both scared and pleased the new manager. She decided to live and work according to the principle “The eyes are afraid, the hands are doing.” The first step, in her opinion, was to study the character of each employee separately, and then to assemble the team into one single whole. These are individual conversations, and advice, and all possible assistance, and moral support both in matters of work and in personal life.
And the most important thing in relations with employees, parents and children, always be honest, frank, direct; Only then will people understand and reach out to her. Also, this person is very self-critical about himself, which means he knows how to listen to the opinions of people and choose the best options for solving various issues.
