Application
It all starts with choosing a vacancy and filling out an application. After filling out the application, it comes to us, we review it (don’t worry, it will take some time) and invite you to the next stage.

Getting to know the recruiter

Do I need a COVID-19 vaccine to get a job?

Required. We care about the health of our employees and resort guests. In addition, the lack of preventive vaccinations may be the basis for refusing to hire a job, the performance of which is associated with a high risk of contracting infectious diseases (clause 2, article 5 of the Federal Law of September 17.1998 No. 157). The list of such works was approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 15, 1999 No. 825. Vaccination against coronavirus was included in the preventive vaccination schedule for epidemiological indications. “It becomes obligatory if the relevant decision of the chief sanitary doctor on the vaccination of certain categories of citizens has been issued in the subject,” Rostrud said in an explanation. Therefore, the employer has the right to dismiss an employee without pay, including those who work remotely and have no contraindications to vaccination.

Where will I live?

We provide accommodation in corporate dormitories located in Yalta and Big Yalta. Accommodation for 2-4 people in a room. In order to make you and your neighbors feel comfortable, be sure to follow the rules of living in a corporate hostel.

How can I get from the airport?

Our candidates independently get to the place of their future residence in Crimea by various means of transport, but we will help with logistics and tell you the most convenient way to get to the place.

How many times are they fed during work?

Depending on your work schedule: lunches are provided for employees with a 5/2 schedule, and lunches and dinners if your schedule is 2/2 or 3/1.

Do you provide uniforms?

Yes, we issue uniforms (except shoes) to all employees who require them for their position.

Are there family rooms available for employees?

We do not have family rooms in the staff dorm. In exceptional cases, in the presence of free 2-bed rooms, we try to meet the needs of married couples and populate the husband and wife together.

Am I going to the medical examination and internship at my own expense?

Yes, the future employee independently gets to the place of medical preventive examination, independently arrives for an internship (internship only for candidates living in Crimea).

Who pays for the medical examination?

We issue a referral and the future candidate undergoes a medical examination at the expense of the employer.

Is it possible to find a job with you unofficially?

No. We are a “white” company and we hire employees in accordance with the labor code of the Russian Federation.

I have tattoos and piercings – could this be a reason for rejection?

We consider exclusively the professional qualities of applicants and do not prohibit self-expression through the art of body painting and piercing. At the same time, we sincerely hope for your understanding and ask you to follow the internal regulations and dress code requirements – all tattoos, piercings and other modifications must be hidden under clothing or otherwise.

Are compensations definitely not deductible from wages?

Exactly. Our employees have a fixed salary and additional benefits, which may include rental compensation, bonuses and allowances.
