Description:
I am looking to provide child care for one child from now until the end of May. I will be taking 8 courses this summer from May 28th until July 1st to finally get my degree. I believe it will be too challengingto work two jobs at that time. As long as it works out well, I do plan to continue child care of one child after my summer semester of school. Maybe someone waiting to get into a facility or switching for now. I am hoping to find someone in need for either a morning or evening shift up until 2am. I used to work a 5:30pm to 2am shift, and I am accustomed to staying up later. I will be available Wednesday through Sunday.
More about me:
I am a mom of two sweet boys. My oldest is three and my youngest is six months. I have a more crunchy/gentle parenting style. We go outside as much as possible. I cook all of our meals (mostly organic). We rarely eat chicken nuggets or mac and cheese, but let s be honest it does happen. I work part-time day shifts Monday and Tuesday. I will be available to provide childcare Wednesday to Sunday either day or evening hours as long as the shifts are consistent and the same each day. I am just looking to provide care for one child, so if needed we can go in the car on little adventures. I was hoping to find someone needing care full time, but would consider two part timers as long as they came on opposite days. I understand it might be hard for me to find one full time child since I won t be open Monday or Tuesday. I am looking to provide care to either an infant or a 3 year old plus. If it is an older child, I want to make sure they get along with my son. (Kids don t always like each other and that s okay.) I do like the idea of RIE, Montessori, and gentle parenting approaches. I certainly am not perfect, and I am still reading and learning about each style. I do NOT spank, make children apologize, or cry it out. I do encourage being gentle, loving behavior. I am all about learning through play. Screen time does exist but is limited. I do not have a true fenced in yard, but we have three parks within walking distance that we go to everyday weather permitting. I do have a dog, and she happens to be a rescue pitbull. She sheds and well is a dog. She has never ever snapped even being bothered, poked, jumped on, and hit. (Not something I encourage but kids are kids.) She just licks. She gets excited when people visit like most dogs, but most of the day she is sleeping or begging for food.
I am NOT licensed. I have a smoke-free…

California found the world’s largest “octopus kindergarten” – 30 October 2018
Technology
Society
October 30, 2018, 23:57
On October 30, N + 1 writes about this with reference to the data of the Nautilus 2018 expedition.
Scientists managed to film thousands of female octopuses, which lie at the bottom at a depth of about three kilometers and guard egg laying. “Out of a thousand octopuses, maybe two or three were swimming. I would say almost 99 percent were females guarding the eggs,” said one of the biologists, Chad King. According to him, this is the largest such “kindergarten” that scientists have managed to find so far.
The US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration sponsored the Nautilus research expedition. The goal is to explore underwater ecosystems along the west coast of the United States, from Canada to Southern California, and along the west coast of Hawaii. Recall that earlier the expedition members managed to capture a rare eared octopus Dumbo on video.

A resident of Novorossiysk reported that citizens were forced to vote for the construction of a kindergarten on the site of Pioneer Grove groves
Pioneer grove is a forest park located in the southern district of the city. Part of the grove in 2016 received the status of a specially protected area. It included a plot of 10 thousand 113 square meters. meters along South Street.

According to the “Environmental Watch for the North Caucasus”, several sites were not specifically included in the specially protected area. This was done because the authorities were already planning the development of these territories. However, construction work there is still illegal, since there is a water body on the site – a stream.
According to paragraph 2 of Art. 102 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation, land plots cannot be made on lands covered with surface water. In accordance with Part 1 of Art. 8 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation, water bodies are owned by the Russian Federation. That is, construction on sites with water bodies violates the rights of the Russian Federation as an owner. Meanwhile, construction in the grove continues.
The extract from the USRN states that this site belongs to the lands of settlements intended for educational facilities. The leaseholder of the land is Fargo LLC (Director – Gagik Shakhmuradyan). The land will be leased until 2026. According to Ecowatchta, the object’s passport indicates that the construction work is being carried out by the same company.
On April 29, Ecological Watch coordinator Andrey Rudomakha wrote a letter to Veniamin Kondratiev, Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, asking him not to allow the construction of a kindergarten in Pionerskaya Roshcha. There was no response from the regional authorities.

On May 14, an Ecowatchta activist told a journalist from the Yuga.ru portal that a one-day company is most likely engaged in the construction of the site. According to him, only one person is registered in the firm’s staff. The activist himself had not heard anything about any previous projects of the company. In addition, a member of Ecowatch said that local authorities began to fill up the stream in this area and pump water out of it.
Residents and activists of Novorossiysk oppose construction in the grove. The mayor of the city, Igor Dyachenko, announced an online vote to resolve the conflict to find out whether residents want a kindergarten on the site. Voting was held from 19 to 23 April, and the kindergarten won by a small margin.
Novorossiyets turned to the editors of the Yuga.ru portal and said that people were forced to vote for the construction of a kindergarten. In chats of schools, groups of kindergartens and residential complexes, citizens were asked to vote for and even send screenshots for reporting.
On May 14, the press service of the Novorossiysk mayor’s office told the Yuga.ru portal that the construction on the territory is carried out legally, with all the documents.
