Kindergarten at home than a home kindergarten is better than usual

Announcement: on Rodonitovaya 3/2 we are recruiting an older group of 4-6 years old with preparation for school!

The problem of limited places in municipal kindergartens in our country is very relevant. Expectant parents are sometimes forced to queue before the baby is born. This situation has led to the creation of kindergartens at home, which today compete quite successfully with municipal institutions.

What is home kindergarten

Kindergarten at home – activities of one family related to the care and supervision of children. The organizer is often a preschool teacher, in other words, a teacher. She is also the main employee of the institution.

The document regulating the educational process and related activities is an agreement between parents and kindergarten. It describes the rights and obligations of the parties, the methods of education used and other nuances.

Home kindergarten may operate under the following conditions:

  • The organization is possible in a spacious apartment or a private house;
  • Rooms for children are equipped accordingly: all furniture, the location of plumbing must be equipped according to the parameters and needs of the child;
  • Cozy atmosphere is the main component, groups can be formed in the amount of 3-10 children;
  • Offering varied meals prepared just before serving;
  • Taking into account the individual wishes of parents in matters of nutrition and active play, in accordance with, for example, medical indications.

The better than usual

The small number of groups offered by the home kindergarten makes it possible to determine its undoubted competitive advantages:

  • Each child receives an individual approach while performing an important function of kindergartens – teaching communication skills with peers;
  • Games and activities are conducted, as a rule, according to the chosen method, suitable for children;
  • Walks in the open air are more active, all children are usually involved in the games;
  • Supervising children is much easier;
  • Each child can receive some motivation to achieve the goal, for example, games to improve the appetite of the little one;
  • Parents can stay and pick up the child a little later (by prior arrangement with the teacher).

Of course, home care will not replace municipal institutions. In general, such a task is not worth it. On the contrary, parents with many children can create such a kindergarten on their territory as an autonomous group of a municipal garden. True, the conditions here are slightly different: the training program must necessarily correspond to that adopted in a particular kindergarten, and the home kindergarten teacher will receive wages from the budget.

Whatever the form of home-based kindergarten, this option remains the preferred option for many parents.

Benefits of our Kindergarten

Our home-type kindergarten has a number of competitive advantages:

  • You don’t have to wait for the municipal kindergarten. We will accept a child of any age.
  • Small groups of children give a full guarantee that your little one will not be left without attention.
  • We offer homemade meals tailored to the needs of each child. When meeting with parents, the taste preferences of the child are necessarily discussed. Then the results are summarized and the optimal menu for each day is determined. All food is prepared only from natural safe products.
  • Optimal prices compared to, for example, paying for babysitting services or a private kindergarten. If necessary, we can show you an itemized calculation of expenses for the maintenance of children.
  • Rooms for children are adequately equipped. The large room is furnished with objects and toys for leisure and learning activities. The same room is used for various celebrations. The small room is a bedroom. Here we installed beds specially ordered for the garden. The bathroom is equipped with comfortable benches with a non-slip base used as a stand for the washbasin. Each child has their own towel and potty.

Parents receive daily information about their child from us. We will certainly take into account all your wishes and on each issue a compromise solution will be made that satisfies both parties.

Home kindergarten – Children’s center “Sozvezdie”

Family kindergarten. How does it happen?

Sooner or later in the life of every parent, the question arises: whether to send the child to a kindergarten, and which one to choose?

Today, there are several categories of preschool educational institutions in nature. For example, there are organizations of a general developmental type with a priority direction (for example, physical, intellectual, artistic and aesthetic, etc.), child development centers and kindergartens of a combined and compensating type (speech therapy, orthopedic, eye, etc.). And also according to the principle of management – municipal, departmental, private and domestic, or, as they are also called, family kindergartens . And if with all the rest everything is more or less clear, then what the latter are and whether they should be trusted with the upbringing of their children, not every parent knows today.

A family kindergarten is a small private kindergarten, which is usually run by a married couple in their own or specially rented apartment, where a playroom, a bedroom and other rooms necessary for working with kids are specially equipped. More precisely, it can be called a kindergarten at home. If necessary, and depending on the number of children attending a home kindergarten, a teacher, a nanny, a cook, teachers and other specialists may be invited to it. But most often all these functions are performed by the hostess of the house.

Home kindergarten. Pluses and minuses

Family kindergarten in Russia is a relatively new phenomenon. Just like any other preschool educational institution, it has its pros and cons. Among the main advantages that are usually considered by parents are, as a rule, a smaller number of pupils and improved conditions for their stay (the so-called home environment). If the organizers really created it with great love for the children who will attend their institution, and concern for their development, then, as a rule, the pupils of such institutions are really comfortable in them, and the kids are happy to spend time there. In addition, in a home kindergarten, by prior arrangement, you can always leave your child for an extra couple of hours, and sometimes even an extra day. True, you will have to pay extra for this, but, nevertheless, it can be convenient for those parents whose work schedule is irregular.

The family kindergarten also has its disadvantages. First of all, the activities of such establishments in Russia are unofficial. There is no need to talk about a license for educational activities at all. For the same reason – the illegality of the business, the quality of food is also not monitored and controlled by someone else, except for the organizers of the home kindergarten. And what parents have to rely on in this case is their honesty, decency and luck.

This is perhaps the most serious disadvantage of the family kindergarten. Although there are others. Such as the quality of your child’s education, which can suffer significantly compared to your visit to any other private preschool educational institution – because of the small budget, such institutions cannot always afford professional teachers with extensive experience in the field of education.

In addition, the kindergarten at home does not have a specially equipped playground for walking, children usually walk in the courtyard of the house where home kindergarten is located. In the course of this, babysitting becomes much more difficult, additional risks appear.

Well, and the last thing, given the location of such a preschool institution, after the first complaint from the neighbors of the house about noise or just a report about the illegal activities of the organizers, it can be closed, and its owners brought to justice …

In general, when sending a child to such a kindergarten, parents should remember that with all the advantages of such an institution, no one except you yourself bears real responsibility for your child in it …

A good alternative to a family kindergarten is a mini-kindergarten according to Montessori

If you are generally satisfied with the principle of a private preschool educational institution, then there is another form of preschool institution that has recently appeared, but is already popular. This is a mini-kindergarten or, more simply, a short stay. This is a new promising direction in the system of preschool education for toddlers, ideal for loving parents who do not plan to send their child to a regular preschool.
