Happy Acres is a great place for children to learn, play, and feel loved. We love happy acres for our daughter and she loves attending school.

All three of my children have attended Happy Acres, so know that this review is from a parent with a lengthy history with the school. My children love it here! My youngest wakes up looking forward to learning every day and has participated in a broad range of enrichment activities from sign language, spanish, MyGym to a variety of arts and crafts. The staff is cognizant of the need to provide children with a healthy lunch. Several options are available and as a working parent, not making lunch every day is a convenience. My kids eat raw broccoli ( I don’t even like broccoli that much) because they are used to snacking on it with carrots at school.
My oldest child has since gone on to grade school and is a stellar student. I attribute some of this success to the excellent Pre-K4 foundation he received at Happy Acres. That instruction focused not only on the curriculum, but also the individual character and growth of my child. Ultimately, I don’t just want my children to be taught – I want them to be loved as well.There have been a few transitions- as life tends to happen, but thoughtful consideration is given to selecting the best teachers and the diversity is exemplary. I love that my kids see teachers and children who look like them and many that do not. This subtly shows them the beauty of such differences and how to appreciate each others customs and culture.Honestly, as a parent, wherever you go you will never find anyone that will teach and love your child as best as YOU can, but I can say that Happy Acres strives to live up to its motto ‘ where love and learning go hand in hand’. For that reason, I am proud to give this review and encourage any parent to give it a try.

I would not recommend this school to anyone. The the equippment is outdated. The lunches and snacks are not healthy ones. Teachers don’t play close attention to the students on the playground. The area is too wooded with lots of unwanted animals seen on the playground from deers, snakes, groundhogs and frogs. The toys are outdated and the prices are way to high. The staff is unprofessional.
