The Children’s Learning and Care Center is open from 7 a. m. to 5 p.m. weekdays only. Full day childcare is any time over 6 hours a day with a maximum of 10 hours per day. Half day care is available for all child care contracts, anytime less than 6 hours per day.

Morning hours are 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. and are flexible as long as you stay under six hours.

Afternoon hours are 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. and are flexible as long as you stay under six hours.

Six or more hours is considered a full day.

There is a nonrefundable registration fee of $25 per family.

We will make decisions regarding whether or not to close on days adjacent to holidays based on the need for care on those days. If the Center makes the decision to close the additional day, you will not be charged for that day.  If the center remains open, you will be charged your regular tuition rate minus the prorated holiday amount. If the Center closes for weather related reasons, or some other emergency reason, you will not be charged tuition for that day.

How do we recalculate?
