About the project
Holland park is being built on the banks of the Moskva River, a 5-minute walk from the Spartak metro station. Around are rivers and canals where you can relax and do water sports.
The project is surrounded on all sides by five waterways: the Moskva River, Skhodnya, Khimka, the Skhodnensky Canal and the Moscow Canal. This location evokes associations with the Netherlands, to which Holland park owes its name.
The adjacent water area is the cleanest in the capital, therefore it is actively used for a variety of water activities and beach recreation. A few minutes walk from the residential area, a landscaped area for walking and family recreation will appear.
The Holland park project includes residential buildings, two kindergartens, two schools and underground parking. The surrounding area is perfect for a comfortable life: there are gardens and schools, sports grounds and shops. Next to Holland park, it is planned to build a sports palace with a swimming pool, a hockey arena and a sports dance floor. There will also be tennis courts and a sports medicine center.
