AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

Great Valley KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community.  Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Before- and After-School Programs (5–12 Years)

You can count on us to provide reliable care for your school-ager while you’re
at work, with safe transportation from our center to your child’s school and
back! Whether your child wants to start a drama club, build a volcano, or
create a comic book, they will have a place to follow their dreams. Your child
will start and end the day with a whole lot of fun!

School Break Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)

Winter break, spring break, summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you
can count on KinderCare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused
on fun. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times and make sure they have a
sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)

In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!

Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)

STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)

You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!

Art Adventures

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

  • This center is special. The director and teachers care about the children. I see it when I walk through the hallways and into the classrooms…but most importantly through my child! She loves the teachers, especially Ms. Tawana! Riley has learned so much and grown so much over the two years she has spent at KinderCare. We couldn’t be more grateful! I once worked in daycare and know that this center has something special going on. And I feel good when I drop off my child. Thank you KinderCare!

Ilsur Metshin opened the largest kindergarten in Svetlaya Dolina

The new municipal kindergarten is designed for 340 children who will study languages and traffic rules

“ALL CONDITIONS ARE CREATED FOR CHILDREN”

“This first of three planned kindergartens will allow residents of houses that have already been commissioned to solve the issue of placement in preschool institutions,” said the general director of the AK group of companies at the celebration in honor of the opening BARS Development Marat Shagitov . He noted the special feelings that builders experience after the completion of childcare projects and said that, as in other projects of residential complexes, the company will make every effort to ensure that the residents of Svetlaya Dolina do not have to take their children outside the complex.

Ilsur Metshin indicated that complex development is becoming a good tradition in Kazan, when, in addition to residential buildings, the construction of kindergartens, schools and other socially significant facilities is envisaged at the project stage: “We really want our new housing to be built with social infrastructure,” the mayor said. – The developer of this microdistrict is doing everything possible to ensure that Kazan residents live not only in comfortable housing with landscaped courtyards, but also so that children have a second home from the first days – a kindergarten. All conditions for this have been created, it is now up to the teaching staff.” In order to “start the process”, the mayor presented the kindergarten with a traditional large cake and a certificate for sports equipment, and Marat Shagitov presented equipment from the AK BARS Development group of companies. nine0005

Kindergarten No. 177 for 340 children with an area of 3 thousand m, built according to a new project, the largest in the city in terms of the number of places. 17 groups will work here.

The kindergarten, as well as the houses of the complex, was built by AK BARS Stroy, which is part of the AK BARS Development group of companies. The builders used the experience of building social facilities to the fullest – the kindergarten, despite its size, turned out to be comfortable and cozy, made with love. It has everything you need for health, recreation and learning, including rooms for learning foreign languages, a sensory room for psychological relief, a first-aid post and a large gym. During the opening, the guests of the kindergarten were especially interested in the classroom equipped with signs, traffic lights, road markings, where teachers and children in a playful way consolidated their behavior skills on the busy roads of the city. Under a joint program with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan for the prevention of child road injuries, a class and a platform for studying traffic rules were equipped. According to the head of kindergarten Alfiya Lyapina , special attention will be paid to the basics of life safety. “Saving the life and health of the child is, of course, our priority. We have organized a separate class for studying the rules of the road and we will definitely develop this direction, ”the head assured. In the spring, children will be able to practice safe driving and road behavior skills on a special playground in the courtyard of the kindergarten.

Among the additional educational services will be vocals, fine arts, testoplasty (modeling of all kinds of figures, which develops motor skills well), logorhythmics (for the ability to speak beautifully and fluently), chess, football, tennis, basketball. In a word, every child will be able to understand what he likes.

DYNAMICLY GROWING COMPLEX IN AN ENVIRONMENTAL LOCATION

The Svetlaya Dolina residential complex, which is being built along the Mamadyshsky tract, a 15-minute drive from the city center, not far from large shopping centers such as MEGA, Selgros Cash & Carry, is impressive even with its size – 38.38 hectares. According to the layout of the project, the Svetlaya Dolina Residential Complex will consist of several modules separated by streets and driveways. Each of them includes a group of residential buildings of various configurations with a height of 13 to 18 floors, framed by walking areas, flower beds, lawns, landscaped yards. It is planned to build a multi-level parking, a post office and a children’s clinic. nine0005

The first houses in Svetlaya Dolina have already been occupied, the territory of the yard has been fully landscaped, including lawns and large trees. For children, there are sports and children’s playgrounds with high-quality equipment. Residents like to walk near the river where wild ducks live during the warm season. A large green area, a river valley and, at the same time, convenient transport interchange and all the benefits of the city in 15 minutes have attracted many Kazanians here. There are not many places in the city where you can wake up to the cries of the roosters of the neighboring cottage village, and not to the noise of cars from the highway. The residential complex is actively growing. Its landscape changes every month. The plans of the AK BARS Development group of companies include 34 residential buildings in the microdistrict plus social infrastructure facilities. New houses in Svetlaya Dolina are being built according to modern construction technologies, which make it possible to achieve a quick commissioning of the facility. For example, the frame of a 17-story building is built here in 6 months, and the entire house is built in 10 months. Apartments are rented with pre-finishing finish. Modern high-rise buildings made of precast concrete have an unusual design. Residents note that the yellow-painted window slopes create a feeling of a sunny day even in cloudy weather. It is also important that the reduction in the cost of using manual labor due to industrial construction technology makes the cherished square meters more affordable, which is so important for young families. nine0005

A new kindergarten “Valley of Childhood” opened in Volgograd

04/02/2019 at 11:58

Sovetsky district sets the urban trend for the integrated development of social infrastructure. High transport accessibility to new residential complexes, well-groomed yards, proximity to schools and kindergartens, parks and sports grounds – all this ensures a high quality of life for people. An exemplary microdistrict in this regard can be considered in which a whole educational cluster has been formed: a school for a thousand places, two kindergartens and playgrounds. nine0005

Chudnaya Dolina

On April 2, a new kindergarten “Valley of Childhood” for 245 children was opened in Sovetsky District, the second in a row in a dynamically developing residential complex and the fifth kindergarten-new building in this area. There are 14 groups for children from 0 to 7 years old.

The issuance of permits to the new garden has already begun. So far, there are not many children in the kindergarten: parents bring the kids for three to four hours, so that the children gradually adapt to the new conditions for them. And moms at this time can safely do work, household chores, go to the store or to the hairdresser. nine0005

Four-year-old Sonya Tkachenko was brought to the festive opening of the kindergarten by her grandmother Nadezhda Shkarupa . The family lives in this microdistrict, but until today the girl was taken to the 246th kindergarten, which is located far from home.

– It was a whole problem – to take the child to the garden in the morning, – says Nadezhda Shkarupa. – We have been waiting for a year and a half for the garden next to the house to open, and finally! We are happy with everything: the groups are clean, bright, new toys. We met with the teachers – excellent specialists, friendly. We are only two steps from home. Thanks to everyone who gave us this joy! nine0005

The staff of the new kindergarten calls the “Valley of Childhood” a unique preschool institution.

“We have conditions in the kindergarten for the development of children with speech disorders, our speech therapists and psychologists will pay due attention to such children,” promises the head of the kindergarten, Irina Yurova. – I have a total teaching experience of 27 years, but this is the first time I have been entrusted with such a modern and large garden. The need for it was huge: the microdistrict is growing, young families are moving here. This is a common good for the entire Soviet district. nine0005

Assembly, music, sports halls, and an art studio have already been set up in Dolina. The garden yard is also very well equipped. For each age group, shade awnings, game modules are installed on the territory, all playgrounds have a rubber coating. The sports ground is equipped with modern and safe equipment.

– My daughter is studying in another kindergarten, she was invited to speak here at the opening, – shared Natalia Goydina. “I’m delighted with the garden they’ve built here!” Bright, clean, kids will love it. My Arina is even a little jealous of the guys who will work here. nine0005

Kindergarten “Valley of Childhood” is one of the elements of the educational cluster of the microdistrict, which includes a school for 1000 places , another kindergarten, play and sports complexes. The Valley of Knowledge school has been operating since September 1: an object of this scale has been built in the region for the first time since Soviet times.

By the way, an integrated approach to the construction of the microdistrict was highly appreciated by the federal center at a specialized competition for design activities in the public sector. nine0005

Territory of a happy life

Governor Andrei Bocharov checked the readiness of the kindergarten for opening in the morning. The head of the region inspected the amenity premises of the preschool institution and groups for classes, discussed plans for the further development of the microdistrict with the contractor.

– A very good cluster has been formed, – said Bocharov, inspecting the kindergarten. – Most importantly, it will be in demand by young families who basically buy housing here. The creation of new social facilities and a multidisciplinary children’s hospital will enable this area to develop by leaps and bounds. nine0005

Let’s add that in recent years a total of 45 preschool institutions have been built and overhauled in the region. Within three years, another 25 kindergartens will be built in the region, which will completely close the issue of providing kindergartens for children from 0 to 3 years old.

– I have already given instructions on the implementation of projects within the framework of the program to support motherhood and childhood – this area will remain one of the priorities of our work, – Andrey Bocharov said.

Since 2014, the social sphere of the region has been completely reformatted. On March 15, at a meeting with the President of the Russian Federation, Andrey Bocharov emphasized that social obligations set in the May 2012 decree were fulfilled in the Volgograd Region. 100% availability of pre-school education for children aged three to seven years has been ensured – since 2014, 13.6 thousand places have been created in 22 municipalities

assembly. The governor enlisted the support of the head of state in the work on its large-scale projects for the development of the Volgograd region, which fully coincide with the priorities of the president. And such synchronization of tasks gives green light to ambitious plans of the head of the region.

Discussing the project of further development of the microdistrict with the contractor, Andrey Bocharov highly appreciated the work already done by the company.

– This is a good example of what we need to consider when designing preschools. It is necessary to go to preschool institutions of this level, although this is a costly part, – Andrey Bocharov noted. – In addition to full-day groups, there are three more groups with short stays for children, groups for children with disabilities. nine0005

Sovetsky district will receive fresh solutions for further infrastructure development through the implementation of national and priority regional projects.
